We visited the Somerville branch by Rt 22. A sales associate, Amy, promptly attended to us. To boost the service even more, Amy involved Ari who quickly informed us that Blinds to Go will repair our blinds at no cost. I was surprised that the company sincerely meant a lifetime warranty when we bought it, more than 2 decades ago. We didn't have to buy a new one. So, I returned to the store to bring in the old and damaged blinds. When the time came to pick up the repaired blinds, Ali, another excellent sales associate, processed the papers, and gave me an extra corner bracket and some clips. I was out of the store in no time. She walked through a few options and gave us a quote on a corded an cordless set. We were there the last day of a sale, so we put down a deposit to secure the price. It kind of made me nervous to do it without having more time to think, but we ended up saving some cash for sure. The measuring process was a little nerve-wracking. They give you a clear guide how to do it, but if you get the measurements wrong it's on you so you want to get it right. When I called in and gave our measurements to another woman (not Allison) I expected her to go over it with us to make sure we were cool but she was a bit disengaged. This unnerved me a bit but ultimately it worked out fine so I'm not tripping on it. The blinds were ready super fast--three days! Doug is THE MAN.
