Unfortunately never had any discussion about options and what coating would work best for what i want as well as pros/cons of different polyurethanes. A crew showed up, got right to work and left. After a couple days i noticed imperfections in a couple of the rooms so i reached back out to them. They were very quick to respond and sent the crew out the same day, they inspected the floors and ended up doing another coat at no cost. Floors came out great. Just wish there was a little more communication/information, but i would recommend them.

Did not follow measurements on the kitchen diagram. 2. Made uneven cuts inside cabinets. Their reason - 'no one is going to see it' 3. Majority of my door jams have hammer marks or finish nails sticking out 4. Biggest flaw - they didn't finish the job! Called/text multiple times and ignored them. Had to hire a different team to finish the kitchen, who also cleaned up the mess they left behind. They treated my house as if it was a builders grade when this was a high end custom home. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO DO YOUR KITCHEN!

For example, I didn't consider how it would look to join 2 different types of ceiling trim- he redid it to make me happy but i felt bad for creating extra work and changing my mind. We couldn't have been more impressed from start to finish! Ally is amazing. She has a great eye for color and did a wonderful job guiding us through our color selections. Our den and house have been completely transformed! I was initially nervous about making really big changes in color, but with Ally's advice I felt confident with our selections. The attention to detail is what also set this company apart - they didn't consider the job complete until everything was perfect. Ally continually came by to check on the trim, etc. The painters worked efficiently but clearly weren't rushing to beat a schedule - they added extra time to our job when needed. Couldn't be happier with Fresh Coat and would recommend them to anyone!
