We had an appointment scheduled with Jesse yesterday - had the confirmation in a text message. We messaged the day before to confirm once more and didn't hear from him. The day of our appointment, he was no show and no response, even though we tried calling and messaging every half an hour. Completely ghosted. He cleaned my parent's windows a few weeks ago and was unreliable for that scheduling as well. I do not recommend this company after the no show and no response. read more

Absolutely shocking experience... At some point in time this guy said he was done while I was showing him things he missed. He refused to remediate some of the work and walked out and asked to be paid! Summary... If you want someone who would give a quick, a light and a gentle pass to your windows (let's not get too crazy, here!) and assume anything not cleaned is your problem, and refuses to redo things he missed, then this guys is your guy. I would love if you could hire him and come back and write what crazy experience you had, it would be entertaining for all of us on Yelp! Work Quality? What are you talking about? This guy brags about being a licensed window cleaner and in the window cleaning business for 20 years and does not believe he should be detail oriented. When I pointed out things, he dismissed them as being "details". To be fair, he managed to remediate two things (believe it or not!) that I pointed out, and then refused the rest. Please see pics to see samples of the "quality" of his work, as they say: a picture is worth a thousand words! This is the end of it... He was finishing up and I showed him that he missed the top of the patio door, he mentioned he did it and started talking about hardness of the water etc... and that there is nothing he could do and it needed chemical to go away. I took his towel dip it in water and applied it to the patio door with a little bit of pressure and in a few seconds it almost all went away. I showed him right there if I have no cleaning license and no 20 years of experience as he claims to have, how come I cleaned things that he said could not be cleaned? No Shame... At the end, when he saw I was frustrated, he suggested that I only pay $100 instead of $170. I declined and in fact I paid him $180 as I did not have change. I was not interested in paying less for a lousy work, but was interested in him going back and fixing what he missed. I still do not understand how he has 31 five stars, so do not be fooled by Yelp rating. He left knowing that I am not happy (while he got paid in full ), I told him I will never hire him again and he did not feel any shame and kept talking back to me. read more
