I had the good luck to come in contact with Bernardo Castillo of Window Fits thru Lowes in Escondido to install new double pane windows and doors. This was my first experience of a major project and was not sure what to expect. The first thing Bernardo did was introduce himself, then proceeded to tell me exactly what he was planning to do, how long it would take, and step by step thru completion. They showed up on time and completed the job quicker than I would have imagined. Usually, I don't don't think everyone has complete satisfaction on any job major or minor from contractors working on their home, but in my book, I am very glad this company was picked to work on this project that was important to me. I thoroughly enjoyed his professionalism, taking the time to explain and doing the job right the first time...without any hesitation. He did not mind me asking questions and finished the job with the areas being cleaner and neater than he found them. The task was completed with caulking and at times a wet rag to clean any area that he worked on ! I could not have been more pleased with this company and the fantastic job Bernardo did to upgrade me with my windows and doors. Even though he is a Field Supervisor, I feel he is more than ready to supervise at the next higher level ! Nothing but good reliable and sincere treatment from this folks. I'm very pleased with the windows and sliding door that Mike and his team were able to replace in our home. Our quality of life has really improved thanks to Bradley, Jason and Ryan. They are professionals and very skillful. They explained in laymen's terms what they will be doing and even finished before the anticipated time. The work was broken into 2 different jobs due to funding(covid). During the time between jobs I had time to compare quotes to see if I could find another option and I was pleased to find out that no one could beat this company when it came to pricing. I even called my (fix it all) friend without a license and not even him could come close. I'm not easily impressed by contractors and rarely complete reviews. Window Fits was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. They were courteous, professional, wore masks to protect us and did everything to perfection. We had a warped sliding door replaced. It included a pet door. The pet door wasn't closing all the way so I mentioned it to Julio and started researching options to replace it on my own. Much to my surprise, Window Fits contacted the door company, came out and installed a better option. In addition to the new slider, they replaced and sealed all 20 +!windows, replaced broken rollers, replaced broken vinyl trim on the exterior and replaced screening material. The result: better efficiency. I used to feel the summer heat and winter cold blowing into the house. That is no longer the case! Plus, the cost was very reasonable. Hire these guys. I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the multiple rescheduling of my window/ french doors installation. This situation has become unacceptable, and I feel compelled to address the series of failures that have occurred since we began this process. Since the initial order, I have experienced an ongoing series of issues: vehicle breakdowns, incorrect window orders, and a lack of appropriate transport for the products. Each time, I have taken time off from work to accommodate your schedule, only to be met with further delays and excuses. This has caused significant disruption to my life and is simply not how a professional service should operate. It is unacceptable that I have had to rearrange my schedule multiple times with no resolution in sight. read more

I dread home improvement projects because they are often full of problems and hiccups but Tony and Alexis were amazing. They went above and beyond when they installed our windows. They were patient and accomodating. Any issue or concern was addressed promptly with a positive attitude. You can tell that Tony really takes pride in his work and that customer satisfaction is his number one priority. He took extra time at the end of the install to make sure I was able to use and comfortable with the function of the product. They left it cleaner than when they arrived. Today I had my screen doors installed by ALEX JR!!!!! I was so impressed on his work. He was so detailed and did not rush to complete the work. He was so respectful, polite, displayed a sense of valuing his work and his job, very personable and always smiling! He made those doors look so outstanding that I didn't even want to touch them so is not to ruin them! He made sure we inspected his work and that both doors worked and that we were satisfied. Alex, Jacob, and Anthoney installed our new patio sliding door expertly. They were careful to keep the area the worked around clean and completely cleaned up the area after installing the door. They made sure my wife understood how to lock the doors and had her show them she could do it several times. Being in our 80's, our ability to close and lock the doors does need to be demonstrated to them and to ourselves. Excellent work and done efficiently. We bought a Pella Patio door at Lowes in Las Vegas. Garry Hart and another guy came out to install our door and did a beautiful job. Very conscienous! Great cleanup, too.
