Now with my new car, I also got a tint here today again. They are usually by appointment, but I just dropped by today to see if they could do a drop-in, and it was totally fine. Took them maybe 40 minutes to tint my front windows to match the rears. I've been there 3 times, and every time it has been quick and easy, also cheaper than I expected. Basically $35/window. I believe I heard that "Limo Tint" is a bit more, as is removal of existing tint. Pro Touch tints and details MANY local dealers. I've only had good dealings with them (3x). Tints can be done in an hour or less most times. Totally worth it. Recommended.

I went here around noon to look at the place, meet the owner and ask few more questions. Ryan is very nice and patient in show me everything. I was able to get the appointment on the same day in the afternoon. Ryan did majority of the work, later his father came back also helped on the back window. I wait there, they have a nice waiting room with TV and drink and also some free gift fro solarFx. They use SolarFx, i eventually go with 20% ceramic film. Their price is also reasonable. Ryan finished the job in about one and half hour. Looks great! He also spend time to explain and give me some reminder. I felt the money is well spent. And after i came home, husband is also impressed with the work. I'm going to convince him to tint his front two windows of his new Jeep Grand Cherokee!

After explaining my goal of creating more privacy for a dinette window overlooking the street, I was shown different options, and thoroughly educated on what to expect from each one. After installation of the chosen film, it turned out that it decreased the light more than I had expected. After a consultation with Jason, he scheduled another visit to remove the original film and replace it with one more to my liking. Customer satisfaction was his total priority.I cannot say enough about the level of customer service I received from this company, and I unreservedly recommend Film Solutions to anyone seeking a remedy for UV protection, privacy, tinting, or other issues. A friend recommended this local shop to me because I wanted to have my boyfriend's car windows…read moretinted for his birthday. I stopped by on a Tuesday morning and Keith schooled me on the different materials, prices, etc. He was very polite and helpful- I was very impressed by the customer service! He was able to schedule the appointment for that Friday at 9, just three days later. I received a courtesy call Thursday evening to make sure we were still on. Again, awesome customer service. Friday morning I took my boyfriend over and he picked out the % tint he wanted. Keith informed us that in order for the tint to be considered legal in the state if Kentucky, the front two windows can be no darker than 70%. Although, the three rear windows can be at 80% and you can not tell much of a difference between the two percentages. (That's what we went with- and he was absolutely correct about there not being much of a difference.) Though, I'm assuming if you don't care about legality, they will tint your windows with whatever percentage you want. He informed us the job takes about four hours and will call when it's close to finished. I recommend having someone drop you off and pick you up- because Industrial rd. isn't the most exciting part of town without a car. I got a call about 4.5 hours later, he preferred to let it cure in the sun for another 45 minutes under his supervision, so we came by an hour after. Upon arrival we were completely informed on the aftercare and cleaning, all questions were answered, and the tint looked absolutely great! He warned that there would be some bubbling and haziness over the next few days (the bubbling was apparent upon picking up the car, but it was hardly noticeable), and that it was completely normal and would evaporate. He said to bring the car by in a week and he could look it over to ensure it cured perfectly. I had all five windows done with the high performance tint complete with a lifetime warranty, and including tax the bill came out to about $233. Like I said, customer service was phenomenal and the job was flawless- I certainly recommend this business!

Arrived at my scheduled appointment and was told that they didn't have a worker to do my install! They rescheduled another appointment and needed a non refundable in case I didn't show or came late? Wait didn't they just do that to me? I guess my time is less important... I arrived on time and they didn't send my car back until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They did a good job on the tint but it was a giant waste of time and the person working the desk was not competent. They seems to have issue with employees not coming to work or quitting which is not my problem but they sure made it mine. A person time is the most important thing they have and for me Solar Tint didn't respect mine. I did mention this to the manager but got manager I don't give a care speak... If you value your time and want to work with someone who has their act together look elsewhere.

Pros! Great…read moreexperience overall. Based my choice largely on Yelp reviews. Easy in, easy out. Call ahead, explain exactly what you want and they'll give you pricing right there on the spot. Once you set up an appointment, you show up at the time they tell you to. They over-budget how long it's going to take, typically, from what I understand. They were done in about a half an hour with my car. Did a perfect job. Follow the instructions and you will not have any problems. One note though. There is a Fairfield location listed. That is no longer open. Would I go back? Definitely. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I had two front windows done on my small Ford SUV. The cost was $99 plus tax. Using my 10% Yelp coupon, it was just over $90. Not bad for both windows.
