I had contacted several places without any luck to get a response or follow through. I emailed WTF and Daniel responded promptly and gave me prices for different options for the tint. He was able to get me in on the day I requested. The waiting area is small but comfortable. He explained the options for the level of tint and his recommendations. Excellent customer service skills and a great job on the installation. It's been about two months now since I've had it done and no issues. It cured as he described. Comes with a warranty, and he takes credit cards. His website was the only one that stated prices up front and the product options. Very honest. Highly recommend.

Be aware of this shop, got my car damaged with two dent and two paint chip. I have a Tesla car delivery on Friday 10/13/2023 Friday at 12:00pm, I was there for almost 2 hours with my brother. We both check the car and walk around several times just to make sure there is no dent No paint chips everything looks good and then I drove my car straight to the tint shop with my brother. I dropped off my vehicle over there around 3 o'clock and the car is inside the shop garage for almost 2 hours. I got a text from him around 5 o'clock that the car is finished and parked so that I locked my car, I believe that there is only my car in the shop during this job, after I drop off my vehicle me and my brother went to Tampa and when I came back to pick up the vehicle was around 10-11pm. It was dark. I didn't check the vehicle but just get in and drive home until Tuesday night. saw the damage, over the weekend. I am the only driver who drove the car from home to work work to home and I have no passenger sitting in my passenger seat yet or even open the door yet, so the next day I asked the shop owner do they know anything about that they denied it, after I explain everything to them, the owner still denying, so I asked them if they have a cameras in the shop he did reply me that he has a ring cameras, from the camera we can see it's perfect angle that should record Everything happened to my car but the owner refused to let me watch the videos but sending me four video clips with one minute in each that's total of four minutes even though my car is in the shop for almost 2 hours, after each clip, there is still motions, so that the camera should continuing recording minute after minute when there's motions after motion, I have ring cameras and for those of you who have a ring cameras you know how it works it's recording every motion after motion and minute after minute, so from the log that he sent me there's only 4-5 clips how is that possible? And I watch each clip there is still motion after each clips, so why is the owner refuse to let me watch the videos to proof it that the damage wasn't done by them? So that I can shut up and leave them alone? Where are the videos? Why is there only 4-5 clips for the 2 hours of tint work? Im sure he sees the whole video and knows how my car got damaged. Why is someone deleting the videos? it's pretty obvious when I see the log with no videos. This is not over, I am filing a court claim with the shop also contacting my lawyers.

As always, Danny and the guys at WTF Tint did an amazing job! This time doing a full front end, headlight and hood PPF wrap along with a 5% windshield brow. Danny is very detailed and takes his time and thoroughly explains the process of what he's doing. Ill absolutely continue to do business with him and his shop... A+

UPDATE: This is an update to the review I posted previously. First in regards to the bubbles and waves in the tint that were mentioned... THE BUBBLES HAVE ALREADY STARTED TO DISAPPEAR AND THE TINT JAS STARTED TO DARKEN AS THE TECH TOLD ME IT WOULD... so I am pleased with it so far (it still has quite a bit of them but it looks much better already)... I must say that the front windows appear to be a lighter shade than the back (I requested 15% all around) but for the moment I am attributing it to the fact that it still needs to "settle". *The tint does come with a lifetime warranty so that's also a plus. -the waxing/clay bar applied is great... I live in an area where there are alot of trees and even under all of the sap and debris it still shines. NOTE: that if you choose this service (waxing/clay bar) it may leave behind some of the substance in a way that looks like a horrible scratch... FOR ME IT WAS NOT A SCRATCH... (although I initially thought it was and became temporarily livid) I was able to remove it with a terry cloth and a lot of elbow grease (see picture) If I were basing the review exclusively off of the waxing and tinting I'd feel comfortable giving a better rating but the $100 interior detail was absolutely not worth it... Lastly I realize that the pictures I uploaded yesterday were of poor quality so I retook them and I'm gonna upload with this review (and hopefully I'm able to delete the others)

Folks if you appreciate being treated unbelievably rudely then this junk piece of an establishment is for you. Just to be clear the tint service I had was at the FUTURES DRIVE location in Orlando. I got to my appointment ten minutes early. Seeing a car already in each of the two bays I asked how they were doing for time. The answer was 'we can have it done in two hours' An hour and fifteen minutes PAST that amt the time, I stepped into the shop to ask 'how much longer are we talking?' I'm thinking I've been beyond patient. Anyway I did not feel I was even giving a hint of rudeness in my asking that. The guy bit my head off in replying "you'll just have to wait". Which i had to because they were now in process of doing tint. The guy doing tint was stopping to laugh and joke to a co-worker. When car was done guy tossed my keys on counter and told me to never come back! Wow. It strikes me as odd that when I paid for a service, was given a timeframe, had the right to ask questions regarding my service that he was the one being completely un-professional and rude. read more

Update2 : This will be my last update, as this company is now threatening to "sue me for extant damages" because I posted my opinion on yelp of their services. I just want all the consumers out there to know my opinion, and my experience with this business, as I have a right to give it. It never ends guys. Regardless, it will not intimidate me, nor change my opinion, nor will my review be removed. I have a right to free speech and so does everyone else. Appalling business practices. Update1 : Daniels response is completely false, my vehicle was not in two major crashes. It was in one accident that was a hit and run, by another driver, the car was brand new when I purchased it. I get free car washes at Toyota and take my car in every week (Actually I had just left Toyota when I drove to my appointment at Ultimate Tint, and they had just finished WASHING AND SERVICING the car, and I have the service documents to prove it). The only damage it has is from the person who put the tints on using a box cutter to cut the film while leaning on the windows, which i saw with my own eyes, and is my opinion that I am entitled to have. I'm pretty sure everyone on yelp has common sense enough to know that dirt doesn't leave deep scratches in glass. Nice try though. The FTC still has a pending complaint against this company. Also in my BBB complain the business owner claimed I got my money back yet contested it with my bank and tried to get over by being sneaky and claiming the funds. Your company will never get a penny from me, nor will your fraudulent business activities be tolerated. None of this is embellished at ALL, I have documents, photos, and paperwork to prove all of it. read more

Danny was awesome can't remember the other guys name that was helping him but they knocked out my tint in less than an hour. Looks really good. They also do detailing, headlight restorations. Would definitely recommend them if you need a high quality tint. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! They do not honor Groupon discounts and promotions. I had an appointment, I asked if they would honor the price they signed up with Groupon for, he said "Don't buy the Groupon" and he would give me the same price, which was their actual price anyway. I decided to take the lesser of the tints, when I received the confirmation text, I replied telling him I would like to to take the lesser of the two choices. He promptly replied "No I can't do that price and I can't take Groupons today" although the Groupon is for M-F only. Mind you, I have an appointment. He then told me, there would no longer be a warranty-his Ad says "Lifetime warranty" and that the warranty would be with Groupon only. He promptly tried to cancel my appointment and told me he had "paying customers" he was taking over me. I replied I have an appointment and I am a paying customer. He told me I was being disrespect and he did not want me to come. At this point, I had absolutely no intention of coming. I said I would be reporting him to Groupon, BBB and whomever else I could to stop him from doing this to another company and another innocent person. He then became so aggressive. I asked him to stop texting me several times and I called him a scumbag for the harassment. He finally stopped read more

I got my car tinted by them and my car is a lot cooler than before. I had a Groupon for my friend and had an appt set for two weeks in advance at 10 with for my friend to get his car done too. In the groupon it says nothing about only 35% all around only talks about the legal limits. We turned in the keys at 10 am and me and my friend went shopping around the mall area we called at 1:30 pm thinking the car would have been done by then. Instead was told they needed 30-40 more minutes I drove back to the place and still had to wait after the 40 min was up. There's no point in making an appt if they couldn't finish the car in a timely manner. If you want to spend hours and hours waiting to get your car tinted this is the place to go. They literally let the car sit there and tried to get as much customers as possible totally ridiculous and not smart. I had an APPOINTMENT! I was really rooting for this place and my friend was upset about the wait. read more
