Folks if you appreciate being treated unbelievably rudely then this junk piece of an establishment is for you. Just to be clear the tint service I had was at the FUTURES DRIVE location in Orlando. I got to my appointment ten minutes early. Seeing a car already in each of the two bays I asked how they were doing for time. The answer was 'we can have it done in two hours' An hour and fifteen minutes PAST that amt the time, I stepped into the shop to ask 'how much longer are we talking?' I'm thinking I've been beyond patient. Anyway I did not feel I was even giving a hint of rudeness in my asking that. The guy bit my head off in replying "you'll just have to wait". Which i had to because they were now in process of doing tint. The guy doing tint was stopping to laugh and joke to a co-worker. When car was done guy tossed my keys on counter and told me to never come back! Wow. It strikes me as odd that when I paid for a service, was given a timeframe, had the right to ask questions regarding my service that he was the one being completely un-professional and rude. read more

Update2 : This will be my last update, as this company is now threatening to "sue me for extant damages" because I posted my opinion on yelp of their services. I just want all the consumers out there to know my opinion, and my experience with this business, as I have a right to give it. It never ends guys. Regardless, it will not intimidate me, nor change my opinion, nor will my review be removed. I have a right to free speech and so does everyone else. Appalling business practices. Update1 : Daniels response is completely false, my vehicle was not in two major crashes. It was in one accident that was a hit and run, by another driver, the car was brand new when I purchased it. I get free car washes at Toyota and take my car in every week (Actually I had just left Toyota when I drove to my appointment at Ultimate Tint, and they had just finished WASHING AND SERVICING the car, and I have the service documents to prove it). The only damage it has is from the person who put the tints on using a box cutter to cut the film while leaning on the windows, which i saw with my own eyes, and is my opinion that I am entitled to have. I'm pretty sure everyone on yelp has common sense enough to know that dirt doesn't leave deep scratches in glass. Nice try though. The FTC still has a pending complaint against this company. Also in my BBB complain the business owner claimed I got my money back yet contested it with my bank and tried to get over by being sneaky and claiming the funds. Your company will never get a penny from me, nor will your fraudulent business activities be tolerated. None of this is embellished at ALL, I have documents, photos, and paperwork to prove all of it. read more

Danny was awesome can't remember the other guys name that was helping him but they knocked out my tint in less than an hour. Looks really good. They also do detailing, headlight restorations. Would definitely recommend them if you need a high quality tint. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! They do not honor Groupon discounts and promotions. I had an appointment, I asked if they would honor the price they signed up with Groupon for, he said "Don't buy the Groupon" and he would give me the same price, which was their actual price anyway. I decided to take the lesser of the tints, when I received the confirmation text, I replied telling him I would like to to take the lesser of the two choices. He promptly replied "No I can't do that price and I can't take Groupons today" although the Groupon is for M-F only. Mind you, I have an appointment. He then told me, there would no longer be a warranty-his Ad says "Lifetime warranty" and that the warranty would be with Groupon only. He promptly tried to cancel my appointment and told me he had "paying customers" he was taking over me. I replied I have an appointment and I am a paying customer. He told me I was being disrespect and he did not want me to come. At this point, I had absolutely no intention of coming. I said I would be reporting him to Groupon, BBB and whomever else I could to stop him from doing this to another company and another innocent person. He then became so aggressive. I got my car tinted by them and my car is a lot cooler than before. I had a Groupon for my friend and had an appt set for two weeks in advance at 10 with for my friend to get his car done too. In the groupon it says nothing about only 35% all around only talks about the legal limits. We turned in the keys at 10 am and me and my friend went shopping around the mall area we called at 1:30 pm thinking the car would have been done by then. Instead was told they needed 30-40 more minutes I drove back to the place and still had to wait after the 40 min was up. There's no point in making an appt if they couldn't finish the car in a timely manner. If you want to spend hours and hours waiting to get your car tinted this is the place to go. They literally let the car sit there and tried to get as much customers as possible totally ridiculous and not smart. I had an APPOINTMENT!
