I'm very easy to convince so I decided to visit the residence and take block sizes before seeking commercial services. I called (3) companies to hopefully get same day pricing. Window Tints Everything was the first and only one to respond to my inquiry. Follow up return call from "Richard" was very polite and professional over the phone. I explained I had block sizes and quantity plus I knew homeowner wanted a privacy film and in addition, defuse natural day lite. Richard quoted with Llumar .004 Frost White, sent me product info along with specification sheet in PDF and confirmed a date to install. No proposal or written contract was needed. Day of AM appointment, tech called with a courtesy reminder he was 30 minutes away. Asked if he could back up to driveway (A+), water spigot location and immediately set up his work station inside of garage employing his own work bench and film dispenser from factory roll. Tech used his own cleaning solvents to ensure glass was free from any debris before applying new window film. This small task probably took 90 minutes from knocking at front door to cleaning up and signing off on workmanship and handling payment. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews. But I really felt all the 4 & 5 stars review were not accurate reflections of this company. Please avoid this company at all cost. I changed my back yard to turf grass. The turf guy recommended I tint two of my windows because the reflection may burn the grass. They recommended me this company. One of the worst company experiences I have ever had. I had two windows tinted for my home. Cost about $250-300. Tint placed on 9/27/2019. A few weeks later, I noticed my window crack. It turns out the window couldn't sustain the thermal heat and it cracked. They called it thermal stress. (Oh by the way, my house is a new build that is only 3 years old. The windows are relatively new. And the window isn't cracked because of a force of nature or some magical bad luck. It's located in the back yard with no foot traffic). I notified them on 10/3/2019 regarding my crack window. They offered to replace my window and a re-tint. Okay! That sounded great! Everything from here on went downhill. Few weeks past by, I haven't heard a word when the windows guys will come to my place. One day, a random guy shows up to my doorstep. I coincidently happen to have a weekday off work. No one notified me they are coming. The guy took measurements of my window and left. He told me in 1 week, a new set of windows will be up. If I had any questions, to coordinate with windows tint service. Weeks past, no one shows up. I called window tint service numerous times. Spoke to their receptionist/coordinator Richard. Back and forth we went for 2.5 months. Richard will tell you when window guys would come, just to find out later they never came. I think the window tint guys forgot that I have a job and I can't be sitting at home waiting for these guys never to show up to their agreed times. It was frustrating. They never called me to inform me no one is coming. They leave you hanging. I've sent emails with no response (I'm pretty sure they didn't want to leave a paper trail). It got to a point where they would avoid my phone calls. I left numerous messages and never received a call back. I finally had to use a different phone number to call them. And guess what? They picked up the phone after using a different number. That is some real shady practice. Remember, this is a job that could of taken 1 week to finish. I asked them nicely since beginning of October. December comes and my windows are still crack. Rain is pouring, leaking into my home. I finally had it. I finally threaten to take legal action, and only then, did they start to take me seriously. It's sad that it had to get to that point. The window guy finally came to replace my windows on 12/10/19, then the window tint on 12/11/19. The guy who came to do my window tint said there's another guy who will place a sealant to my window later that day. Guess what? No one shows up. No one calls to let me know why no one shows up. I had called and spoke to Richard. He apologized and rescheduled to Thursday. Thursday happens, no one shows up. No one called me. I had to call Richard again. Rescheduled for Friday. Friday occurs, again, no one shows up. Again, I called Richard who reschedules to Monday. Monday occurs, again, no one shows up. Called Richard again, Richard said "Dan forgot and by the time he realized he was suppose to finish the job, it was 5 pm and too late". I wasn't even a priority to them. No one had the courtesy to give me a heads up or phone call. Finally, today, 12/17/19, I called window tint services. Now they are dodging my phone calls. Phone calls goes straight to voicemail. I went to work and used a different phone line, within a minute of switching phones, Richard picks up. He tells me Dan will be coming in today. How shady is that? Can you blame me for not believing a word he said? He said latest 3 pm. 3 pm rolls up, no one at my place. Called again, he said 15-20 minutes. Finally at 3:40pm, some random guy, not Dan, comes and places sealant to my windows. The sealant was crooked and sloppily placed. The sealant placed while I was still at work. This whole process has been disappointing. I'm so tired of trying to ask them to do their job. It's feels like I applied for a second job. The sealant done is really bad. I think I might just re-do the sealant myself at this point then go thru this hassle. VERDICT: You have been warned. Please avoid doing business with them. If your tint job ever goes wrong and you already paid, good luck in having them fix the problem. Their communication is horrendous. They will not respond to emails. They will not reach out to you to call you they are not coming or to reschedule. You will be having to take days off your work to wait around for them not to show up. What a nightmare this whole ordeal has been. I already notified my turf company on such a shitty referral they gave me. Please don't be a victim. read more

Wow! What a great experience from start to finish. I requested a quote for a small job to remove and replace old window film that was bubbling on our house front windows. We mostly use them to add frost on our windows but I wouldn't hesitate to try them for any other service. I had fake grass installed in my yard and I was recommended to call Windows Tints Everything in order to get window tint installed on my windows to protect my fake grass from melting from window glare. Daniel the owner came out immediately and measured my windows and gave me an instant quote which was great. Daniel was polite and professional the whole time. The reason I subtracted a star is he did not tell me the window tint I was installing only lasted about 5 years and would need to be reapplied. I feel that is something a homeowner should be aware of, and sorry I am not spending that much money on window tint every few years, I rather use screens which will last a much longer time and were the same cost.
