Edgar and Cesal were amazingly talented to watch working their majic during the installation to make our condo windows and doors safe and asthetically beautiful. This was not an easy task, as or building is over 60 years old and not exactly squared up with settling over the years. They continually lie yet pose as strong Christians. Anyone can quote bible verses but it's your actions that show who you truly are. Do not be fooled! I paid nearly $20,000 for new windows and sliding glass door. They refuse to complete the finish work and installed a track for sliding glass door with no factory drilled holes to drain the water. One of their employees came out and cut part of track off for the screen while trying to create drain holes. Now the screen doesn't close! One of the window screens already fell apart and I had to take it to be Re screened. Cuba Hanks made a deal with the manager of the building of the condo where I live to repair some stucco. They did a sloppy job it's completely cracked and the HOA is refusing to pay because it needs to be redone. They are saying unless I pay them an additional $2500 that the HOA owes them they will not complete the work. Crystal lied in the report to the Better Business Bureau and said I haven't been available. In fact, I have been available and cancelled appointments to be home. There were a few little projects that we could DIY and then there were these cabinets. GAH! The color! The doors! They were so dated and didn't match the rest of our home at all. Well it turns out that replacing those little brown-devil doors was a bit of a challenge! I called several businesses who weren't interested in such a small job and then called several handymen who didn't know how to fabricate something from scratch. That is when I was fortunate enough to run across Walton Home Improvements on Yelp! In the very few photos posted, I saw something similar to what I was hoping for! Ron did an amazing job and was incredibly professional. He clearly knows his craft. After listening to my ideas and adding his own creative suggestions, he went to work! He was quick and efficient and quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and even gave his name to our realtor, who frequently has clients needing tricky repairs. Excellent service. He is now working on exterior home painting on brick ('updating' a paint job my mom and I did 14 uears ago - major job!!) Kelly was "too busy" attending a window show, Drake would call me back within a week to discuss the repair plan. Nobody did what they said. I was willing to pay them for reinstallation to resolve the problem. I didn't want something for nothing. The condo sold for $40,000 less than the marked price. I'm just letting you, a potential buy to beware of Dovi and empty commitments.

Hired them to install 3 windows and 30 + screens on a rental property I own. All did get installed…read moreand replaced within a few months. My poor review is one of the screens from a second floor window fell out. When I found it, it was not able to be reinstalled. I sent pictures to company and they said it looked like someone pried the screen out. I explained it was on an upstairs window which could only be accessed by a big ladder. Their answer was sorry not their fault. Would not warranty the screen. Very frustrating when you pay good money and company doesn't back up the job. All this over one screen.
