In my experience, he provided fast service but it was very bad. I needed a new patio screen door to keep rats out. He came out in a few days and installed a door. Good news. I didn't notice right away, but the door didn't seal properly and left a gap on one side. I left Randall a txt and followed up with an email on a Friday. I even offered to pay for a better quality door. There was no response. On Monday I tried to txt him again, but it was blocked. Later Monday he txted that he would be there Tuesday. I tried to respond but again it was blocked. Tuesday was a no show & he said he would be there Wednesday. Again, he didn't come and didn't contact me. After a few days I contested the credit card charge, provided a picture of the door, copies of communication. After a few days I got a credit. Randall never contacted me. read more

We had a variety of screen needs, including rescreens using existing frames, a new window screen, and a new slider screen--both of those in unusual sizes. Randall was able to do almost all of it on the first trip, and was friendly and efficient. The slider screen required specialized parts that he had to order, so he returned a couple of weeks later to install that screen. When it turned out that even with the custom parts the screen still had some minor complications, Randall proactively offered us the choice of substantial discount (and living with the very minor imperfection) or waiting for parts from a different manufacturer. This guy was great at repairing and replacing my screens and was very polite and professional. He was booked up about two weeks out but was well worth the wait. His prices were on par with the three or four other companies that I checked out. It took him probably less than two hours to re-screen or replace about 12 or 13 windows that I had. At the end I asked him if I could have some of the old screens to use as gopher netting in my garden and he actually gave me new screen netting and said that would be more durable. We called them 2 times and gave them all the info and were told we would get a call back - but after 6 weeks got no call. I am SO GLAD they didn't call us back because we found Randal! He answered his phone on the 3rd ring, asked about sizes and gave me an instant quote.
