Ironically, I would describe him as rude and unprofessional rather than "magic." We had a scheduled appointment for our roof installation; however, no one contacted us to inform us that the appointment would not be kept. Instead, we were the ones who had to call on the scheduled day after taking time off work and waiting at home, expecting the installation to begin. When we reached "Majic Mike," he was extremely rude and dismissive. He stated, and I quote, "There were 36 people scheduled. I didn't have time to call." He then told us that the missed appointment was essentially not his problem and that he did not care whether we rescheduled in one day, one week, or one month because he was "a busy man" regardless of our business. I was so disappointed by his lack of professionalism and customer service that I ended the call. I then contacted our salesperson, Keith Wysocki, who was very apologetic and immediately worked to address the situation. The Customer Service Supervisor also called me back to apologize and help resolve the issue. It is solely because of the professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern shown by Keith and the Customer Service Supervisor that we chose not to cancel our project. They restored our confidence and demonstrated the level of customer service we had expected from the beginning. While our experience with "Majic Mike" was extremely negative, these two individuals ultimately saved our business relationship with the company.

We signed our contract in July 2025, and what followed was nearly a YEAR of delays, mistakes, and terrible communication. We dealt with broken window sills, incorrect measurements, Marble-Lite being installed when we ordered real marble, real marble arriving broken TWICE, and multiple attempts just to get the correct bathroom window. Our project was not properly completed until nearly a year after signing. Throughout the entire process, we constantly had to chase Majic for answers and updates. After the project was finally completed, management told me they would address compensation for everything we went through. I have followed up multiple times since and have received no resolution and now not even the courtesy of a response. Completing the project nearly a year later does not erase what it took to get there. The lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look literally ANYWHERE else. After our experience, I cannot imagine knowingly choosing to do business with Majic Windows. My family deeply regrets choosing them, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

He tries telling me that the 3/8th plywood is not up to code (found out it was a lie). Immediately we contacted another company who gave us a 20k quote (thats the price i assumed we get, not 10-20k more!). Pure energy uses scare tactics and high pressure sales to try to make people panic. As the saying goes, a jack of all trades is a master of none. Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Overall, would highly recommend them for their excellent work, very fair pricing, and being such good nature people!

A major beam in our sun room was screwed in incorrectly by Roberts people. The beam fell from the ceiling hitting another contractor. Thank god the contractor wasn't injured.
