Anyway these people ran my credit it said to accept with standard deposit. When they ran my brother's credit it obviously was going to Come back with no credit history because he will never be able to establish credit history due to his disability. I was then told I would have a higher deposit to which I said to them that they should probably consult with their attorney because this is discrimination and they can't give my brother a disadvantage due to his disability. Well conveniently they came back to say they were not going to consider his credit but due to my lack of rental history the deposit would be higher. The sequence of events were suspicious they had not said that was an issue before it only became an issue once they realized they would not discriminate against my brother. In total they wanted $5600 to move into an apartment. I found a better place where the staff were trained on ADA. Go somewhere else this place has shady practices and they obviously do not understand disability rights.

Think the management it trying to turn the place into "slum-apartments" One of the worst places to live the new owners have raised the rent 4 times to get what newer apartments are getting. This place harbours thief's and criminal type I have had my vehicle stolen 2 times and my neighbors all have had theirs stolen or broken into . owners don't care as I was told this isn't their problem high rent for buildings that were built in 1963 this place isn't worth it

Glory the manager goes out of her way to handle any issues presented to her Rick who takes care of maintenance has always been prompt and helpful if a problem arises. This is a place with 45 units, but the two of them manage to Cover everything. The residents here are very nice, and many friendships are developed here. I really only have positive things to say. On the bright side, their maintenance staff is very friendly, quick to respond, and I appreciate their help to this point. Main issue at this time is that the BTU output of the apartments AC system is not congruent with amount of square footage. We have the high ceilings which naturally will store hotter air, however since the AC output is too low during the hottest hours of the day the Air does not go below 83 degrees. Obviously, we will only have issues with this during the summer, but worth noting. Some positive comments for the complex is that it feels safe, neighbors are respectful and friendly, the community areas like pool and playground are well kept, and the parking is not an issue even when having guests over. Generally, the only issues come from the appliances which will subside I assume as we continue our stay. I do recommend this place and am glad we chose here, just be aware of smaller potential issues regarding the interior of the apartment. I give it 3.4 stars

For the price I paid, I expected higher-quality construction, better maintenance, and more responsive management. Unfortunately, there were ongoing issues with the unit that were never properly addressed. I frequently dealt with ants inside the apartment due to visible gaps and poor sealing in the wallboards, which is unacceptable for a so‑called luxury complex, especially considering I kept the apartment very clean. My upstairs neighbors were consistently noisy, often late at night, and the office did not help me resolve the situation despite multiple complaints. Additionally, residents were offered incentives to leave positive reviews, which makes it hard to trust the overall ratings. Communication from the office overall was frustrating, as responses were slow or nonexistent when concerns were raised. They did not pick up my phone calls many times. When I moved out, communication was especially poor. One staff member told me that if I moved out earlier than my lease ending date, my rent could be prorated and refunded, so I planned around that information. Later, she corrected herself and said that was not true. Mistakes like that should not be happening, especially at a luxury property. When I moved out, I was charged a cleaning fee, which felt unfair given that I had hired my own cleaning services before returning the apartment over. In another review, you can see that they charge residents for similar move‑out items. This is concerning, especially since in California, properties are not supposed to charge tenants for normal wear and tear. Being charged a cleaning fee under these circumstances felt unreasonable with what renters should expect. Overall, this apartment did not live up to its luxury label, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.
