Worst customer service we have ever seen. Asked extremely politely for some different shoe sizes and the workers couldn't be bothered. The girl we asked left the store without even telling us and left before she could help us. Absolutely disgusted with the attitudes of all those girls in there. What's with the attitude? It's not cute. After trying on a dress in their disgusting dressing rooms (the room I was in was filled with other dresses they didn't bother cleaning out, trash on ground too) I went to go find someone to ask if they had another size in this dress I wanted. Went up to the register, some girl glares at me and trudges over. Doesn't say a word, just gives me a look as if she was saying "What do you want?". I asked her if there was another size, and she immediately answers "NO". She didn't even bother to look for another dress, or to look up the dress online to see if it was available in another store or available online. Didn't even bother to at least try to help. Just gave me a "NO" and walked away. If you're THAT bothered by working, just go home. Giving this place two stars is being nice, btw. read more

I was looking for a plain black full-length dress last week. When I got there I was greeted by the staff. The store was pretty dirty, the dressing room's especially. Horrible experience, possible racial profiling. One of the white sales workers told my black niece that she couldn't walk around the store with any of the costume jewelry they sell, even though she was shopping for a dress and needed to match accessories! They had no signs to indicate this "policy", and it's not on the store website. Only 2 sales associates were helpful, the rest were very cold and unwelcoming. read more

What an absolute disappointment in customer service. I bought a dress here and while I thought the store associate was utilizing customer service skills by switching a tie on the dress I was to purchase, she switched the entire dress for the wrong SIZE. As soon as I got home I realized what they had done and came back to the store and the larger size had been sold and THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW THE DRESS TO BE RETURNED after their error. Every associate has always been so welcoming and takes the time to assist me when browsing the store. TERRIBLE! Some of their clothes is decent but most of it just looks like a circus threw up on the store. We entered the store and no one asked us if we needed help, and the dressing room experience was disgusting. The lady that helped me was so rude. WHY IS THE MUSIC SO LOUD IN THIS STORE..I'm yelling cause that's the only way to talk in the store! It's stressful to shop with the music so loud. I couldn't even take a call due to the blazing loud music!!! And it's EVERY time I'm in the store! I have loved this store since I was in high school. So much so that my parents and co worker had gotten me gift cards for my birthday. However, I went into this location a few weeks ago and had a terrible and honestly embarrassing experience. After walking around the empty store (other than 2 employees) for about 20 min with around a dozen items in my hands - not one of them offered to set me up with a dressing room (let alone acknowledge my existence). After being rang up at the register, I gave the girl (who I assume is a manager) my 2 gift cards. Before sliding the cards, your employee asked, "Are these the giveaway cards? Because you can only use one". Confused, I thought she was saying you can only use one gift card at a time. Then she said, "How much are on these cards? If these are the ones we gave away on Black Friday then you're only allowed to use one". I told her that the one from my co worker had $20 on it and that I wasn't sure how much was left on the other one. For the second time, I told her I wasn't in town for the past week due to my birthday, hence not being here for a BF giveaway so I wasn't sure why she was interrogating me about this. Your employee let out an annoyed, exasperated sigh, followed with an even more annoyed facial expression. She finally swiped the cards and then legitimately tossed my bag of stuff on the counter. After asking her her name, she defensively asked why I needed to know. I couldn't even say anything because I was still in disbelief as to what was happening. Your employee said, "MY NAME IS TIFFANY". I walked away and saw other customers standing behind me in line equally as shocked. I was and still am so disturbed by the treatment I received that day. I'm not sure why Tiffany felt the need to let something so frivolous as the origin of a gift card get in the way of her customer service skills that she learned in a handbook. I wasn't even going to write anything about this incident because I know nothing would come from it. However, maybe my review as well as all the others from this location might help a customer think twice about spending their money here. read more

Disappointed !!! Worst customer service ever... I just received a pair of boots for Christmas as a gift along with the gift receipt. I went to Windsor to return the boots which are intact, in the original box, with tags and gift receipt on hand, Kensey "the manager" started analyzing the boots and making faces while doing it for a few minutes and then told me I couldn't return them (All I was asking is for store credit) I asked her why? And she said because the tags were cut and I explained it was just the price part (because it was a gift, and normal people remove the price when they give you a gift) and the bar code was intact anyways. And on top of that I had the gift receipt. But, no she didn't care and didn't want to give me a reasonable solution. At this point I asked her for her manager and surprisingly to me, she was the manager, so then I told her who I could talk to to get a resolution, and then she said no one, so at this point I'm in shock with the customer service provided to me. I need to talk to the owner or anyone who is in charge of hiring people so incompetent to run a store with that poor quality customer service. Just the whole thing from beginning to end was absolutely the worse experience I ever had. I'm going to make sure to spread the word about this. Horrible experience, I went there last minute to buy a dress for a party and first one of the employees gave me a dirty look when looking for someone to open a fitting room so I could try on a dress. once I was trying on dresses I came out of the fitting room to get some assistance and there was three of the employees trying on dresses. I was standing there for a good amount of time but, not a single one even acknowledge the fact that I needed help. I was shocked by the fact that they were more busy trying dresses than helping customers. I can not believe this stores customer service. I did purchased a dress there full priced and everything and only to find out that it had a huge run on one of the sides and it was dirty. overall very poor service and low quality dresses for the amount paid, I definitely do not recommend purchasing any dresses here read more

No one asked me if i needed help until i had to look for help, ladies told me they were busy so i waited about maybe 20-25 mins to get help, finally when they did help me i asked them if they can help me find a dress in a different size, they asked me what size i was i told them i didnt know but if they can help me find at least 3 different sizes to try out. Very rudely the employee said "if you dont know your size i cant help you, just keep looking" and i left very upset. Never shopping at the location again. I'm tremendously disappointed in this place. Julissa, the manager, never once offered any assistance to me while I was in the store. When another employee offered assistance, Julissa intervened without invitation to tell me I needed to come back tomorrow if I wasn't going to pay full price for a dress. We were discussing an email sign up advertisement that ENCOURAGED shoppers to sign up and save TODAY. Have they changed their compensation programs to discourage sales, or is Julissa just a special case? Sad! read more

I must have tried on at least 8 dresses and she never complained about me going in and out of the dressing room. She never frowned or rolled her eyes. The employee had displayed attitude. She made several checks on my item I was attempting to return that was never worn, (which seemed a bit excessive) and wouldn't allow a proper return for at least the partial amount like she initially promised. I was only given a small store credit for one dress and the other dress that was thoroughly checked, was only allowed for an "exchange". Both dresses had the tags on them with the receipt, and had only been tried on to determine the fit of the dress. read more

All of my favorite dresses are from Windsor. I like that they keep a good variety of clothes in this store. The dresses usually range from 25-50 dollars. which I have found reasonable since they usually last even with continuous wear. I love the accessories in the store. They always have great hats and whatnot. They tend to cary a lot of vintage inspired clothes which I like the best. Great store. read more
