Jenny - unprofessional, unethical! Had a very bad experience with this agent. I wonder why the landlord keeps such an agent! She doesn't respond to the calls and takes 3-4 hours to reply to an email. We worked so hard to check about the school transfer, neighborhood and at last our application was rejected in-spite of being that first applicant and the reason she gave us was the other applicant has only one 12 year old kid! I have a 11 month old and seems like that is the reason why we didn't get the home. What a sick lady! Were you born directly as a 12 year old? It's kind of funny to me after reading all these negative reviews of Jenny Yie. Wow and to think I came on here to give her what I consider the ultimate compliment and you know why? It's from me and that's rare I write these long reviews about a mundane topic in my eyes BUT you realize your just a tenant in an owner's world of housing unfortunately. That's where Jenny comes in to play and I think she's a top-quality representative of the owner's best interests of COURSE. I'm a former homeowner for many years and i HATE it now that I rent for ohhhh last 13 years. BUT Jenny makes at least my family feel like were in another's house that we can call home too and I always treat it as my own, so I guess owner is pretty cool too. She will not or they won't be CHEAP for safety of this home and my family and that she has displayed over and over again to me at least for the last 3 leases I have signed. Will she say NO? Of course, the owner is protecting his investment. Does she say YES if it's justified and that's an easy YES answer. Ling Hullon and Jenny Yie are very unprofessional, unethical and liar. When we first meet this 2 scammers. Jenny doesn't even come talk to us. They just let us see the property on our own. We sent our application to Ling, but she always rushing us to submit all the documents she required. The property at 2075 Bluejacket way, we talked to the owner and meet with them informed them that we like the house and interested to it. We are confident that they are going rent the property to us. We didn't look for different property because we assumed that they'll give it to us since my aunt and the owner are very close friends. When ling and Jenny took over as a property manager. Ling sent us the draft of addendum which is $3,600. That was the agreement between the owner and us. ( me and my husband). We submitted all the docs that ling required. We agreed to the agreement. However she still show the property and posted to market for $3,850. After 2 days she posted, she informed us that someone is willing to pay $3,850 and she denied us instead. This property manager Ling snd Jenny are money faces. They even using a business Windsor Realty that has been close. They don't have a License. They are liar and scammers. They fool a lot of people. BEWARE OF THIS ANIMAL!!!!! No wonder their business is canceled. We only have 2 weeks left to moved out from where we live right now and they gave the house to someone else' . What an evil people. STEER CLEAR. Watch out for Jenny she'll write you up and lease and pressure you to sign without going over it with your partner or roommate. She wrote me up a lease and I took 3 days to go over it and was in contact with her asking about things in the lease like new paint and liabilities. Paid application fee. Committed to sign it on a Saturday but she ignored us all day and she ends up writing another lease on Sunday for a different couple and finally responds to us. Jenny took my deposit and ran. Right when I gave her my application fee she got demanding trying to rush me to sign the lease. It was a busy 4th of July week and me and my girlfriend couldn't go over the lease right away. All we needed was a couple days since it was the holidays and we were swamped with work since we got the 4th off. She wrote up a lease with our names and 3 days later on Saturday we asked if we could sign and give her our deposits. She ignored us. Showed the house the following day and found a couple willing to rush and sign a lease even though the people living there weren't moving out for a whole month. I felt like she was holding a grudge against us. I pleaded with her but NOPE she is cold hearted. She wouldn't even respond to me when I mentioned giving me my application fee back lol but i really just wanted the place since it was across from my sisters place. read more

We have known Ling and Jenny for probably at least 10 years. They were introduced to us by a friend who just refinanced her mortgage. At that time rates were still quite high, and the refinancing reduced significantly our monthly payment. Then, whenever the interest rates would go down enough so it became interesting to refinance, they would call us and we were able to refinance at low or no cost quite a few times. They made us save a lot of money. So, 2.5 years ago when we decided to move, we naturally asked Ling and Jenny to help us with preparing our house for selling. They basically took over the bathrooms remodeling project, following up with the contractor they recommended, and taking us to the cabinet and stone places. They also helped with the style, and color that were the trend at that time. Thanks to them we were able to continue to work without having to worry about the remodeling. They also helped with the staging, selecting the best business, so that the house looked great for the open house. We sold way above the asking price. As we were relocating in the Bay Area, they helped us, not only to find a house, but also to visit a few and provide their professional advice on the quality and potential of each one of them. They mastered the price negotiation and were able to get the price reduced. In San Jose, 2 years ago, it was quite a performance. Ling and Jenny are very personnable. Ling and Jenny are our friends first. We have known them for about 15 years. During early years of our friendship, they started Windsor Realty. It all started with their helping us refinance the home during the dot com bust. They always stayed on the top of the interest rates, monitored our loans constantly and at the right rate refinanced our home. We recommended them to some of our friends. The friends were very happy. One of them had the habit of doing their own research and assert that the agent is giving them the best possible deal in the market. This person has reemphasized time and again that once Ling and Jenny come up with a rate, it is not possible to find some thing better than that. This renewed our confidence as well and we never looked back in our professional association with Ling and Jenny. As the time went on, they also started providing advice on other real estate matters such as remodeling efforts, help identify the contractors, ranking, various gotchas in the process and everything. Thus, they have become our consultants in our real estate matters be refinancing, remodeling or buying a home. Whatever be the area they assisted us on, they always placed our interests ahead of their self and business interests. Here are a few examples: 1. When we were at cross roads last year, debating whether to buy a new house or remodel the existing house, we again approached Ling and Jenny for advice. Recently, we asked them to help us purchasing a home. We specified certain requirements for the property in terms of the amenities as well as financial limitations. We are aware of the fact that our wish list is long and difficult to satisfy within the financial boundaries specified. Ling and Jenny patiently worked with us showing multiple properties within, above and below the price range and slowly walked us through the process of redefining our parameters to work within a reasonable limit. They never tried to push us to buy a home because it is good or because it is within our price range. Finally, they found us a home that is above and beyond our expectations in finance, size, demographic and all other parameters specified by us. They are so good at communicating to the concerned parties that finally the seller as well as his agent decided to sell the home to us because the Ling and Jenny are always available and so easy to communicate and work with. Such a Realtor is really a great asset for anyone. 3. Ling and Jenny are also managing our second home as a rental property. They were very effective in advertising, identifying the tenants, working the process with them and us and make the process so smooth and easy for both of us. 4. Last but not the least, I would say a few words about their after sale service. When I have an issue with my neighbor at the recently acquired property in relation to the property line, I worked with the neighbor directly. Still Ling helped me review the agreement, took me to an attorney for initial free consultation and helped me make the correct decision on this issue. Secondly, soon after I acquired the property, I had to go back to my country for bereavement in the family. All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome of every single meeting we had with them. They presented the lowest mortgage rate options, facilitated the paperwork, and kept us from killing the seller who kept changing his mind about what he wanted. Ling and Jenny are fencers and have helped many local fencers find and finance homes over the years in the South Bay/ Peninsula area. Had a bad experience working with Jenny. We went to her showing in San Jose for a 2 bedroom duplex and upfront she is not very personable and friendly. She didn't really take the time to introduce herself to us so I had to go out of my way to introduce myself. Granted it was a busy day and many groups were looking at the house, it would have been nice if she showed she cared. After walking through the place, we expressed our interest so we submitted our application. Once we had all the documents in after emailing back and forth, she wrote up the lease agreement and gave us less then 24 hours to sign. With our busy jobs and schedules, we asked for time to review (especially since it was during the July 4th holiday weekend) but felt she pressured us, giving us not a lot of time and didn't respect the lease agreement that she had written for us. And then she ignored our calls and emails and then wrote up another lease for another couple, ultimately giving it away. We should be refunded our application fee. read more
