Not only does the customer service sucks. The Services I supposed to be getting 100% and it's always between 30 and 50%per the technician. if I'm one day late on my bill, they cut me off so how do I cut them off? The reason they treat us like this is because there's no other Services down here. Every day I have to go to a library or some where else with Internet in order to get my work done but they put me on kinetic business account that I'm paying almost $300 a month for and the services to not work, no apologies. No, don't pay this month. No refunds no nothing praying that AT&T gets to our area. This company does not understand how dangerous it is for us to be in this rural area without even emergency communication because of there's no Internet there's no phones how do we call 911 if there's a emergency, no TV for news. Verizon had a trade in offer of $1000 to upgrade to the newest Galaxy. My old phone was in perfect condition and there were no issues but from my history with phones when things go bad I tend to have to upgrade immediately and they offer very little to no money for non working phones. A representative from this Verizon Wireless location called me. He told me that he saw I was interested in upgrading my phone but was wondering why I had not finalized my decision. He then asked if he could explain my options and walk me through different plans and devices. Thankfully Verizon's website has all the information you need to do everything online and explains everything very well. I truly appreciated the young man's call and if they did not close so early and charge $40 for me to come into the store I would have possibly did my upgrade in store. Either way the location provided excellent service. I strolled online for a few days trying to decide if I wanted my new phone mailed to me, have an associate come to my house and help me set it up for $40, go into the store and have someone do the upgrade also $40 or pickup the phone from the store and do it myself for free. I'm not sure when they started charging customers to come into the store for upgrades but if a phone cost over $1200 everything else should be free. I chose free and decided on having the phone placed in a locker at this Verizon location after I purchased it. I received an email once my phone was ready for pickup. I love that they have a locker pickup option and allowed me to get the phone at my convenience. When I arrived the store was closed. My pickup email gave clear instructions on how to retrieve my purchase from the locker. It was a painless process that took about 3 minutes, my phone and receipt were in a bag inside when I finally opened the locker. Although I did not have face to face contact, this Verizon location exceeded my expectations. I left feeling confident in my purchase and extremely satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely return to this store in the future if I need help with my phone or to purchase accessories.

And, because I only have Internet for my place, it took a bit of research to find another provider. But, once I did, canceling Spectrum service was not easy! I know the CSR has a speil that he has to go through, to try and keep you as a customer (going so far as to offer, 1Gb service for$40.00/mo.; Why couldn't they have offered a discount when I called a few weeks previously asking about it?). But, between that, and asking irrelevant (and, irritating) questions, such as who's my Cellphone provider and, how much I pay, it's ridiculous that it took over 14 minutes to cancel the service. And, on top of that, I have to return the modem and router to either, a Spectrum Store. Or, send the stuff back via, The UPS Store. :-( Though, I did like them, their price increases have gotten out of hand.

He said that several times. I informed him this is a Spectrum problem, not a ME problem. I'm not driving to an ups store just because they are too LAZY to schedule an ups pickup. I then spoke to his supervisor and repeated the story. I said I was about to film myself walking the equipment into the store and leaving it on the counter. My job and responsibility was done at this point. The supervisor said he would schedule a pickup from my house today. I said that's fine. But now I wished I had said to have them pick up the equipment from the Spectrum Store in Milledgeville ga. There is a reason the Milledgeville store is "small". It's because they treat people like this. They don't contact us to give updates lower prices. They don't stay competitive. They could keep customers before they ever leave, but if they leave treat them with respect. Try that. So the people on the phone with Spectrum corporation were very professional and did what they could. But letting the Milledgeville store dictate if they decide to follow Spectrums rules is ridiculous. Give them what they want. They don't want to work. Just shut them down.

A far cry, and day/night difference between the 2, as the previous D2D guy (from 2022) tried to set me up with AT&T Cellular service WITHOUT telling me about it (evil!!)! So, after chatting with the guy, thinking about it for a week (managed to catch my neighbor, whose had it for about a year now), and because of the $39.99 Introductory price (saved $99.00 Install), AND, having my own Router (saved $9.99/mo) and Security Suite ($4.99-$19.99/mo) AND, having Autopay from my Checking Account ($6.99 {$4.99+$2.00 Ser Charge/mo), I'm saving boocoo bucks each month over the Cable Co.! :-) So, 2 days ago (Thursday), I sent a text to the D2D guy. And, after chatting a bit, I was lucky enough to get Fiber Optics installed today (Saturday); just 2 days later! 8-) Early this morning, I got an automated text that the tech would be here between 10:45 and 12:45. :-) But, around 08:30, the tech sent me a text, asking if it would be OK to start earlier. After asking what time, he replies, 10 minutes. 8-o 8-) We had a little bit of a problem getting my new Router to sync up with my devices (phone and laptop). So, the tech fiddled some (not sure what he did) and, got it to working (he saved me from having to rent one of theirs)! So, I definitely give their people 5 Stars. But, because the installation point had to be in my bedroom, :-( , I can only give them 4 Stars. Thankfully, the green lights are small and, nowhere near as bright as those blue lights are. Finally, I got most of my devices (old PC can't connect via Wi-Fi) up and running smoothly. Am definitely digging it! Insofar as improved speeds, some pages load noticably faster. Some, no change (due to the site's set speed).
