    This store SUCKS!!!!!First visit i went in to inquire about the cost of adding another line to my…read moreservice plan. After going over the cost i opted not to go though with the additional line. Left the store and signed no documents. The next day to my surprise i got a text from T-Mobile thanking me for opening an additional line. This T-Mobile store had gone ahead and opened an additional line on my account without my permission. I contacted T-Mobile, stated my issue and they cancelled the line immediately. Fast forward 2 months later i upgraded my phone and added a second line at a corporate T-Mobile store without issues. After 2 days of having the new phones l started having issues with the volume on one and the screen freezing on the other. I contacted T-Mobile via phone and they transferred me to Apple for additional trouble-shooting. When the Apple rep was unable to remedy the issues with the volume and freezing, he suggested i take the phones to a T-Mobile store for an exchange. I had 15 days to exchange the phones. Against my better judgment l again visited this T-Mobile location, what a mistake. Rick an older gentleman greeted me, i explained my situation. He seemed a little reluctant and kept asking if i was sure that the phones were having issues. He kept finding excuses and after about 10 minutes i got annoyed and told him to keep his suggestions i wanted to exchange the phones. Rick then went and consulted with John who came over and again gave me the run around. When i asked if he was the Manager he ignored me the first time when i asked again he walked off. I addressed "John" which was what his name tag said and for the third time i asked if he was the manager he rudely said "I guess". In my opinion they didn't want to exchange the phone and it was their hope that i would get fed up and walk out. This is totally unacceptable behavior for a manager. Rick was totally clueless and it was clear that he did not know what he was doing. John the manager was unprofessional and even less helpful. The process of exchanging 2 new phones took him almost 2 hours. He couldn't figure out how to even turn on the new phone. Simple questions regarding syncing my stored info he said he didn't know. Most of the 2 hours spent at the store l was figuring out how to set up the new phones myself. Rick kept going back and forth to John to inquire about everything. 3 days later l contacted T-Mobile customer care regarding an unrelated issue. While going over my account l was notified that an additional service plan was added to my account. So l had 3 service plan for only 2 phones. When l inquire when the 3rd service plan was added low and behold it was the day l visited this location and was helped by clueless RICK. I will and would not recommend this T-MOBILE location. If you are not vigilant, you will end up with some unauthorized service added to your account without your permission and knowledge......fraud alert for this location.

My husband had went to T Mobile while I was at work to get his phone T Mobile was having a promotion on Motorola phones my husband purchased his and he also asked them If I could get the same deal that he got they told him yes. We went on Saturday, March 4, 2023. I went for the deal also because I had a 6S for years but the battery kept on being charged and charged it would be 100 percent but would really get low and keep on getting lower and lower. Service was excellent at T Mobile it was already busy with customers but we really didn't have to wait long at all which was a plus. Customers kept on coming in the door so that says a lot also. I would recommend to people that I know to go there. The employees that work there are very nice and know how to do their jobs the right way. My husband explained everything to the store employee that came to help us out he picked out a really nice case for my phone. He also said that the I phone and Android are different and that it might not store everything onto the Android phone but I kept my fingers crossed that it would work. And sure enough some things didn't go over. I'M REALLY PISSED about that because my Yelp Reviews that I had on the I Phone didn't go over on to the Motorola Phone I've done 48 Yelp Reviews 71 photos I even became Elite in 2023. I have to start over because on this new phone I have nothing of Yelp. I had to change my Email I opened up Facebook I've never had Facebook on the I Phone but I sure do now. I just wish that I didn't have to start over because I switched phones. Also being that I switched my Email I'm not getting the Emails that people are sending because they don't know that I had to switch Emails and I have no way of letting them know right now that I switched because I don't have the information. Let's see how long that it would take for me to do 48 Reviews and 71 photos again for my Yelp Reviews.

    I went into the Newburgh NY route 300 location today for a new screen protector. There were 2…read moregentlemen helping customers & one guy Edmond sitting at the table. He looked up & seemed aggravated that I was there. He got up walked to me & never greeted me or anything, even after I said hello. I looked at him & said I need a new screen protector please. He said what's your #, I gave to him & he went to get one, put his hand out for the phone & then walked away from me to sit at the table instead of the counter but never spoke a word. He came handed me my phone, I said Ty & he responded by waking away. So unacceptable & rude. If you don't like your job, than don't be there. Treat people with kindness.
