Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

They then brought our stuff up to Catskill and loaded it into our house, and this was not an easy move, yet they remained cheerful and upbeat, even taking a bunch of heavy things up to the attic. The truck drivers who loaded and unloaded my container were excellent--they answered all of my questions, provided clear timelines, and kept me updated with calls when they left the unit and when they arrived at my home. Their communication was always on point. The only downside was that my container was extremely dirty, almost as if it had been used to transport charcoal. Because of this, I strongly recommend wrapping items in blankets and stretch wrap to prevent them from getting stained. Unfortunately, my mattress cover was ripped during the move and ended up with black marks. Overall, the professionalism and communication stood out, but I do wish the container had been in better condition.

Smooth Move held those items hostage for over a week, forcing needless suffering just to retrieve basic necessities. And as if the humiliation of their "facility" wasn't enough, they capped it off by overbilling my credit card just under $200. That's not just incompetence--it's exploitation.
