I have been going to Embody Her Health since they opened and have had such an amazing experience!…read moreNot only is the office absolutely gorgeous and clean, but their staff is professional and accommodating. I have had both wellness visits with Dr. Rybak and have used their IV infusions on multiple occasions. During each visit with Dr. Rybak, I was presented with options that would address whatever my health or wellness needs were. I never felt pressure to purchase anything on the spot, I left feeling well informed and confident that I would be able to follow up after having some time to consider my options. I had a relaxing experience with the IV infusion, the room is cozy and chairs are so comfortable. I will definitely be back for more. If you're looking for top quality women's care in a beautiful environment you should schedule an appointment with Embody.

Here's how it works at EHH:…read more You call and make an appointment for a new patient. They tell you the lab and appt fees. Fine. You have labs drawn on week one. You review the labs with the provider on week two. Fine. A salesperson then comes in immediately after the provider leaves, and attempts to sell you a subscription into their $1,000/year club, which essentially gives you the privilege of getting your meds filled at your own pharmacy. The alternative is to pay jacked-up prices and buy your meds from the clinic. It's completely unethical to withhold pricing structure information like this to new patients , and ONLY revealing the final cost after they are already on the hook for $200 in labs and $100 clinic fees. It makes me wonder what other information they are withholding. I can't do business with a place like this.

I had plenty of supportive nursing staff and anesthesia staff. Everybody was kind and accommodating. The check-in status was smooth. The guy that checked me in was very friendly and funny for outpatient services. You park in the main entrance area unless you have somebody driving you and you'll check in at the gray outpatient building parking. There was plenty as we were there at 5:30 AM. My surgery started at eight so bear in mind as far as surgery times we're also known as arrival times that will depend on parking as well as any additional waiting time for the check-in process.

An example of this, was their failure to give breathing treatments due to patient not being able to hold the nebulizer to his mouth. We had to tell them that they make masks for that, then he got the treatment for this hospital acquired pneumonia. They also would not turn him. By the time he was discharaged, he had 7 decubitus/open sores on his buttock, and one was necrotic. Our family was not informed of all these open sores. No physical therapy either, they said they didn't have the staff for that care. We won't ever take any of our family there again.

Susan who works as a phone receptionist for this office takes her job to personal to a level to argue with patients and hang up on them when the patients are expressing their concerns and Susan did not agree with them. This is not the first encounter I have had with Susan not liking my opinion and arguing back & hanging up on me. I called to fill my husband's diabetic medicine that I had put in a request for at our local pharmacy 2 days prior (hints: why I waited till today to go pick up also due to the holiday). I go to the pharmacy to see if it is ready. Only to be told our doctor's office has not approve it yet (our doctor's office will only fill scripts after 4pm each day) , so with that said another script request was put in from the pharmacy. I called the doctor's office to express this and SUSAN proceeds to comment "that this how we do things and sorry if you don't like it." "Also we just came back from a holiday." That is when I stated "yesterday would be the paper work from the holiday and which your office doesn't fill scripts till after 4pm so that means the holiday log should have already been worked."Not only did SUSAN express her rude tone of opinion back to me and hang up on me,but also continued to ignore 15 of my phone calls back to back. I then get a call from a non-registered number (while on hold with the office) and another lady who tells me "the phone systems are having issues" (which then means the office phones have had problems for 6weeks now also unprofessional) Mrs/Miss Susan is very unprofessional and rude as well as disrespectful to patients. I have not seen a doctor's office handle situations in such an ill unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this office to no one and I may be finding another doctor for my family of 7 since they are not for helping people and allowing their employees treat/talk to the patients and to ignore their patients. If Susan has acted and spoke to me this way just think how many others she has done this too and no one has spoke up.

I'd heard good things about Green Mount Family Dentistry so I decided to give them a try. My son has gone there for the last year and a half and if he hasn't complained to me about when he goes to the dentist they must be do something right. They were super friendly when I walked in and I was quickly filling out the necessary paperwork so we could get this party started. I was soon led back to my tech's room to begin the fun, and I do have to admit, this was not a bad dentist appointment. Christy quickly got all my teeth x-rayed and started in on cleaning them. A bit of a different touch was they have small TVs that you can watch while they are working on your teeth. I understood my son's question last night when he asked me what I was going to watch during my appointment. Christy is a great dental tech who's been doing her job for 11 years and man does it show. She's very efficient and not to mention didn't make me wince once while that sharp metal object was in my mouth. Once Christy finished up in came the dentist, Amanda Littlefield. She was very personable and took a minute to kind of get to know you before jumping right in. Once she was done with her exam Christy finished up with my fluoride treatment and I was out the door in one hour and ten minutes. Not too shabby seeing I had to get a full round of x-rays done. I wish I could say I'll happily return in 6 months for my next cleaning but I'll be back in about a month to fix a filling that my former dentist did about 8 months ago. I won't be thrilled to be back in a month, but at least I feel my teeth are now in good hands.

My experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing and unprofessional…read more Ashley repeatedly changed her explanation instead of working toward a solution. First, she said I had not provided my insurance information. Then she said I had provided the wrong information. I had already provided all of the necessary insurance information, including a copy of the front and back of my medical insurance card. The confusion appeared to be that my medical and dental coverage are administered by different insurance companies, even though they use the same Member ID and Group Number. Once Ashley allowed me to explain the situation, I clarified that the insurance company had already confirmed their protocol: the provider's office simply needs to call the provider services 1-800 number to verify coverage and obtain any needed information. Despite this, Ashley repeatedly refused to make the call and instead told me, "You do it," more than once. Throughout the interaction, Ashley raised her voice, accused me of interrupting her, and shifted blame rather than trying to resolve the issue. She also refused to provide her last name when I requested it. Ashley initially told me the manager was present while we were speaking. However, when I asked to speak with the manager, she then said the manager was in a meeting. These inconsistent statements caused me to question the accuracy of the information I was being given. Ashley also stated that Alex the manager approved of how she handled the situation. Throughout the interaction, I perceived multiple microaggressions and felt I was not treated with professionalism or respect. Patients should not have to argue with staff to have standard insurance verification procedures followed. I hope management reviews this interaction, provides additional customer service training, and ensures staff follow established insurance verification protocols instead of placing the burden on patients when the insurer has instructed the provider's office to make the verification call.
