After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere. We already have some work we will be calling Arsenio for in the near future and we're very happy to have found a great, reputable plumber. Highly recommend.

Initially, the technician assumed the shower was clogged, but later realized it was a deeper issue. He said he needed to remove the toilet to snake the sewer line, and claimed the problem was resolved. However, just 4-5 hours later, sewage began backing up into the shower, and both toilets stopped flushing entirely. I contacted him that evening, asking for urgent help--no response. I called and texted again the next morning, and only then did he reply to say he was on vacation. He offered no backup plan or referral, leaving me to find another plumber to fix the mess. To make matters worse, he charged me $480 for snaking the shower and toilet--an excessive price for about 1 hour's work, given the poor outcome and lack of follow-up. Billy and Chris showed up within that time, asked about some other plumbing issues I had mentioned to their office, and after looking at all the problem spots, got to work. They replaced 6 hose bibs (all were 26 years old and had been problematic for a while), flushed my tankless hot water heater and repaired it's condensation line, and got both sinks draining perfectly. That was not a quick fix as there was a clog way down there, greasy something and they had to use a couple snakes and then another tool to fix it. I was worried they would say they couldn't get it, but they just kept working at it. They said they don't stop until they have fixed something or tried all available means of repair. They were both professional, friendly and pleasant to work with. The jobs were fairly priced. I will call RJCarter for all my plumbing problems and highly recommend them.

THANKFULLY the first year was under warranty because a whole pipe burst internally in one of my walls that required some serious repairs. On top of that, my sinks were not flowing or draining properly, toilets needed to be re-laid, and my shower rain head started leaking into my ceiling, which they had to all come fix. But what really lead me to this review was my garage disposal which was the straw that broke the camels back. Part of their mistake was leaving their magnet/sticker on it as a clever marking ploy/reminder but they will now be remembered for all the wrong reasons. I have all my cleaning supplies and junky towels under my sink so didn't even notice it was slowly dripping, likely for years on the back of the unit. As soon as I caught it I immediately called the number listed on a Sunday. The lady told me if it wasn't an emergency that day, they would call me back the next day. Days go by. Nothing. That Friday I called back again and expressed my concerns and a new guy told me I needed to contact the Orlando office as the number on the disposal was their generic line. I called and left two message, yet no call back. At that point I just had to go to their competitor because I couldn't wait. Once they arrived they pointed out the disposal only had 1(of 3!!!) screws installed and was barely holding it against the sink so that was the reason it was dripping and by this point, the water already corroded the entire top that was slightly hanging lower so I even had to replace the disposal. Having to replace this under 3 years is embarrassing. I'm no expert but this has to be one of the more easier looking plumbing jobs and they couldn't even get it right. I would never use or recommend this company and they should think about renaming themselves Last Quality Plumbing.
