We left for the weekend and when we used the sink on Monday clog was the same. We called and they wanted to charge us another $150 to come and redo their work. The response to me was "well what did you stuff down your drain". Kind of hard when no one was home. I believe this is terrible customer service and would not recommend to anyone. After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere.
