Would've given a lower review had the food not been good. However, Esmeralda has a very poor attitude and poor customer service. Rolling eyes at customers is terrible customer service etiquette. I hope the managers fix that. read more

I have been to a lot of wing places and I have to say, the sauces here are good and the blue cheese actually has chunks of blue cheese. But the wing's meat was black and the sauces get drowned out by the extremely overly greased down wing. The wings had feathers all over them, I understand that there might be a small little feather left behind, but I wasn't expecting my wings to still be able to fly off my plate. So if chickens flying off your plate is your thing then this place is just for you. I guess I could always try something else from there. read more

Im not a big fan of the wings I rather have hooters. chicken strips are good and big. The hot sauce they use is freaking spicy hotter then hooters. They were out of their "signature" appetizers on a Saturday for lunch. Also the wings were so over seasoned that when you picked one up it looked like sand falling off, couldn't even eat them, it was like the cinnamon challenge every time we tried to take a bite. So went there 3 Times now and today was prob the last. First time everything was ok. Second time they forgot my salad, then like 40 min later they bring me a salad and apologize how it's of course their fault, ok happens. Well it was the wrong salad. At that point I gave up and just didnt have dinner. Today we went there for take out. Floor was sticky; had to wait a couple min for someone to recognize us; The lady told us gonna take 10-15 min. Took over 20. Ok all not too bad. We had side of fries a salad and wings. The wings were cold! I wish I could say something nice about this place. This is the wing daddy's closes to me. I'm asked what I want to drink and given my check before i even started drinking my beer. Place my food order and I feel like she is judging my every order. I ask what is the normal flavor for my ribs and she is looking at me like "would you just hurry up". I tell her later on, "it feels like the heater is on? Is it the lights?" Nothing happens or is said. Not sure if it's the two girls behind the bar tonight that I had bad luck with but it sucks. I honestly don't know why we keep giving them chances. Time and time again they prove to have the worst customer service for a place that claims to be a professional establishment. This last time was the final straw. We literally waited 30 minutes without refills or our food being brought to us. Mind you it was not busy it was a pretty steady traffic flow. I had enough when they finally brought us only a PORTION of our food out and to top it off "two" of the strips were about two inches long. I myself had to get up and walk into the kitchen since the managers seemed to be preoccupied with chatting and our waiter nowhere to be found. an insulting ending to this encounter was a $3 military discount after ruining our time there and I myself having to get up and do there job. Side story which I should have written a review on MONTHS ago was when their roof started leaking all over our food and they still made us pay full price! I have kept my silence but this is just ridiculous. People who give great reviews probably work their. They need to shut this place down immediately. read more

When you walk in a cute hostess guides you to seat yourself. Super fun atmosphere-music beer and wings.(cant go wrong) Too bad this is our 3rd visit with cold wings. Darn we keep trying and will continue to go back but...3 times. Location is great because there is nothing else around. read more

Good service, very friendly! The food was ok, Had lemon pepper strips & lemon pepper buffalo shrimp not the greatest but alright.

Honestly, good wing sauces and plenty of tvs for sports fans. Everything else is kind of meh. The beer selection is spotty. If you have it on the menu, one should expect to be able to order it. If it's out, the waitress should know that prior to going out and back three times to the bar. Between inattentive serving staff (granted, we were two couples not flirting with our waitress) and a lack of knowledge of their own menu, I'd recommend against coming here with any great expectations. Oh and by the way, we were here watching a game... In jerseys. Don't come with the checks unasked prior to the finish. That's kind of like telling us you want us gone. read more

You have to be a regular to get good service. I have been by myself or with friends that are only in town for a few days and every time the service is terrible. Slow to even get a drink order and most of the time the food order is messed up. There are also times that I would never get the food I ordered..... I've lived in El Paso for about 4 years now and this location is very close to my house, so I still torture myself by going there when I'm desperate for wings and beer. I'd honestly say this is the worst wing daddy's location. The chain is already known for sub part odd-ball sauces that don't taste like buffalo wings. This location in particular has awful service, long wait times, and the smell of dirty mop water overpowers. Been there several times and have had no problem. But this last visit on memorial day was horrible. Not like the place was packed and super busy. There were only two tables seated. We ordered our drinks and no problem, but after we order our food, we waited for almost an hour and nothing. People who were seated after us got there orders and us nothing. I went and asked the waitress if there was a problem with our order and she said it was coming out in a few more minutes. It wasn't like we ordered anything special, it was wings, wings. Anyways, about 15 later still nothing. I asked for the check for my drinks and to speak to a manager. Drinks I shouldn't have paid for since I order them to enjoy with my food, which I never got. The manager came out and asked to give them a second chance and offered a discount on my next visit. Took my name and went and locked herself in the office and left me standing there. A party hat had come in about 10 minutes before I asked to see the manager hadn't been acknowledged either. And needless to say walked out as well. My friends and I all ordered to go, unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with my burger. My first bite was not worth what I paid, since all I tasted was an over-seasoned meat patty. Ordered from the Sean Haggerty location last night and I was extremely disappointed. They only gave us 9 out of our 10 shrimp order and the fries were lukewarm. Went out for the evening with the DH and decided to try out Wing Daddy's. I always complained that there is a severe lack of restaurants in NE El Paso, but not any more. We started out with an order of 'Funky' fries. Think nachos with fries instead of chips. Loved it! Next, I had the queso burger and the hubby had the Honey Hot wings (he likes spice, I don't). Tried to call in a order to pick up at the Northeast location in El Paso TX. Was asked to please hold as soon as girl answered, but wasn't actually on hold, I could hear everything going on in the restaurant as if the phone was just placed on the counter. After about 10 min( not exaggerating) still nobody came on the phone. So while still on the phone I drove to the location, which is about ten minutes from my house. As soon as I pull in the parking lot someone picks up the phone and hangs up without saying a word. Was on hold for 20 min. I walked in and asked for the manager immediately. Explained what happened and he was very apologetic and said he would get my order taken and give me a discount for the trouble. Girl took my order and said if I wanted to wait or come back because it would be about 15-20 min wait cuz they were busy, told her "well if someone would of not left me on hold for 20 min my order would have been done already, yes I'll wait". I ordered an 8 piece boneless honey hot and an 8 piece boneless honey bbq. 20 min later she brings out my order, and my check, asked her if both orders were in same container, because there was only one to go box in the bag, she says yes. Pay for my food and get ready to leave. As I'm walking to my car the order just doesn't feel right. So, I open the box and there are 4 of one flavor and 4 of the other flavor. Walk back in ask for the same manager, show him the order and he even seems annoyed and the laziness of the staff. He takes care of me to make the situation right thankfully. Annoyed myself after spending almost an hour waiting I get home to eat my wings and the original 4 and 4 were not even the flavors I asked for. Food was average, worst part was service, waitress spent so much time up front by the door with the other help she forgot to come back and even get our order we had to order from another waitress. When we were done I had to hunt her down for our check, she was once again running her mouth with her coworkers up front. Also a group of waitresses were on break or just got off and were eating at a back table and were being very loud and rude. Will not be back was not worth it read more

About the only good thing about this place are the drink specials. Every time I have been there, basically every waitress (which is usually 8 to 10 waitresses) is standing at the door gossiping and just kind of ignore you as you walk in. The manager, at least I assume it's the manager, is usually always standing with them, which gives a slight feeling of a cheap strip club. To make things worse, all of the waitresses suck at their job...actually out of all the times I have been there I have had one good waitress; it usually takes forever to greet or bring you anything (probably because they are all talking by the door), they don't even know the menu or really know how to recommend any type of beer or even what beer they sell. To make matters worse, their chicken wings are always dry and their sauces are mediocre at best. The only reason to go here is for the decently priced drinking specials and it's one of the only places in the northeast that you can drink for cheap. read more
