Ordered food and after a bit decided to call because nobody showed up. Got the "be right there" brush off. Waited and waited. Still no food. Called again. Response "almost there". 2 hours later "oh your slip didn't print and everyone left". Well thank you, but we are still hungry. Worst place ever. read more

I would give this place 5 stars but the order I just had delivered is wrong. I asked for brown sauce instead of sweet n sour because of my allergy to pineapple and I got sweet n sour sauce. What happen? I have been going here for years tonight I ordered Chicken Yat Mein and even though I asked for it without onions there were a couple onions in it and also some broccoli pieces were also in it. The saucei is supposed to be like a gravy and it was more like a soup. So disappointed. read more

Food is always hot and fresh. They separate the combo platters which I love because I don't like my rice touching other food. Fast delivery.

While I enjoy the food, I have to say that our last take out order was a HUGE disappointment. We placed an order online (which I do love that feature) and my husband went to pick it up. When he came home we found that we had been given the wrong order (yes, Shannon and Sharon do sound alot alike). So we had to go back to get the right order (and this time we double checked the order contents). But with all that inconvenience to us, there was no apology, no offer for a free something, nothing. And one more thing -- the total online (with tax) was suppose to be 29.15 but they charged my husband 31.00. So while I do like the food, though I think a bit expensive, I'll probably take a pass on this (at least for take out). read more

My family and I usually eat from this restaurant once or twice a month. Our bill normally runs close to 70$ since it is 5 of us. Today I called to place an order for just two of us. I called at 7:21 while my fiance was in the store, and was told that it will be 15 minutes. When my fiance got in the car, she said she didn't want chinese tonight, so I called the restaurant back 6 minutes after my initial call to cancel what I ordered for my fiance only. I was told that I could not do that and the food was ready to be picked up. I was appalled at being told that I couldn't cancel my order, but nonetheless I remained calm and told her that I only want half of the meal. However she began to over talk me and tell me that I have to get all of it and that I am wasting food and I need to come get it. At this point I am beyond livid and I advised her that she was being very rude and I no longer want any of it and that I will never visit her establishment again and ended the call. About five minutes later she calls me and says that she never wants my business again. I hung up. She called right back from a different number to repeat that she does not want my business anymore, I responded to her by letting her know I already told her that I would not visit her establishment again and to never call my phone again or I will call the police for harassment. I'll be damned if she didn't call me back again! I answered the phone by saying I'm calling the police, she said go ahead I already called them and you can't come back to my store. I hung up and called the police. What part of business and customer service is this? Please be aware of this if you ever cancel an order or in my case, a portion of it. But I must say, the food is great! read more

I'm from Philly and usually had Chinese food from China town. Now that I am living in Wallingford, it's nice to have a good Chinese restaurant to go to and that also delivers. My father is very particular with Chinese food and whenever he visits from out of town we usually go there at least once with friends from West Chester and order in also. Normally, I am not a picky person. I was raised to eat what is on your plate. However, last night, I will make an exception. The food was literally horrific. It was my birthday and we decided to order Chinese food for pick up because we have a new born and toddler and didn't want to risk two crying kids in a restaurant. I ordered the sesame chicken combo. It comes with fried rice and an egg roll. I received a chicken breast that had been literally dredged in sesame seeds and either pan fried or deep fried to cook it, no sauce. Then sliced in strips and served on top of steamed broccoli, but you could have fooled me it was steamed or raw. I have never in all of my years of eating Chinese food (I love all Asian food) have seen sesame chicken prepared in this manner. No sauce had coated the chicken breast just sesame seeds. There was however, a Lard/gel type of sauce given as a side dish, which I can only assume was the sauce for my dish and it was horrible. I just don't understand the chefs at all in this case. My husband ordered lobster with noodles. Now, my husband works for one of the prominent seafood providers to many sushi/Asian restaurants and Asian grocery stores. He told me his lobster in his dish tasted old and was not fresh in the least bit. For him to say it was disgusting really surprised me because he is not picky at all and he really knows his seafood. We also order crab ragoons that were cold and not 100% cooked. Chicken on a stick that was char-burned. It was all together a horrible birthday meal. We will never eat there again! I honestly would like my money back. If I could give it 0 stars, I would because it was just disgusting. read more

I just tried to choke down some delivered coconut chicken, but it wasn't actually coconut chicken. It was more like soggy battered chicken drenched in tangy, thick, congealed mayonnaise. I ate 3 bites, and literally could not continue. The chicken fried rice was very dark brown, as though it was saturated in soy sauce. Another entree had brown sauce that was much too thick. This chinese restaurant has been in this location for decades. The food has always been fresh and not at all greasy. We recently went here with other family members on a Friday evening. There were nine of us and we called ahead to see if they could accomodate us. They told us to come right over and when we arrived a table was all set up for us. The service was prompt and friendly. There was so much food that many had to take some home. I would recommend this restaurant for good wholesome food at a good price. read more

Fresh veggies, hardly any grease...not what you'd expect ordering take out Chinese. But the food was delicious and not a carbon copy of other places. Our sesame chicken came as all white meat breasts battered in a sesame coating with the sauce on the side in a nice tub. I'm used to the soggy too-much-breading-assorted-chicken-bits variety, and I doubt I can ever go back, now that I've been spoiled with this amazing alternative! read more

I have never had Chinese food that tasted so good. The dine in experience was incredible, there was a large menu selection, friendly staff, and a very short wait time for my food. They even bring warm tea and fried noodles to the table at the start of your meal, I didn't even want a soda. They also offered delicious homemade ice cream for dessert and topped it all off with orange slices and fortune cookies at the end of the meal. This was such a pleasant experience that I don't think I will be going to any other Chinese restaurants any time soon. read more

Used to be good food there, but it really declined over the past years. I kept returning for the spring rolls, however after tonight my family and myself will no longer eat there anymore. We ordered takeout, and as always we ordered spring rolls. When we got home, we didn't have any spring rolls and only egg rolls. My mother called them to check the order, and the lady on the phone started screaming at my mother that we order shrimp rolls, not spring rolls. Not only did the food quality decline, so did their customer service. Maybe it was a honest mistake, but never ever treat my mother that way for your screw-up as they lost four customers. read more

Worst experience ever. Ordered chicken dumplings. I think they gave me some other type of dumplings instead. The meat was dark brown inside. Then on top of it. It had a HAIR on it. Then ordered general chicken. That was ok. The highlight of my lunch was the waitress. She was RUDE. When i asked her if these dumplings were chicken. She said. Did u order chicken. I replied yes. She said then its chicken. At least come to the table to reply but this is right from the waiter station. She never asked how my food was. When i told her about the hair she just said u want another one and i replied no and thats the end of the conversation. No apologies no regret. She didn't care much. And when we sat down while completing my order i was making a request that make sure about the fried rice. She was replying to me while she was walking towards the kitchen and back towards me. No wonder we were the only table in the restaurant at 130 pm. Food was so so. If the food was good i would have given better stars but i guess they just don't care about their customers. read more

Tried Wing Hing for the 1st time and was VERY impressed. I order a lot of Chinese delivery and almost all is your typical thrown together stir fry. The Hunan Chicken was tender, spicy and very well done. The General Tso's was the best I've ever had for this dish in 30 years. Highly recommended. read more

It's kinda run down but when you first walk in and get a whiff of the food and taste it you will dye for it.

We ate there today for lunch. Food was excellent, service was excellent. Hot tea was provided at no extra charge. Very large lunch menu at reasonable prices. Would eat there again. read more

Not happy with Wing Hing at all. Was given gift card which they will not honor. Apparently they no longer have a machine to read the card and will not give me the $15 which is still on the card. There is an easy solution I can just bring up the account on the web but they said it's not their problem. I will not be ordering or dining their ever again. read more
