Wing it is one place that I will never dine at again. Here are my reasons why: 1. I had to wait about thirty minutes for my order. The restaurant wasn't busy. 2. When I asked for water the waiter brought me two waters and accidentally gave me lemonade. I needed three waters because there were three of us dining. Well the waiter never returned so I asked the cashier and she coped an attitude with me. 3. The order was combined with another. 4. The cashier touched my food while dealing with money. 5. I noticed that the food inspection results dropped ten plus (97 to 81). The food and service is horrible. I wasn't happy at all. read more

Just got back home with my wing order. Decided to give this place a try after a friend suggested it to me and after reading the reviews on here. After just devouring my 5 wings. I will say There is an art to ordering wings no matter where you go. I like mine hot fried crisp and wet or extra sauce on the side. I ordered them this way and they were the best wings I have had in Georgia period. They give you a good amount of fresh crisp celery which lots of places charge extra for end the wings are a good size. Not too small and not huge either. My husband ordered a chicken chimichanga and steak carne asada tacos for pick up. He get's home and all the chicken, not just a piece of the chicken, ALL the chicken was BURNT BLACK and it wasn't made as ordered, which we could have gotten over if it was even edible. He calls and speaks to someone in charge and she offers to refund the money or he can come drive out and get it remade. No compensation for the drive again, no discount if remade. He says he's coming back and they say they will make it right. He gets there and it's not ready; by the time he get's back home he has been gone another hour for a redo meal. And it is still partially burnt and is just a cold smear of a mess of a meal. The carne asada taco's are hard and horrible. Worse mexican food ever! Total time wasted to get both orders almost 2 hours!!!! And neither was satisfactory. We will never go to this restaurant again and would never recommend it. During this time people are getting a lot of take out food, and because of this you expect a little error here and there, but to serve completely black burnt food shows no ethics or pride in their food. To not work with someone after they have had to drive back out to your restaurant on the bill, and it still be messed up a second time, just shows that the management and the cooks don't care enough. In times like these when people are out of work, money is tight, and they are spending it on your restaurant, do them right and give them food that you would eat or serve to your own family, not this. Terrible. I ordered my food online and gave them my credit card..but when the delivery man came he asked for cash even though I already paid over the phone. It was a big mess and I had to call to get everything straightened out which took longer than it should have. Apparently my card didn't go through but when I called all of a sudden it worked. They had the worst customer service. I ordered myself and my roommate 6 tacos (soft tacos with only beef, cheese, and sauce) and a family fries order to share. I was charged $15 and only received the 6 tacos the first time. Called in to have the family fries sent, and only received the small fry. When I called back, the manager told me she was not going to correct it and hung up on me when I asked for the correct size. Do not buy from here. read more

First, I have to say I've never had the wings here. What I think all the other reviews are missing, though, is the fact that this place has fantastic Mexican food and a generous amount of Mexi choices. This place is way better than the local sit-down restaurants. I have never eaten in the restaurant here - only pickup and delivery. Pick up is extremely fast and our orders have always been correct. Delivery is a bit slower, but accurate and within the time promised. My test for a good Mexican place is the guacamole, and most places fail with gross, dark green, totally pulverized avocadoes. Wing It has great guacamole - very fresh and tasty. Try the Mexican food here - I do not think you will be disappointed! And don't forget the guac! read more

Originally had ordered from them,they forgot my Queso Blanco already paid for,when I called complained that they forgot part of my order,they promised to give it to me next time because they were unable to come back out to bring it that evening.I was told they would make a note. They never told me it expires what I purchased in 30 days .This week I called to order wings,the young man that answered asked for my order,I told him my name then he kept laughing saying John Cena ,I told him seriously Im trying to order and explain .He kept laughing and saying he's just messing with me,he said it 5 more times .Incredibly rude,then he told me no where does it state they owe me anything,I asked for a manager. Then he hung up on me.Finally he calls back passes the phone to a lady who is a manager ,she did apologize for the unprofessional behavior,but did not accomodate me or offer to take my order yet as I still never got to order my wings. I hope management reads this,because no business should make fun of customers when they call to order food,your losing customers and money. Lesson learned. Nothing to rave about, pretty much your typical wings place. I enjoy the fact that they deliver, a lost art here in Douglasville.

The food is amazing without a doubt the service is piss poor. This long over due I live walking distance from wing it and have been meaning to leave this review. I've had terrible service for 2 years now. The options in this area for eating are limited so I find myself rolling the dice every few months hoping things will be better. We usually get delivery. I have lived in Douglasville 25 years. Love their chicken nachos. My husband loves their Enchiladas. They also have great burgers. Just perfect and grilled. I have been eating there for years. Not a eat in place. Just have a few tables. Delivery comes with an extra fee so pick up. Coupons always in the chapel hill news and reviews. read more

They have really great wings, mexican food, cheeseburgers, pretty much everything! I always order out. I went in the restaurant for the first time yesterday and I was shocked at how small it was. However, that says nothing about how great the food is! They are a little expensive though. For 2 wing meals and a kids meal it was almost $27!! We only get to eat there every once in a while cause it is out of our price range. But I definitely enjoy it when we can order in!! read more

I picked up 40 wings and was charged 37.00!! It wasn't til I told my wife (who called in the order) the next day and told her what I paid that she realized I was ripped off! Apparently she was told over the phone that the order would be 29.00 for 40 wings but I was rang up separately at the register. I called to rectify the situation but the manager said there was nothing she could do even after I explained that my wife was told a different amount than what we paid. Ordered tonight and they said I was the last delivery of the night. They never showed up and I tried to call and no one answered. Now it 10:45 at night and no one else is open. One of the worst places to order food. The people are rude and unpleasant and phones are always down. The lady who took our order was impatient and even hung up the phone. When we called back and added an additional order with a different card they had a even worse attitude. Then they blamed everything on us saying that it was our problem and put on the no delivery list even though we were not rude and gave the driver a nice tip, who was actually very nice herself. They overcharged our card and she offered to give us the difference out of her own pocket. This place has great food but not good or even mildly decent service. Good food, but DISHONEST service. The second time that I was supposed to get a 20% discount (Greystone card) and once I got home to figure the cost, the discount was not given. The first time I thought it was an oversight, this time it was intentional as the cashier (she) would not ring it up and show the discount. Instead when I produced the card for a discount, the cashier went to the back and came back and said she figured the discount into the price. First off, their website is not functioning. Meaning that the Go Daddy hosting site has removed it for nonpayment! So I had to call and ask what was on the menu and get pricing on the phone which took awhile. After we finally hammer down flavored, quantities and pricing I place my order. I let her know that I am coming to pick it up and she asks me if I have a credit card number to hold my order!! WTH? If you had a functioning website I could have ordered on the Internet! I was not about to give my number out to a random nobody over the phone and she said "Well they will have to hold your order until you get here." I said, " Okay well I live a little bit away and it should be finished by the time I get there." She says, "No, they won't start making it without payment.
