We had a very good lunch. The food came out hot and fresh and pretty quick as well. The drinks were good as well. My grandson had the lemon-pepper wings and fries, and I had the bacon petty melt. The burger on the the patty melt was awesome; very tasty. The drinks we had were a strawberry lemonade for the grandson and a margarita for me. We hadn't been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location in over four years because of the same issues we experienced again today. The only reason we decided to give it another chance was because the nearby Hooters closed down, and we thought maybe things had improved after all this time. My wife Sonia ordered a margarita and I ordered a soda. My soda arrived within a few minutes, but her drink took more than 25 minutes. Before those 25 minutes were even up, our server Itzi told us she was about to bring the drink and would get me a refill too -- but then another 15 minutes passed. I had to tell someone else that I wanted to speak with the manager. Right then, the drink finally showed up, but only because that person went and told the bartender that my wife's drink had been sitting there for a while. The manager asked if I still wanted the drink or if I wanted to leave. I told him we had already wasted more than half an hour and would have gone somewhere else, but we decided to stay for the food. I asked for a different server and got Isobel, who was great and the complete opposite of the first server. Unfortunately, our order still wasn't right -- some items were missing and others were incorrect. Another thing I noticed was that some of the other employees were just playing indoor basketball instead of helping the servers who clearly needed support. To top it off, the manager never came back to check if everything was okay after that first conversation. When I brought it to her attention she said "I'm sorry you feel that way" but proceeded to say she doesn't give a "F" as I walked away. Your business stays open because of people willing to spend money at your establishments. Douglasville is not predominantly white. Black, Latina, a good mixture of backgrounds. I don't know how to explain the atmosphere of this place. While it looks good in the inside there seemed to be a sheen or invisible cloud of dirt. The place didn't seem clean. The food was decent. What I was ordered was good. The seasoned wedges have got the best thing on the menu. They were crispy and full of flavor. The chicken sandwich although tender was kind of bland and missing flavor. Terrible service, my wife ordered a drink and when she took a sip whole glass smelled like beer in which she does not drink beer. Received our appetizer of fries in which they were ice cold. When hot wings arrived my wings were luke warm and wife food was cold. Our waitress went and notified the manager in which I did see her telling him and he looked our way. We were there on a day when they were short handed so only the tables in the bar were open. My husband is in a wheelchair and can't reach the high bar tops. The hostess (who had never been trained as a waitress) got permission to seat us at a table and take care of us herself. She did a great job! I later ordered the house margarita, which for some reason had absolutely no taste, so I sent it back. Shunny totally understood and ask me did I want anything else. I opted for the Blue Moon with orange slice. Which was a hit! So because I was hungry and didn't eat much earlier because of a cold, I WENT FOR A SAMPLER! Lol I ordered 4 lemon pepper wings, potato wedges, cheddar cheese curds and the nachos! Whoa was it a hit! They afford different sauces and she threw in a caramel sauce to go with the curds! We stopped here to watch The Steelers play on our way back from North Carolina. When we pulled up, I was kind of concerned because of the low rating. Luckily our experience was great. We didn't have to wait for a table. There were plenty of TVs and the host made sure that there was a TV near us showing our game. Never want to be the last person that shows up a minute before closing but your site clearly states 12am and we showed forty minutes enough for a turnover for two people and your bartender also very easily could have said that right when we walked in too. I used to come to this location quite frequently but have stopped going there in the last year or so. I went again this afternoon and wow it's a shame. At one point I enjoyed coming here because the servers were friendly and the vibes used to be fun. Would come here with my buddies to hangout at the bar, play some trivia and have a good time. But since the management changed in the last year it has taken a drastic step in the wrong direction. The management is poor. My buddies have stopped going and the servers that I've made friends with have quit or is now working at another BWW location. The food has started to be mid to poor. The place isn't the same anymore and I'm not sure if it ever will. Now I either go down the street to Hooters or the BWW in Hiram to go enjoy some food and hangout with my buddies.
