A new food choice in Linden, this place just opened a few months ago in the Save-A-Lot shopping plaza. First off, the place smells great the second you walk through the door, and the entire store is CLEAN! The employees are very friendly, a cut above typical fast food places, and they are very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with recommendations on what flavors would suit you best. The wings were legit some of the best I've ever had. I recommend the garlic flavor as it costs the heat a bit and gives the meat a nice taste. Make sure to get fries and upgrade to one of the rubs. I had the buffalo dry rub and it took the fries to the next level without overpowering the taste of the potatoes. This place is worth a drive from anywhere to try their amazing food! read more

This establishment has such a list of different wings you can try that it's easy to get overwhelmed and become indecisive LOL. Everything is so fresh and tasty is outstanding. Be careful with the boneless wings pretty big order the 12 piece because I thought it wasn't as big but Huge!!!! Which is a good thing. We order 3 type of sauces and I couldn't complain they where all good. I also order french fries the straight cut and the curls they came out fresh and very crispy.Now this is why it's four stars which is not a big deal but the service could be a little bit better in the sense one of the managers asked me if everything was good I said yes can I get it get it to go and he forgot to bring me the boxes but that will be the only issue I have. Had Wing It On for the first time tonight through DoorDash. My main criticism is how expensive the food is. The boneless wings are larger than normal so I think that price was fair, but the fries come in a portion for one and were $5! Otherwise, there is a wide selection of sauces and seasonings for fries. I prefer wings with more breading, but if you like juicy wings, these are for you. I probably wouldn't return here since I felt like I didn't get the quality of food I wanted for the price, but I would tell others to give it a try once. read more

STAY AWAY!! This place is a complete mess and needs to get its act together. I placed an order online at 5:00 to pick up at 7:30. That is 2 1/2 hours in advance, which I would consider to be plenty of notice. I specifically placed the order well ahead of time in hopes that it would be ready at 7:30 because my time is tight...I have to be to work and I can't be late. So I walk in at approximately 7:25. I state that I am here to pick up my order that I placed online. I was given the standard default answer..." it's going to be a few minutes". At 7:30 I addressed the manager directly and explained that I was expecting my food be ready, I ordered it 2 1/2 hours ago and my time is limited. He apologized and stated that the orders don't come up on his system until the time they're supposed to be ready. I stated that I didn't have time to wait and I would just like a refund. He then ordered the crew to immediately start making my order and asked me to wait five more minutes. I try to be a reasonable person so I agreed. On a side note, I know that him saying the order doesn't come up until the time it is actually supposed to be ready is a lie because I previously ordered online ahead of time at this location and when I walked in the door it was ready to go. Also, as I was waiting for what was supposed to be only five minutes, another girl walked in the door, proceeded to register, stated her name and her food was in her hand within 10 seconds! After I waited the additional five minutes and my food still wasn't ready(it was 7:40 at this time... remember I placed the order online at 5 o'clock) I insisted on getting a refund because I could no longer wait. The manager said its ready, trying to stall...but it wasn't ready. After about another minute the manager eventually agreed to give me a refund. He pressed a few things on his screen and then said OK. I said "wait a minute you're supposed to give me a receipt showing that a refund was issued because my credit card has already been charged." He stated that the credit card would not be charged yet. I immediately went on the app on my phone and showed him that the charge was indeed pending, and the standard procedure anywhere at any business is that when a refund is issued you receive a receipt stating so. The manager stated he did not know how to issue a receipt. One of the workers then produced a receipt that said $0.00 on it. I then said that doesn't mean anything. I've already been charged. I am supposed to be issued a receipt with the refund on it. After waiting a few more minutes with the guy on the phone talking to some people I just decided to leave. I had to call my credit card and tell them to dispute the charge when and if it comes up. Overall, this was a terrible experience. It was a very poor job to not have an order ready that was placed well ahead of time. It wasn't like I was being irate and I placed the order 10 minutes ago. On top of that, I don't appreciate being lied to and spoken to like I was born yesterday... telling me the order doesn't come up on their screen until the time it is supposed to be ready, and then telling me one more minute, one more minute. You look very unprofessional when you don't know how to use the equipment in your own store, namely the cash register and the system that controls it. The food is ok, but I can not recommend this place. The service is terrible, an order placed well in advance should be ready, I shouldn't be lied to, and I shouldn't have to call my credit card to dispute an order. read more

I love wings. Love them. I came in on a Tuesday. The boneless wings were $1 each! I figured I have nothing to loose so I ordered 3 mild buffalo & 3 sweet bbq for my son. I got these big pieces of freshly fried white meat. It was not drenched in sauce. Which kept it perfectly crispy. Sauce had a nice kick to it without it being TOO Spicy & the blue cheese dressing was homemade. As was the ranch. The selection of sauces is big. The staff was friendly & after that day I've called 2 times to place orders & pick up & they are always patient, sweet & accommodating. The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars? They are far from me! I live borderline Rahway & having to drive almost into Elizabeth for these delicious wings is a sin! However I'll be back often. I hope their staff & quality stays the same. Decided to finally try this place a little over a week ago. It was just alright. For one, their prices are outrageous. Ordered 12 classic-style wings and wanted two sauces to which they told me is not allowed but they would ring me up for two 6 pieces which ended up costing me more money than simply being rang up for the 12. The mad mojo sauce was delish. Had the perfect amount of "zing" for my taste and overall just a great flavor. The garlic parm dry rub was disappointing as it lacked flavor. I will say that you can tell that the chicken was cooked fresh which I liked. I found that the cardboard boxes that they package the wings in were a poor choice as the sauce tended to rub off the wings and absorb into the cardboard. I feel that plastic would've been a better choice as it wouldn't have soaked up all of the sauce. Even the dry rub completely rubbed off the wings and sat at the bottom of the container and was impossible to dip the wings back into. I'd like to give this place another try and stick to their sauces as opposed to the dry rubs. Just wish their prices were cheaper and/or had better meal options. read more
