I also added I have taken photos of the incorrect order as well. - I was placed on hold and when she returned she stated the following , "the order was placed as the shifts were changing , I cannot confirm if you received the wrong order or not ." - I was given a resolution to come to the store with the order for a refund , placing me at an inconvenience of her error , that she did not even care to acknowledge. - I asked to speak to the a GM of the store and she informed me that he/she will be present tomorrow, Monday March 3rd, but I still will only have the ability to talk to her . NOT the GM - The issue here is just lies in the attitude of this assistant manager - Vanessa. She was completely smug , and simply did not care about resolving the issue . She has a terrible attitude that simply isn't fit for the service industry . Her immediate response to dismiss any customer of essentially , lying , isn't the correct course of action any employee in hospitality or the service industry should have . Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. And the portions? I'm not sure if they thought we were feeding an entire soccer team, but honestly... I support the ambition. I don't think I've ever seen mozzarella sticks that size before. I love leftovers and this place clearly believes in sending you home with some.
