Preordered 3 family size 1/2 gallon drinks and 250 wings a week in advance for a party. Went to pick everything up and none of the teas were prepared. A comment was made by one of the employees that I added it on later so they didn't see it. I showed my order all from the same day and time and told her they were not order separate. My daughter is a Wing Shack superfan. We're most familiar with the Loveland location, but visited this one today. Two "20 Wings And Fries" deals were more than enough food for the three of us. Wing Shack fries, dipped in ranch sauce, are really, really good. Any number of things prevent me from giving 5 stars, though none of them are major sins. It was really cold inside; I left my heaviest jacket zipped up for most of the meal. The wings are small. Some kind of "service charge" was applied because we were dining in. Ladies don't get their own restroom. 4 stars is still a good rating, and Wing Shack deserves it. read more

The absolute worst wings I've ever had. Small, dry, overcooked and the same for the fries. Very disappointing.

Wow, I am obsessed. First and foremost, Haley (Hailey?) was great. She took our order and had patience while we figured out what we wanted since it was our first time there. She let me try two sauces "adobe garlic" and "Garlic hot" I think. Both were sooo good. I went with the "Garlic Hot" and may never go back to anything else. Un-believable!!! On National Hot Wing Day, Wing Shack promoted its fifty cent wings. Great idea to plan ahead, right? So I did. When I got to the restaurant - at the scheduled pick-up time - there was a line wrapped all the way around the inside of the store. People in line next to me had been waiting over an hour!! There was NO separate line for people to pick up if they'd ordered ahead. I could **see** orders sitting on the "pick up" racks by the registers. A one star isn't low enough for the customer service we just had tonight with the manager . This guy was yelling at me on the phone when I asked him why my food wAs going to take 2 hours to get sent to me. I'm mortified by the way he spoke to me. I came in at noon on Saturday while it was almost empty and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my ten boneless wings and fries. They forget something (or many things) on every delivery order. It's absurd. And they don't care. My only recommendation would be to dine in, but even then, you'll be waiting over an hour for your food, even if no one else is eating in. Took over an hour an a half for delivery, and the last time we dined in it took over an hour to get our food, but at least they didn't forget half our order. read more

I'm not normally a huge fan of wings, but I have come to appreciate this place for their Monday special -- 50 cent wings with the purchase of a drink -- that makes for a decent, inexpensive meal. There are other daily specials as well -- you can find out about them on their website. I will warn you, however, that no matter how busy or empty the place is, it seems like it takes a long time for orders to come up. Calling ahead would be a good idea, particularly if you are ordering for take-out. If you forget to call ahead, bring something to entertain yourself (note -- they do have free wifi, and USB charging stations at some of their seating). I've settled upon garlic hot as my favorite of their standard sauces ... it just seems to have a more rounded flavor than the more traditional Buffalo wing sauces that are so dominated by cayenne and vinegar. I've enjoyed some of their sauces of the month -- sriracha cilantro and honey bourbon chipotle come to mind -- but would recommend asking if you could taste sauces that you haven't tried ... on one of my early visits I didn't, and ended up throwing away an order with their Thai sauce (I dunno, some may like it, but didn't seem very Thai and was inedibly salty IMO). If you're eating in, they do have a nice selection of local beers and the seating area is clean (if overly-brightly lit), and some decent specials for groups toward the end of the week. Good wings, but not great. Regular menu prices are a bit over priced in my opinion. I will caveat that by saying that it generally pains me to pay regular menu prices for wings anywhere, knowing that half of what I am paying for is bone and ultimately going into the garbage. I got Jamaican jerk dry rub at the recommendation of the guy I was ordering from. It was more like a sprinkle-on rather than a rub since it didn't stick to the wings at all, which is unfortunate because it had really good flavor when I picked up the remaining rub off the bottom of the basket and place it on top of my wings. The staff was super cool. We came in late at night somewhat close to close and all the guys working the shop were friendly and gave us some extra sauce at no charge. read more

These are my favorite wings EVER! I'm from Tennessee so your girl knows wings and these are my favorite. Even the ranch is my favorite. BBQ is my favorite sauce but the hot teriyaki is always super yummy too. Aside from the amazingly consistent food. The customer service is outstanding. This place has lost its touch no care in the world for my order I picked it up and the bag was dripping sauce. I opened my order when I get home and come to find nothing but flats in my wings. Not one drum. I even had to supply my own ranch as you can see in the photo. I called to get an answer was immediately placed on a long hold without asking. Just hold please and click. Then I get someone and they give some sorry excuse that's how their wings come "most flats or most drums sometime you'll get a mix of both" sorry excuse. But what about the ranch?
