I was looking for a BBQ when this place got recommended to me from a tore where the other BBQ place used to be (make sense?). I am glad I took the advice and stopped in. While driving up I saw the smoker and stopped to talk to the Master griller. I tried to talk him in to letting me back up my car to take the HUGE briskets back to my place. I ended up going inside instead. It was a sit-where-you want kind of place. The folks at the bar had taken every other seat so I decided to take a table near the bar. The waitress was friendly and dropped off a menu quickly. I also ordered a beer which go to the table fast. I ended up talking to the bar tender for a bit about all the beers, tap handles, and BBQ. He was a fount of knowledge and very personable. Soon we were interrupted by my food coming out. I took his recommendation and used the hot BBQ sauce. Yum. The sandwich was a nice size and very good, the coleslaw not all runny, and the beer was cold. What more could you ask for? I'll be back for other entries when I am in the area!

Enjoyable, divey, and smokey spot for those craving decent BBQ! Waited nearly an hour and ten for food, but our waitress was super cool and brought us chips and queso to hold us over, which was both kind and tasty. We shared the platter, which had plenty of flavor across the board. My favorite bite was probably the ribs and brisket, which had plenty natural smoke flavor and tenderness. Wings and turkey were also yummy. Cornbread was dry. Overall a positive experience, would recommend to anybody visiting the town!

Stopped in here the night before leaving Fort Collins. Ordered the Sloppy Jeaux with Brisket as the meat choice. Outstanding sandwich! The balsamic onions added a great sweetness to the sandwich! The green chili was my first try at Colorado Green Chili, it was very good, flavorful, but I would have enjoyed more of a bite. The staff was great, professional and quick to help even though they were busy. The others I ate with said that their meals were great also. I tried two different Maxline brews, the first was the Irish Red which was great tasting. The other was a seasonal citrus wheat which was even better!

Fun environment to be around. Lots of personality in this spot. Always drove bye it but tried it tonight. Sat down immediately and waitress was always checking in. Hot garlic wings were great. Good smoke flavor. Great sauce on the wing. Good ranch dipping sauce. Excellent experience. Will return

I made the mistake of trying to go to another bbq place in town first because it was closer to where I was but left frustrated. came here instead because I knee it would be a positive experience. This place is amazing. The food, staff, and service is always top notch! Always a easygoing relaxed vibe. Thanks for satisfying my bbq craving and for always giving us a positive dining experience!!

Great BBQ. Had the platter and everything in it was good. Great Gumbo. Service was a little slow but not our waitress fault, she did great as she was covering the whole place, including outside tables. Not sure if they just weren't expecting such a crowd for lunch or if they just need more help. A little noisy but not an issue, it is a bar. I think this would be a great place to watch a game. We will be back.

Outstanding takeout!! We just picked up our pork quesadilla and our Bradam entree. Both were nicely packaged. In the Bradam entree they wrapped the meat in tin foil and put the beand in a covered container. Excellent! The fries stayed crispy! We've had both of these items in the restaurant, and they were just as good as takeout. The green beans were great; seasoned well and not crunchy. Good job Mojeaux's!

Meat and rib combo $14.99 with an extra side of Red Beans and Rice.

Can I get an Amen! Dang this was good food. For ordering dinner in and still being delivered with amazing quality, this place deserves 10 stars! Too bad I don't frequent Fort Collins more often or I would eat here everyday! Amazing BBQ with a creole kick for the sides. DEEEEELICIOUS!!! Delivery time was less than 30 minutes!! 2 meals came to $40.00!!

Fun place for Mardi Gras. Not too crazy, with a few good Cajun items, along with plenty of other good options.

Feels like a dive bar, which is fine but if you want food this is not the spot......the worst, driest "BBQ" I have ever had.

They're rated really high -- actually one of the highest-rated restaurants in Fort Collins -- and from a food perspective I don't really understand why. Sliders with sweet potato fries -- fine, nothing extraordinary. Potato éclairs -- . It was really just mashed potatoes with some topping on it. I honestly didn't even finish it. Mountain oysters -- huge letdown. They came out so overcooked they were basically crunchier than potato chips, with the batter crumbling off. I've never had them before, so I didn't get a good representation of how they're supposed to be -- these were just super-cooked batter. On the space: we ended up sitting in three different spots to eat. We went outside by the street first -- super loud, and people were smoking, so we headed back in. The open spot inside was right under the AC and about forty degrees, so we moved to the back area. The back was fine -- covered -- but pretty dirty, with mop buckets and clutter sitting around. The one drink I had was a good value since we were there at happy hour -- some kind of fruity whiskey drink. It was fine, but nothing I'd seek out again. I hate to give such a friendly place a bad review. It'd be a really great spot if you're a college student who wants some cheap bites and a drink -- but honestly it's just bar food, and the ceiling is probably a 4 on a really good day. I wouldn't get excited to head down there, and parking is a bit of a hassle too. Would recommend only if you're after very cheap eats in that area -- check them out for happy hour. But I would not return.

We were offered indoor or outdoor seating and we opted for outdoors on this balmy 80-degree evening. Wife N started with a mocktail: Summer Crush. Delicious and we didn't miss the normally included liquors in the spirited version. She ordered a make it yourself burger: just the bun, patty, some ketchup and mayo. Medium. Side of fries. Her way. Burger perfect medium. Fries were crispy, above average. I ordered the Mushroom Avocado burger, also medium. Burger was juicy, flavorful, and the tempura avocados were an interesting twist on the un-fried norm. First couple bites had some crisp but mostly the avocados got soggy halfway through. Not sold on the tempura frying but the sandwich on the whole was great. Got some local draft on the side. Well taken care of, food was great, will return.

It is a fairly noisy place so I feel the upstairs was a little quieter and I was glad not to have been seated in one of several booths near the entrance with so many people standing and waiting on seating. Our server was nice and attentive, and the food came out rather quickly. I had an pleasant DC Oakes IPA and the Bomb Diggity hamburger with sweet potato fries. The burger was very tasty (a fat bomb) and with the fries was a substantial amount of food - I was only able to eat about half of it all. However, that burger had to be the saltiest burger I've ever eaten. Curious, I went to the DC Oakes website to find nutritional information about my meal and there is no nutritional information. A third-party website (Marcos.menu) offered the following on the Bomb Diggity: Calories: 1200; Protein: 50g; Carbs: 55g; Fat: 85g. Nothing about sodium. My wife is on a sodium-restricted diet and she knows not to order anything like this burger. But still, nutritional information would be nice to know. When do you plan on putting this information on your menu for your customers? I will return to sample more of their beer and food selections.

If you want a late night whiskey or beer or maybe a hot dog this place is fine. But if you want a warm meal then go somewhere else. I don't even think they have the equipment for it. Last two times I accepted the food and said nothing. Thought it was quirky or just my mood. Tonight was just stupid. My daughter and I rode our bikes here and we both ordered potatoes. They were uncooked. Not even warm enough to melt butter. I had mine taken back and reheated and even with the oven and everything they were unable to melt the butter on top of the potato. My daughter didn't complain and just picked at hers while we waited. After spending an extra 10 minutes in the oven the butter was still not melted. I'm not 100% on cooking but I'm pretty sure thats not how it works. They took off $5 for the potato (out of the $25 price) and then the waitress tried to defend it by saying it was the type of cheddar that kept it from melting. I really hope they fail and we can get a competent dive bar here because it is nice to get a late night drink.
