I figured I might as well check it out, and brought a friend with me. . . and I wished I had heard about this place sooner! The pizza is by far the best in Fort Collins. I'm a sucker for good pizza dough, and man is Casbah's is AMAZING! The pizza is a little on the greasy side, but that makes it taste even better! Pete does a great job! I have eaten at Pizza Casbah several times, and if I am being completely honest, the first time I went, I just wanted one of those pizzas you can't fit through the door. After trying it, I can honestly say it is my favorite pizza in northern colorado. The crust is always cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. Here's the rub. I like their pizza but hate their customer service. I stayed away for years because of a lunch time fiasco (I had ordered lunch, gave them my card. Waited. Waited more. Called. They "lost" my order. No delivery. No lunch. No apology.). That was enough for me. I should've stayed there. Seriously, folx. But the years passed, and I decided to give them another try. A few deliveries to the office every now and then, followed by a few in restaurant pick-ups. Staff is always curt, like they have better things to do than take my order. Not my favorite feeling, but I've tried to extend grace. Ordered a pizza this evening. Specifically asked delivery driver to NOT leave pizza on the floor outside my door. Indicated I would mask up and answer door to accept pizza. Not what happened. Driver left pizza on the floor outside my door. And, my Caesar salad had disgusting brown iceberg lettuce in it! Who makes a Caesar with iceberg? Not to mention the bonus of receiving Kraft dressing. No thanks on so many levels! Consistently poor service. Kraft salad dressing. I've learned my lesson. This place is just a classic college pizza joint. You get the feel walking in with the couple of arcade games, sign for $1 PBRs, and just this vibe like many college students have definitely vomited here on late nights. But that certainly doesn't take away from the pizza they produced. A friend suggested Pizza Casbah so craving pizzas to-go while in town during the lunch hour I figured I'd check them out. I really appreciated that their menu had a wide array of vegetarian options. The prices weren't too crazy either even for these specialty pizzas and I enjoyed the ones we tried. Even if you want to stick to cheese, I got a 18" and it just hit the spot and was a lot of pizza. Employees were respecting COVID-19 precautions while I was there and told me when I ordered on the phone that masks were required to enter so much appreciated on that front. Ultimately, I'd return again if in the mood for a pizza and in reliving college days for some reason. Casbah is my favorite pizza place in the world (no joke). I used to go here all the time for dollar slices as a broke college student. Never disappointed! Now that I'm older, it hasn't changed a bit! Not a ton of indoor seating, but normally we don't have a problem grabbing a table. It's New York style pizza.... thin crust deliciousness. The menu offers tons of specialty pizza options for both carnivores & vegetarians. I typically order one of the veggie pizzas but the cBBQ pizza is also amazing. Only hungry for a slice or two and don't want the same thing as your dining partner? No problem! They'll sell any type of pizza by the slice! I also order form pizza casbah twice per year for special event. They've never messed up the order and have been polite, accommodating and on-time. Great little hole in the wall serving good pizza for a great price. The HUGE slices run $3-6 (3 for a cheese and then more for the specialty types). I got the gyro sandwich instead of pizza, which I throughly regretted. The lamb on the sandwich was over cooked and it could have used way more tzaiki sauce. Stick with the pizza for sure. Service on a Monday night was quick, and I love the location in downtown Ft. Collins, where I could walk around while I wait. We have been ordering pizza from this place for the past 3 years and is always great! Last order, pizza on a snowy day for pickup. They were jammed, phone blowing up with orders but the guy at the register was super nice and kept his cool. I definitely recommend this place Ps: PARKING for pick up can be a little difficult as there are little spots available so if possible, two people in the car are suggested. One to get off and get the pizza and another one to go around the block if you don't want to pay for parking in that really tiny alley around the corner. read more

Pizza Casbah is exceptional NY style pizza right here in Fort Collins. The pizza is a great value, and always tasty. The Brooklyn Deluxe is my personal favorite. And, getting extra cheese on any of their pizzas is always a really nice bonus (some places it's too heavy or makes the slice fall apart). Also, they have a nice little dessert option in zeppoles (I like the cinnamon sugar + icing). I've actually never eaten in, so I can't comment on that part of the experience but their delivery is always earlier/faster than expected. read more

What a treat!!! We got there and it was packed with college kids, middle agers, a dad in town visiting his student son, and a young family. So obvi a very eclectic clientele. Pizza casbah was one of my favorite places to go when attending CSU. Decided to stop by for a bite to eat the other day and the experience was less than pleasant. The restaurant roof was under construction and there was debris all over, they definitely should not have been open while the work was being done. Secondly, our food was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for some time. We were told we could sit on the patio since we couldn't sit inside but the tables and chairs were chained up so we ended up having to leave. I asked a co-worker where the best pizza in Fort Collins was and she immediately answered Pizza Casbah! We were not disappointed. We got an 18" pie for 4. We really enjoyed the thin crust pizza with its rich sauce to the basic toppings-- pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese all the way to the end of the crust--foldable at the beginning to the slightly chewy toward the end.
