Overall, Jim's is a solid wing spot and I enjoyed it, but it didn't completely blow me away like I was expecting based on how much everyone talked it up. I'd definitely come back again, but I'm not going to be rushing back

The one drink I had was a good value since we were there at happy hour -- some kind of fruity whiskey drink. It was fine, but nothing I'd seek out again. I hate to give such a friendly place a bad review. It'd be a really great spot if you're a college student who wants some cheap bites and a drink -- but honestly it's just bar food, and the ceiling is probably a 4 on a really good day. I wouldn't get excited to head down there, and parking is a bit of a hassle too. Would recommend only if you're after very cheap eats in that area -- check them out for happy hour. But I would not return.

Unfortunately my piece of chicken on my sandwich had one of those tough tendons throughout it so I could not bite it easily. But the overall flavors on the sandwich blended well and were delicious.

Brooklyn-style flat pie At It's Finest - no bout-a-doubt it. Another win for Fort Collins, the "beer mecca" of the Rockies, and quite fitting as well, for what else goes good with great beer than great pizza? Lots of toppings available, but being a purist, I stick with the standard 18" cheese pizza. It is as close to perfection as pizza gets IMHO without actually going to NYC for it. I have had their pizza with toppings in the past - spinach, onion, and mushroom, IIRC, and it was similarly quite tasty (although I bet you'd get a really funny look if you ordered a slice like that in Brooklyn!). For the REALLY adventurous, recently PC has begun offering a Breakfast Pizza on weekend mornings before 11 or so - it's kind of like a flat quiche with tots and sausage. YMMV, but I was duly impressed. Would pair nicely with a witbier mimosa (OJ and Blue Moon). The taste of the pizza is so good I'm going to stick with my 5-star rating, but there are a few things you should be aware of: If you're outside their standard delivery area, they may add a $2 charge to your order for delivery (I understand these days, but it still feels like nickel-and-diming). Also, they get BUSY, and not just during the school year when CSU students are back in town. They blow an order from time to time, and delivery takes an hour or so. Have faith; your patience will be rewarded. No idea about their wings or their other offerings - Pizza Casbah simply means flat pie to me, and since they deliver to me, I see no reason to order pizza from anywhere else. Beware the parking/towing operation underway near the restaurant. The little parking lot a short distance east (towards college) is not free as such places generally are in retail areas. Tow truck drivers from Schmer's Towing watch people leave their cars, then swoop in, hook up, and and tow the vehicles to the Schmer's lot at 1315 Blue Spruce Drive in north Fort Collins, about two miles from the parking lot. They charge $140 to get your vehicle back. I don't know why Pizza Casbah does not warn customers about this. By the way, the person listed as president of Schmer's Towing is a Joel Brian, and a person with that same name lives in a million dollar home at 542 Deer Meadow Drive in Loveland. There's some mention of the pay parking on the building wall on the west side of the lot but the information is way up high on the wall where no one is likely to look. read more

The MOST inconsistent place in Fort Collins. If you're ordering delivery, I recommend you look at the Garlic Knot first, because you're probably going to be disappointed with what you get here. Almost never the wrong order, but sometimes you'll get a pound of cheese and a pound of sausage, other times there won't even be enough cheese to cover the pie and a handful of sausage bits. Sometimes their crust is golden brown, well risen and delicious, other times it's like civil war era hardtack. When dining in, however, this place is hard to beat. Great prices on huge slices and they always come out good. This is where my problem with this place lies. Somewhat maddening, as this place would be my favorite if they had cinnamon breadsticks and I knew what kind of a product I'd get when I ordered. read more

Very good pizza, but like many places, it is hit or miss with service and consistency in your slice or pie. I have been a loyal customer of Casbah for many years, despite a few experiences that made me not really want to go back... However, the pizza is addictive, and my stomach growls for it every month or so and despite my past opinions, I was forced by my tongue to return! If you live in Fort Collins and have never eaten here, I STRONGLY recommend it. The slices are huge and it is very NY! I never crave pizza but if there were an exception to the rule this would be it. Greasy, cheesy, delicious east coast style slices that will plump up your stomach after only two pieces. Oh, and you can't beat the dollar slice deals on Monday and Tuesday afternoons :D Just remember control your anticipation and wait a minute or two before you chow down on one of these monsters or you will burn the top of your mouth to hell. Even so, this place is a must if you are anywhere near the north of campus. read more

This place is such a college joint, it's dirty, loud, annoying, probably the ugliest interior I've ever seen, but they make great New York style pizza. It's big, flat and sorta greasy and oh so tasty. I would recommend ordering, beware it will be a college kid and he might smash you pizza stuffing it in his car, but management is awesome and they'll make sure your happy in the end. read more
