I come to this bdubs all the time and every single time the service is AWFUL. Like they make you feel like you're literally invisible. Service here was terrible from the minute walked in the door and didn't improve. We walked in and the greeter didn't say hello just stared blankly at us. We get seated, it took a solid 10 minutes for anyone to stop at table. It took over a half hour to get our drinks. The waitress was short with us rude and didn't attend to us at all. Didn't know what a vodka pineapple or vodka cranberry drink are? How? When she brought out the food she essentially threw it on the table and ran away, and we needed refills, we couldnt get her attention. We even used to frequent on doordash, but after this experience, I am completely done with this location, which is a real shame because the food is good. Frequently nights get pretty busy and you have to wait a little bit to be seated, although not due to a lack of seats but more so I think due to a lack of servers. I made sure to ask for the wings well done, to eliminate the sogginess or them being uncooked, but they still weren't cooked properly. The sauce and dry season was sparse and barely covered the wings (both boneless and traditional). The order of fries was missing. The sampler platter had mozzarella sticks, onion rings, boneless (bbq sauce) and nachos - again, the boneless wings were barely covered in sauce and the nachos had a few pieces of scattered artificial looking chicken and a couple jalapeños. Back in the day, I used to love this chain of restaurants. They had good beer, it was fun and the food was pretty good. Over the years, the chain seems to have changed. I don't frequent here as much, but do stop in from time to time. I want to say, my thoughts on this place are not to this location alone, but the chain as a whole. If I wanted a regular, basic size, which I think it 12 wings, it was something ridiculous. like $17 or something. NO. For $17 chicken wings, I can go elsewhere and receive a nicer meal. I ended up with the snack sized wing dings, no sides no beer or pop. While the wings were spot on and filled me up, if I had gone with a side of fries or onion rings, with a pop or beer, that would have been dam near $20. Why is this? There's other chicken places in town that serve bigger meals with more options for slightly less. For example, Gus's world famous chicken, anyone? Hello? I'm not a cheapass, but there's so many places to eat at in this town, both close and far away, chain and independent that I can get craft beer at with chicken and a side for less and still walk away happy. Lots of people standing in groups in the bar and kids running around. A child came in to front desk and asked if masks were required, employee hesitated but told her no and then her family of 7 came in with no masks.
