Neither of us eats very much anymore, and the platter was more than generous. We brought home well over half of it. The pulled chicken and brisket were okay, as was the mac and cheese. The smoked turkey, baked beans, and pulled pork were all on point. The burnt ends were great, but the ribs were easily the highlight. They appeared to be back ribs, but they were meaty, smoky, tender without being mushy, and had an excellent bark. The sauces were fine, although I would have liked a sharper Eastern Carolina-style vinegar sauce, or something really hot and spicy.
