The waitress was fast and knowledgeable. Pizza came out pretty quick for pizza. I order another blonde and I'm enjoying a slice. The crust is thin and pepperoni tastes like it was made in house. When it arrived, the celery was missing. We didn't notice right away until we double-checked the menu. Not a huge issue on its own, but it set the tone. For our meals, I ordered the Bacon Chile Smash burger and my wife ordered the Mushroom Swiss. About 15 minutes later our food came out -- but again, items were missing. My burger didn't have the onions it was supposed to include. We were also never given napkins or cutlery. I waited a few minutes for the bartender to come by so I could mention it, but she was engaged in conversation with another employee at the end of the bar. The restaurant wasn't busy. After about five minutes, I had to say, "Excuse me, can I get some service over here?" just to get assistance. When I mentioned what was missing, they remade my entire burger instead of just correcting it. While I appreciate them attempting to fix it, that meant my wife's food sat there getting cold while we waited. It just made the whole experience frustrating. For around $50, we expected something closer to what's advertised. The food quality didn't match the pictures or the price point. Overall, the service was disappointing and the food was underwhelming -- more in line with fast food expectations than a sit-down restaurant. We left seriously disappointed.
