HORRIBLE SERVICE. Whoever the lady is at the front tonight at around 6-7:30pm (1/20/25) has 0 customer service skills, & the WORST attitude. First off, we placed an order online at 6pm, said it would be ready in 20min & it was completely wrong, 0/6 shipping sauces. I came in & waited 10 min to even be LOOKED at whilst the phone rang & rang & rang. Granted, it's a busy day & I get the frustration... however, you should still have some form of customer service skill.. here we are at 7pm still waiting, They ran out of boneless wings while I was waiting to get my order redone. So theh sent the manager to get more but we weren't told that until 30 min of waiting around for our order. So we requested a refund because this is to the point where I'm just over the attitudes and the lack of customer service. That whole process was rude too. The cooks were super nice though, they need to throw her a$$ in the back of the house or she needs a job where she doesn't need to interact with people. This isn't even all that happened that we witnessed, this was just what happened to US. RIDICULOUS & they need more staff on these days or turn off their OLO, SOMETHING. Manage the store better. The wings at Wingstop are my favorite!! I highly recommend ordering carry out even if you want to dine-in. They are busy and make it fresh so it takes a while. The ranch is the best! I do Keto and can eat my heart out on garlic Parmesan wings, ranch and celery. The restaurant is like fast food dinning but the food is worth it. The bathroom could use a good scrubbing but I still overlook it because the wings and ranch are that good. read more

The good thing about this wing stop is that is always fresh and good. The stuff seem to be friendly always greet you when walking in. Now the bad thing is that if you or ordering in, to go, or even online you will be waiting. If ordering online the time that the app gives you your food will not be ready so if ordering in a time crunch order extra early. The food is excellent majority of the times, there's been a few exceptions when the wings were dry, not seasoned enough but not been the norm. The service is good for the most part with again a few exceptions when staff is rude, impatient but again hasn't been the norm. The atmosphere is generally always busy with people always waiting in the restaurant. They have a flavor for everyone from no spice to melt your face off. The little guy they have working the front counter some days is awesome. He's always so sweet, I think his name is James. VERY DISAPPOINTED, TOOK 36 MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER!!!! Order placed online at 4:21pm. Said pick up ready by 4:39pm. I waited till 4:44pm before I walked up. One guy on break outside, two people sitting at a table in the corner and only one employee in the back. I asked about my order and the employee asked what type of order, I said online. Now I really like wings, so when I drop into a wing place I am really expecting ALLOT from the place. I'm not an ass just know what I like lol. As soon as I walked in a male employ said hi and greeted me cordially. It took me a minute to see all the options that they have (and they have quite a few!) and then proceeded to order. I had a few questions about how spicy the wings actually are. I've learned that some places label the wings spicier then they are too look good, so I ask what they think so I get a real idea of things. He gave me an honest opinion and I went with it. Turns out they really know what they are talking about there. While I waited I looked around and the place looks really nice and clean, it's got a really calm and cool atmosphere. Looks really nice for a date or just to pick up and take home for the family. The wings were simply DELICIOUS and I ate so many I got a belly ache. Lol I ended up having to ask for a doggie bag and again the man was very cordial and polite. I thanked him again for his input and took off. Once I got home my girlfriend couldn't get enough of MY wings and ate them all!! How rude!! Huge Wingstop fan from Dallas and decided to give bossier city location a try after moving here.Tried calling ahead 6 times with nobody answering. Literally walked in with no customers. Not a single one. And the phone flashing with the ringer turned off. I don't know how you would run a business like this if literally half or more of your customer base would like to call your order in ahead of time. Very inconvenient not to mention terrible way to treat your customers. I wasn't surprised to see that there was nobody at this location after that crap was pulled. So here I am waiting for the order I would've called in and had done and left ages ago. They messed my order up by forgetting 20 wings on super bowl Sunday, demanded that I bring my entire order in if I want my money back, then told me I can't have my money back because they could t even process a refund. Then, against my request, they remade the order. I wasn't even going to watch the Super Bowl. I do my online class on Sunday's and only made the order because my dad asked. It was also supposed to be picked up at 4 in which I still have the email showing when I scheduled to pick it up but they insisted that my pickup time wasn't until 5:15 so when I showed up at 4, they didn't have my order and I had to wait. I wasted an hour and a half with pick up, waiting for a botched pickup time, going home to realize I only had 31 of the 50 wings I paid for, and returning the food. Don't go here. Save yourself the trouble and head one street over to BDubs or just 2 minutes down the road to Wings and Rice, two far superior establishments. read more
