The soy garlic didn't have the punch of garlic or the umami and saltiness of the soy sauce. The hahaha flavor was simultaneously incomprehensible and unsatisfying. All in all, this place was a disappointment.

The chips are homemade and exactly what you want from a crisp and that charred scallion dip was so addicting I was scooping the rest with a fork when I ran out of chips (would have licked it out if no fork). It's overall a good deal to feed 4 mouths, but don't expect high quality apps, it's quantity over quality for this promo.
