I went today and got a big beef three way and a large side of onion rings and everything was delicious! Was honestly one of the best roast beef's i had in this area it had the perfect amount of sauce, the bread was perfectly toasted, and it was the best tasting roast beef iv ever had!! The onion rings paired perfectly with the roast beef, homemade and delicious. There is apparently new ownership and the owner seemed very nice and so did all of the employees. They have also added a whole bunch of new food to the menu like seafood and other still which i'll definitely have to give it a try next time i go. read more

Our office has been ordering pizza, salad and wraps for lunch meetings lately, and I just had to tell everyone how great the food is! The pizza is cut in squares and comes in a huge rectangular shape. The cheese was perfectly browned and the dough is somewhere between thin and thick crust. The salad is average, with GIANT chunks of tomato that could certainly be thinner but overall it's a decent salad. Now, the ROAST BEEF... omg, this was so friggin good! Went looking for a new pizza place to try in Tewksbury and decided on Anthony's. I order a 1/2 tray of grandmas cheese pizza and a large pepperoni. Grandmas pizza is what I would describe as Sicilian style pizza. There was a little too much sauce, it was messy to eat, and the it was way too sweet for me. The crust was light and airy and was really good. The cheese they use is ok, doesn't add anything but isn't bad either. The crust is king on this pizza. Which is odd since the pepperoni pizza was floppy and undercooked. This is a Greek style pizza which I don't prefer but will eat. The actual pepperoni were amazing, they were crisp and delicious but there was too much cheese on the pizza to truly enjoy them. This pizza might be good if you ordered it well done with light cheese. Might have try grandmas pizza with pepperoni to get the best of both worlds. read more

The first time I came here I got the Super beef and it was pretty good - 7/10 stars. Today I ordered The Don sandwich. I asked for it to be on a garlic bread roll instead of ciabatta, and I asked for no balsamic. I am just wondering why it says it comes with pesto & peppers and those were nowhere to be found on my sandwich?.. All that was on there was chicken, eggplant, mozzarella and prosciutto. Don't know how that got lost in translation but I was rather disappointed I am still giving 3 stars only because despite the sandwich missing 2 ingredients, it still tasted great. Always have gotten great food and service here. For this recent stop I had a super beef. Truly one of the best in the North Shore(ish) area.

Had high hopes for this place since I'm moving to the area. Unfortunately, value for money is not there even before you consider the extremely slow service. Three sandwiches, onion rings, and fries: 25 min wait. Fair, not a problem since I had a lazy Sunday to spend. However, after hearing the counter call the kitchen for my onion rings three times and waiting 40 minutes while later patrons were all served, the eggplant parm sandwich I received was so cold that the cheese and sauce were *matte*. The only reason the review isn't a 1 is that the two steak and cheese subs ordered--though cold--were eaten and the onion rings, since they were the last thing fired after 35 min, were good and hot. Perhaps it was just an off day, but sadly I shall never know. Throwing money in the trash for food that might be good once it's reheated at home is beyond the pale in 2023, and I won't take another chance. read more

Been coming here for years, food is amazing!!! Friday night I ordered baked haddock with salad and rings. The meal could have come from a sit down restaurant which I got to enjoy hot in my own home. Everything was spot on, haddock was cooked perfectly, salad cold and crispy, rings were perfection! Best part is they treat me like an old family friend. Today, everything is expensive. Tried this place a little less then a year ago got a roast beef junior to go and it was okay but nothing special. Recently came in to get a beef and it was amazing one of the best I've tried in the area besides tessies. Have got them about 4 times since and have been great every time. Definitely will keep coming back the only thing I must say is it is a little pricey, 11 dollars for junior beef. But must say it is worth it to be honest definitely recommend read more

Roast beef is delicious and onion roll is perfect, I have never had such high quality beef just so fresh, only thing as you can see in the picture is I wish the cheese was melted instead of just a cold piece of American cheese slapped on the bottom , and definitely could use more sauce , but quality taste and just freshness you can not beat it read more

First time stopping here. Ordered a Jr Beef 3 way, Onion Rings well done, Chicken fingers dinner - Sweet Asian sauce on side with fries and salad. Why only 3 stars then? First, the Sweet Asian sauce is a couple small container of Kens sweet and sour sauce. Bit of a stretch, but ok. I was told the rings are homemade and fantastic. I spent $4.99 and got 7 full rings and a few pieces. That is almost $.75 per ring. My receipt does say small onion rings. Lesson learned. It was a very hot day and no AC inside. I assume that is a temporary thing buy yikes. It was hotter inside than the 90+ degrees outside. Lastly, Anthony's Facebook page talks about jr beef with custom egg roll (steak and cheese), but the gal at the counter had no idea what that was... Everything else was fantastic! The chicken fingers were all white meat. The roast beef was tender, perfectly cooked, no fat nor gristel. They also included some zone sauce for me to try. It was very tasty. People behind the counter serving were very nice and patient helping me pick items on my first visit. Will I go back to try other food? Yep. The good parts were fantastic. Heard how good Anthony's is and I would say I'm torn. Got a Boneless Buffalo finger salad with their house dressing and it was delicious. My sister got a steak tip salad and the salad was filled half way and the steak tips were not good. I ordered the new sandwich, Chicken Santino. I knew it wouldn't be piping hot since it was delivery and they told me it was an hour to get my food so I figured they were busy. This is a small husband and wife run business that I absolutely love supporting. It is near my job and I know that I can always count on great food, friendly service and fair prices. Over the last year the menu has grown. This is no longer your typical pizza place. I love their homemade honey mustard vinaigrette, the End boss eggplant sub, sweet pizza and so much more. I love Anthony's steak tips, but every time I order from them it takes over an hour and a half for delivery. I understand every place is short-staffed, but this seems ridiculous for 2 salads. If I could leave a zero review I would. This place is 3/4 of a mile away from my house. I ordered delivery ordering and paying online as always. Order was to be delivered within 45 mins. 1 hour and 12 mins later the driver shows up and asks me twice to sign the cc receipt, I said I already paid and tipped online. I asked why are you 23 mins later, then the time you were supposed to arrive, no response provided by driver. Order was placed after lunch busy time, no excuse to take this long to deliver. Get the bag in the house and everything I ordered was completely cold and burnt. Packaging they provided is straight out of something you would get in kindergarten cafeteria or at the dollar store, where the heat will not stay in and the food falls right thru it.
