Update 3:45pm 1/9/25 Everyone deserves another chance, I've been there and decided to give this establishment the same grace I've been given in life. Today was: 5 for service and speed 4 for food which was finally good and if no issues by tomorrow nor next time I order then I'll keep this rating as consistency is key and this should override my past comments, because this means they've fixed their operational challenges. So far my stomach has zero issues but the food feels different this time eg fresh etc so hoping it'll stay this way! The owner and managers were there. They served me and everyone that came thru the door or on the phone like a very special client which was so nice. I mean I am no one, just a random person who walked thru the door and realized I was ordering on Super Bowl Sunday literally at the start of the game and almost left as I felt bad adding to the long list of orders. But they treated us all equally and with great service which tells me they care about people AND their business succeeding. Dope. Also the app said it was a two hour wait but I went in person to order and it was only 15 mins. So if you can either call or go in person on a busy day it may make a difference. I saw the recent reviews re service so I thought I'd give it another try. And they were right. These folks care now and were on it with their orders! Shout out to them for pumping thru orders at such a busy time! Operations machine in action. It is clear that they've made some very thoughtful changes. Could be as simple as the fact that leadership was present. I'll revisit during off hours and see how things go, but this time felt different. There are only about 3 tables that seat 4 but most people take the food to go. One plus about this location is the parking lot is big and easy to get a spot. The last time I visited (a couple weeks ago from the time of this review), I believe the owner/manager was on the clock. He greeted my wife and I, was very attentive, took our order, and cleaned our table. I wasn't expecting such high quality level customer service, especially at a wing stop. Wingstop is located at the south east corner of Wiley Canyon on Lyons. The main entrance faces east and is at the north west corner of this large strip mall complex close to the intersection. While I wasn't the one who placed the order on a Friday I was the one who was picking it up and paying for it. My cousin's husband placed the order around 6 for a pickup around 7 which was for 50 wings split into 4 flavors. My wife and I arrived shortly around 7:10pm on 9/6/2019 hoping the order would be ready considering it was ordered about an hour prior and unfortunately we had to wait. I admit the place was busy inside and there were other orders for take out for others but it's not like we went off menu with some super large order. 50 wings for take out is a thing. I was in line and paid and also added some blue cheese and veggie sticks but that's not what held up the order. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes or more because by the time we arrived where we were bringing the food (my other aunt's place) near the Valencia Town Center it was well after 7:40. I guess it wouldn't have been so bad if there weren't others waiting for us and we were late. Besides the wait the food was good. We ordered lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, garlic Parmesan, and sweet BBQ. Wingstop while it's a nationwide chain for the most part has good food and wings are sort of a staple as far as party food so you can never really go wrong with bringing them to a party but hopefully orders aren't well late after they're ordered.
