This was one of the most unprofessional restaurant experiences I have had in a long time, and Buffalo Wild Wings upper management should seriously review how this location is being operated. My group arrived nearly two hours before closing, yet the restaurant already appeared shut down. Chairs were stacked on tables throughout the dining room, sections were closed off, and we were told we needed to sit only in the bar area. After already being seated, staff then attempted to move us because they "didn't want guests sitting near the cleaned stacked tables." If a restaurant is still open for business, customers should not feel like an inconvenience for simply trying to dine there. Closing procedures should never take priority over the guest experience during posted operating hours. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of professionalism from the manager on duty -- a heavier set woman with dark hair and glasses. Rather than attempting to accommodate us or resolve the issue appropriately, she repeatedly made excuses, stating there was "nothing she could do." There was no accountability, no effort to correct the situation, and no genuine customer service. At that point, we chose to leave entirely. It was clear that staff were more focused on leaving early than providing even basic hospitality to paying customers. Buffalo Wild Wings corporate should strongly evaluate this location's management, customer service standards, and policies regarding when dining areas are allowed to be shut down. I am filing a complaint regarding Manager Kiara. I called only to report that the chicken wings we received were not prepared properly. My wife is pregnant, and because of the condition of the food, she did not eat it. Instead of showing concern, Manager Kiara was argumentative, dismissive, and unprofessional. She repeatedly insisted that I drive back to the restaurant, even though I live a considerable distance away. The issue was never about making another trip--it was about the order not being prepared correctly in the first place. When I asked for the store number, she responded sarcastically by asking whether I wanted the store's physical address instead, rather than simply answering my question. I also had to ask more than once for her name before she finally provided it. This was an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. ive been to this Buffalo Wild Wings 3 times but two of them were terrible because of the service. The first time, our server (it was a man, but I don't remember his name) never once checked on our table. We had to wait about an HOUR just for someone to clear our plates and bring us the check. After bringing out our food, my boyfriend and I asked for forks and ranch. She said she'd get them, but she never came back. While we were waiting for the ranch and the forks, I watched Samantha repeatedly go into the back and walk around the restaurant, yet she never even glanced at our table. She also served customers who had arrived well after us while we were still waiting on something as simple as ranch and forks. We waited around 30 minutes with our food getting cold before finally asking a manager for help. The manager was the one who brought us the ranch. It was honestly unbelievable. What made the experience even more frustrating was how we felt we were treated when we tried to address the issue. My boyfriend, our friends, and I are all teenagers(18 yros), we didn't feel like our concerns were taken seriously. We asked if anything could be done because of how bad the service had been, but nothing happened and were denied. It wasn't until my boyfriend's mom came in and spoke with the general manager that we were finally offered a discount and a free dessert. That left us feeling like our complaints only mattered once an older adult stepped in. I understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn't just one bad visit--it was two in a row with extremely slow, inattentive service. I really like the bone-in wings here. When I order to-go (except on the Tuesday special), they usually coat them generously with sauce and they're very tasty. However, on Tuesdays when there's a promotion, the wings tend to have much less sauce. When dining in, the service can feel quite slow. Even when standing at the front, there's often no one to greet you. Sometimes staff make eye contact but don't say anything. Taking orders is slow, and the food also takes a while to come out. On January 11, 2026, my friend and I came to this location because he lives in the area. Our waiter was Alexander. He was a bit lackluster but, we tolerated it. We placed our orders and about 10 minutes later, my friend got his food. I was still waiting. It took a while, then my food finally came. By that time my friend was almost finished eating. I was not happy about it but, I was trying to just let it go and not worry about it. As soon as I picked my burger up and took a bite, I realized that it did not have any sauce on it. So, I told Alexander and he said that he would have the kitchen take care of it. My friend had finished eating by this time. My food finally came back and both the burger and the fries were cold. I was really annoyed by now and after I told Alexander, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came over and apologized. He said that he would have the kitchen warm it up for me. I replied that I appreciated it but, my friend was already finished eating and I was not wanting the food anymore because I am a slow eater and did not want him to have to sit there and wait for me to finish. So, he said that he would take care of the charge and have it packed to take with me. I thanked him and asked if I could have some fresh fries because they do not taste good cold. He agreed! In the meantime, the bill came and I noticed that my part had $.66 remaining. I thought, "Really?" I could not believe that. Let's not forget the $.66! Really disappointed with the service we received from our waitress Kris this evening. She came by our table once to get our orders and did not come back again until we had to wave our hand into the isle and verbally flag her down just to get the check to leave. Once we asked for that, only then was she speedy with her service. She did not bring anything we asked for, including the veggies for the table. We had to flag another waiter down just to get forks and napkins well after receiving our food that was delivered by someone from the kitchen. She was very attentive to every other table except ours. This place has certainly gone down in our experience. We have worn our 'Usual customer' badges for some time. Seems like the staff just doesn't GAF about customer service at all anymore. Seems like that for the past 4-5 times I've gone, no matter when or how many in my party, the experience has suffered from a total lack of customer service. They planned a 'Going Away' shindig on a Saturday. We decided to go in honor of our friends. We had a busy day that day & we planned to go pretty late... moreover, we live at least 20 minutes away. Knowingly, the food takes a long time & we were really hungry; I placed an order through the BWW app on the way to the restaurant because it would be approx 10:40pm by the time we arrive. Additionally, we were already knowing our friends would have been done eating, because they had already been there for 3 hours prior. We greeted them & we all decided to move to some tables because now there were 5 of us. When the waitress came to get our order, (this is a waitress that we seem to get every time we come to this joint, she's generally rude and has a bee with an itch attitude for no reason). Our friends continued to order more drinks & I mentioned we already placed an order but I did want to order something else but we need a little more time because our friends were all trying to catch up with us. We all know how lonnnng the food takes here. On a side note, I also like to order my meals To-Go in restaurants often, because then I don't have to ask for take home boxes because I rarely finish everything. At least another 15 min went by and the waitress didn't come back to ask if we were ready again. It was time to go pick up, the food was still not ready even though I ordered ahead of time. While we waited in front for the first order, I decided to order more food, just 6 wings, we avoided our waitress anyway she was always so rude and took extra long. Everyone at our table knows this waitress and everyone really dislikes her. I knew if I ordered more food, it was going to take another block of time but it didn't really matter because at least we'd have the first order. The friendly & hospitable gal said we still had to wait for our first order so I told her we were sitting with our friends at the table next to the drink fountain area & pointed towards the table. She acknowledged & said she would bring the food over to our table when it was ready. Our food comes in a to go bag and then she says, "I will bring your other order out when it's ready." I thanked her & she left. The waitress came back to our table as we were picking at the fries as we were starving & told me that I could not be in there. Then she threatened to go tell her manager. About 5 min later the manager comes & tells me to PUT THE FOOD BACK IN THE BAG. She said I CANNOT EAT my BUFFALO WILD WINGS order in the restaurant. I said "how? This is YOUR restaurant's food. Our group are all eating and drinking here. Why does it matter where we eat it? we are still waiting for our other order that's taking forever...." She was blatantly rude and continued to demand that I put the food back in the bag. So I shove the food back in the bag & it goes cold, as we are stuck waiting for the other order. It takes 30-35 additional MINUTES for the other food to arrive. Our friends told the manager that they "just spent over $200 tonight" but the manager proceeds to hold her ground and tell us we couldn't eat our food in there. The entire table was utterly shocked and disgusted by the rude and ridiculous rules pressed by the waitress / manager. We've spent thousands at this joint. I've bought hundreds of dollars of gift cards. Not anymore. Ever. I will never be back here again for their lousy, rude and lack of any customer service. Do better on your shi**y customer service. They're starting not to get your orders right you'll have missing items. The managers will argue with you, especially Eddie. The food quality is not what it used to be. They recently remodeled, but didn't make a difference. What good does it do to have a place remodeled but the service is horrible It's been going downhill for some time now . What ever happened to customer service? Showed up for happy hour, we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 meals, the server was kind and friendly. She put in our order and told us the appetizers would be out soon and she was going on break, she takes no blame in this. After waiting a significant amount of time they bring us all our food at once, cold mozzarella sticks and dry marinara sauce thats been sitting under a pass bar for way too long, clearly. After 6 years in the service industry I know how things go. As understanding as we are, for there to be 4 tables and about 8 employees on the floor standing around talking, food should not be coming out cold. We sent the appetizers back and they tried to refuse to remove the mozzarella sticks with the employee telling me "since they already hit the table they're yours". To the man that told me that, I've never heard that rule before but after speaking to a manager they certainly were not mine. I went to go eat here with my younger sister on Tuesday around 6 in the afternoon. I go and ask for a table of two I'm asked to wait while the host in glasses is folding menus that's fine I don't mind. So I'm standing there waiting eventually a guy who's been waiting there gets shown to his table that's ok. A group of four guys come in they get asked how many and we're seated before me that's ok maybe they had a reservation at least I assume since nothing was communicated. 10 maybe 20 minutes or waiting I go to take a seat as a girl comes in going to the host to be helped finally we get seated. As we're waiting to get helped already knowing what we were going to get a female server approach's us sand asks us for our drinks as my sister is telling her what we want the host tells the server not them and instead of explaining what's going on from either of them the server just walks away mid sentence. Cool maybe it wasn't her section maybe they were waiting for a different server that's ok but there needs to be communication. We're stuck there waiting maybe another 10 minutes which would have been fine if anyone had said anything all the other tables around us get helped while multiple servers walk by us. Only when it's visibly seen that I'm getting annoyed and impatient does the host decide to say something to the server. The server then comes up to us apologizing introduces himself and explains he didn't know he would be our server since he also saw that female server talk to us. I say it's fine I understand it was moderately busy but that was honestly ridiculous. We get out order in and our food comes out pretty fast service was ok afterwards we were pretty much left alone which is ok. I do appreciate our server Angel I think it was apologizing.
