The Grilled Chicken Thigh Sub is truly unbelievable here. The bread is warm, the chicken is grilled, has a nice char and is very juicy and tender on the inside. The chicken thigh pieces in the sandwich are topped by grilled onions and mushrooms, as well as with melted Monterey cheese along with their slightly tangy and very yummy house sauce. Each bite is pretty perfect, as you are tasting a plethora of flavor notes from all of the ingredients. To complement my phenomenal chicken sandwich, I tried out the cesar side salad. It was pretty good and fresh, but didn't really stand out. All in all though, I drive here 15 miles just for this sandwich, but I also hear their burgers and grilled wings are fire as well. Might have to try the wings next time. The cafe has about 10 tables and is fairly spacious. After a long day at Six Flags Magic Mountain, everyone starts looking for something good to eat to gain back all those calories burned walking and screaming all day. I happened to check Yelp and saw that Wanted Grill had some really strong reviews, so we had to try it for ourselves. Let me just say, the reviews were accurate and this place is absolutely worth the hype. It took us a minute to figure out how the menu works, but the very friendly owner, Ben, walked us through it and made everything easy. There were so many delicious options that it was hard to choose, but I went with the Hawaiian Burger. It was incredibly juicy, and you can truly taste how fresh everything is. Ben even makes some of the sauces himself, which definitely sets this place apart. The fries came out hot and crispy, just how they should be. Some friends ordered the fully loaded fries and the tater tots, and I could not resist trying some. They were just as amazing. As Ben mentions, orders can take about 15 to 20 minutes because everything is made fresh, but it is completely worth the wait. While you are waiting, it is actually pretty cool to read the old Wanted ads from newspapers displayed around the place. The food and service were exceptional from start to finish. When we mentioned we drove in from Victorville, about two hours away, Ben even sent us off with a can of iced tea each, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I can confidently say I will be coming back after another long day at Six Flags. I highly recommend anyone in the area to give Wanted Grill a try. read more

The good reviews lured me in. Almost 5 stars on Google? Cool. Must be amazing. And the $13 cheese burger special is a decent deal in this economy. I thought about adding bacon. But they charge $4 for bacon? Yikes. No thanks. I sit down and it was fairly slow. There was only 1 other table inside waiting for food besides me. However the food took 40 minutes. LITERALLY 40 minutes for a burger and fries?? Very unnecessary. Especially since it wasn't busy. I was very close to just asking for a refund and going somewhere else. But he told me he was bringing it out. I finally get the food and it's just decent. It's nothing amazing. It's an "ok" burger at best. And the fact that it took 40 minutes was ridiculous. Located in a small plaza, parking can be tough but there should be a few spots available. It's unsuspecting from the outside, but the inside decor is fun and they were decking it out for Christmas on our visit here. I took zero photos of the food and I feel like that speaks for itself. We took the food to go and they were still delicious upon arrival at our friend's home. I will say, we had 3 orders of fries and they weren't consist across the board in terms of seasoning. One pack was saltier than the other. The mushroom burger was cooked well and very filling. Absolutely delicious! So nice we ate here twice in a week lol. On our way back from LA we dropped by at Wanted after seeing great reviews and good prices. The person working was super friendly, greeted us when we entered, offered to help with anything we needed and showed us where the kiosk was but was more than willing to take our order if needed. We were fine using the kiosk. I had the Hawaiian burger and it was great. Everything is cooked to order, it took a few for our order to come out but I'm always happy to wait a bit for fresh food. Everything was hot and delicious, the burger was seasoned very well, the teriyaki sauce was very flavorful. We stopped by again a few days later after another LA trip and I had the loaded buffalo tots. Again just delicious and fresh. Really enjoyed everything. Tried this spot tucked away in a corner and I am so happy I did. I got the loaded fries which come with ground beef, cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms and peppers. So different but delicious! My partner got the double cheeseburger and said it was the best burger he has had in a while! Prices are not bad either. I think Ben he was the owner of the place and he treated us so well! I ordered the mushroom burger and pork belly fries with a beer. The fries were decent, but the burger itself had no flavor at all. The patty tasted like a bulk frozen burger straight from Smart & Final. Whoever chose that burger should honestly be wanted by the food police. One of the worst burgers my wife and I have ever had. I ordered the cheeseburger and she ordered the mushroom burger, and both were extremely bland. The burgers had almost no flavor at all, and the quality of the patties wasn't good. Honestly, they tasted like frozen smart n final patties with no seasoning. What saved the meal were the pork belly fries. Those were actually really good. The pork belly was juicy and flavorful, and we liked the BBQ sauce that was added. I still can't understand how this place has 5 stars with burgers like that. If you do go, I'd recommend skipping the burgers and trying the pork belly fries instead.
