Sometimes small is better. The smaller wings at Wing Supreme definitely allows for a better overall cooking of the wing/drumstick compared to larger. Even my son agreed, and is typically a boneless wing fan. The wings come out perfectly fire hot and crispy, even after getting their nice coating of flavor. We had the buffalo/lemon pepper, spicy/bbq, and jerk. The jerk is not the typical Jamaican, but more of an American red pepper style spice. A little salty for me, but still good. Love this place - southern friend wings are my fave! The staff is very pleasant from ordering to giving you your food, and the food is hot every time - every single time! A few things they could work on is being a bit faster; 20 minutes is too long to place an order during the middle of the week. But if we have to wait, some free wifi would be nice. The phone has been busy a few times I've called, so maybe an online option would be nice as well as late night hours on the weekends. I get in the door at about 8:50 and they tell me they are not dropping anymore chicken and come back tomorrow. Used to be my go to spot for wings. I love supporting black businesses but cannot support this one anymore. This is the 2nd time I've called and been on hold for over 15 minutes and had to call back only to wait again. After waiting an additional 10 minutes she finally gets on the phone to tell me that they are done taking orders for the night. She could have said that 30 minutes ago. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I'm not even going to mention the numerous times I've called called with an hour to go before the restaurant closes for the restaurant closes only for no one to answer the phone. One night after taking my dog to the dog park I told myself to drive by and place an order. I asked what was the most popular thing on the menu and I was told I was the chicken strips. Wing Supreme is awesome. Their chicken wings have such great flavor. The wings are small, but that's because they aren't pumped up with junk. That's why they taste so good! The chicken is very good, but customer service could definitely be improved. This restaurant is listed on restaurant.com so I purchased a certificate. When I got to the restaurant, I was told that they do not accept the certificates. I was told that they were supposed to be removed from the website because they don't get anything from restaurant.com. I was upset that I was having to spend more than expected, but I had placed a large order and I felt bad about them having to possibly discard all of the food so I paid the full price. When I returned home, I immediately went to the computer to request a refund from restaurant.com and discovered that Wing Supreme had redeemed my certificate. I called the restaurant and the person answering the phone seemed confused. She said she had to call her manager to figure out what to do. She called me back and told me that they would refund the money for the certificate. I had to then drive 15 minutes just to get back the money that they could've taken off while I was there the first time. When I arrived, there was no apology. The woman at the counter just gave me my money and said, "here you go." I asked for the manager's number and was told it couldn't be given out. I asked her to have the manager to call me.
