Not recommended at all!! Refuse to serve us, too busy betting on the horses to care about anything else...

I always order the nachos, either inside casino to go or for delivery as expected the platter comes assembled as it should, even from different locations. Last week I ordered nachos to go, I planned on watching my husband gamble while I ate.. I am not a fan of the free drinks inside the casino, either there is no ice, or sodas taste flat. Typically I pay for a drink at the bar or get one at the restaurant when I order food. I ordered the nachos at the bar to go , I asked for a soda.. After I paid and TIPPED the bartender, she handed me an empty cup, expecting me to walk out of the restaurant and get my own drink?.. Just serve myself.. Luckily Another waitress was nice enough to get me a soda. When my order was ready I was handed a card board box with chips inside , a bag with 2 square to go containers, 1 round container filled with the items to assemble the nachos. I inquired why, and was told that is how it's served when it's ordered to go. I expressed my concern as it's never been done like this in the past, ordering to go inside casino or delivery. Server/Bartender attitude "it is what it is deal with it" Manager comes over confirmed that is how the nachos are always made when ordered to go. He dismissed my concerns, telling him it's never been like that in the past. I explained to him I planned on eating them while I watched my husband gamble like I've done in the last. His attitude was the same.. It is what it is.. deal with it. I politely asked the manager if they could assemble the nachos for me, didn't ask for remake, just something simple put it together that's all. With what I can only describe as a stupefied look on his face and cocky attitude he said "if we do it, it would be the same as you doing it yourself..." WTF? What an absolute idiot. This is the person that manages the bar and restaurant? What a joke. . . I lifted the food up/towards the direction he was standing and asked for a refund, with a cocky smile the manager said "sure but you'll have to give us the food in order to get the refund.." No shit Sherlock, I literally raised the food towards you and asked for a refund. If I didn't want the food unassembled when I paid for it, why would I want to keep it? What an idiot.. Went on a Friday early afternoon Great bar food with large portions for a good price! Our waiter was phenomenal! Jaime was so nice & was so attentive We ordered typical bar food: burger & nachos The nachos were so good and LOADED which I LOVE The burger bun was a bit soft and soggy, could have had a bit of a crunch if it was toasted a bit. Gave them a second chance and definitely shouldn't have. Ordered food to go. I asked for dressing on the side for my salad. They doused the salad in dressing and it was a watery mess. I threw it away as it was inedible. I also ordered a French dip and they forgot to include the au jus in the order. Do yourself a favor and definitely pass on this place. read more

We needed a place for dinner before seeing Dr. Strange, so we chose this place since it was across the street. Good customer service and the staff were welcoming. Their grill didn't work per our server, so I had their boneless wings while my boyfriend had their chicken fried sandwich. The wings were okay, and they could've been crispier. I didn't quite enjoy my fries since they weren't hot and crispy. The same goes for the boyfriend's sweet potato fries, and it feels like it's been sitting out. I did enjoy my cocktail. Overall, the food was mediocre, but we came for a quick bite before the movie, and we got it. We also got a good view of the track, so the visit wasn't that bad. read more

I like beer. The guys like beer. We thought for sure this would be a win win. Very disappointed upfront. Got sat immediately- even with a group of 6. Great Sat at our table for 15-20 minutes before being greeted. Multiple servers and even the manager walked by our table. Multiple times. No acknowledgement. We had to finally ask someone if we had a server assigned to our table. Ordered bar drinks and food at once. Since we knew we'd be waiting forever. Thankful that they brought water upon finally greeting us. Our drinks and food came out at about the same time. I think we waited longer to be greeted than what we waited for food and drinks. Baffled. We all got nachos and a pizza. The nachos were delicious. Pizza was greasy but decent. Drinks were good. I liked the atmosphere upon arrival. If I were in the area would I go back? My wife and I swung by here to grab a light lunch while we were roaming through the area on vacation in OKC. We weren't sure what to expect, especially since this was a location inside a casino, but we weren't disappointed. The menu had some pretty typical pub style offerings, but we decided to try out some of the items we figured that we wouldn't be able to get at your typical pub in Houston. That included Avocado Fries, Mac'd Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup, and Boom Boom Shrimp. The Avocado Fries were impressive-- it was roughly a whole fresh avocado-- possibly more-- lightly battered (like sweet-and-sour chicken Chinese batter) and served with a remoulade style sauce. They were a bit greasier than I had anticipated, but still great. The Mac'd grilled cheese had ham in it, which added a nice protein kick to an otherwise largely carb dish, and the Tomato soup had pretzel ball courtons in it. It could have used a few more than three small croutons, but other than that the whole dish was great. The Boom Boom Shrimp was just kind of okay. The fried shrimp was tossed in a slightly-sweet sauce that was largely forgettable. The fries were well-seasoned and only needed a little ketchup. I'd probably skip this one if I came back here. Overall, service was good and prices were decent. I've heard good things about some of their AYCE specials, but there weren't any happening when we came by. Best experience to date. Juan was our waiter. He has to be one of the best waiters we've ever had, anywhere. He was very friendly and attentive. We had had everything we needed in just a second. I accidentally spilt a coke on the table (and my husband), and in less than 5 seconds, out of nowhere, Juan was at our table with a stack of towels. Great service all around. If I owned a restaurant he would be working for me. Seriously!!! The food was great as usual. And the prices were fair. This is why we keep coming back. read more

My wife and I stopped off at this Brewery after driving through buckets of rain, dumped by a tornado to the south of OKC. We had to pay to park in the adjoining parking lot. This Brewery is close to I-40 in OKC. Our flight of in-house beers all tasted true to style, with the two standouts the Millie Mcfadden Red Rye Ale 5.9 ABV and the Bluesberry Ale 4.7 ABV. We also sampled the Old King Kolsch, Wiley's One Eyed Wheat, Three Guardsmen IPA, and the Single String Stout. All these were good beers and my wife ordered a pint of the Red Rye ale. I choose a different route and ordered a Belgium style blonde ale by Anthem Brewing called the Golden One. I'm glad I did too, since we ended up getting a sixer from the liquor store down the street. The food was mediocre, I wolfed down a carnivore pizza, which came topped with sausage, Canadian bacon, ground beef, pepperoni, sweet peppered bacon, mozzarella and red sauce. The crust wasn't the best but it did fill me up. The all brick building was cool to see, but if you stop here maybe just try the beer and skip the food. For 2 lunch entrees, 2 pints, and a flight of beer we paid $50.84. That's a bit pricey for pub food and considering we also had to pay for parking! read more

Ok so I see some negative reviews for this particular Bricktown and I can totally see how some of the problems sighted could happen. There does seem to be a fine line being walked by the service staff here. I can only comment on our visit, which was certainly off peak hours. There weren't too many people there to cause distraction. So, on our visit I can only say it was WONDERFUL! We ordered drinks and appetizers to wait for the races and the pretzels were so damned good we came back for dinner a few hours later. My mom had the salmon and she went on and on about how good it was. I had the fish and chips and they were really good as well. Flaky, and actually large filets of fish not just a bunch of batter. Extremely surprised and pleasantly so. But the highlight for me were the fried avocados. Damn, they were good! Our service was so-so but pleasant enough. The price is pretty reasonable for the most part. Good entrees, magnificent appetizers! Much better than the place a floor down. read more

We arrived at the restaurant at about 7:30pm Sunday night. The bartender told us there was no hostess, they were short handed, and to sit where ever we wanted. The five of us sat near the window to watch the races and have a nice meal. After forty-five minutes no one brought us water, drinks, or menus. No one even acknowledged we were there even though wait staff walked by our table several times. We got up and walked out and still no one said a word to us. I totally understand being short staffed but you have to at least acknowledge a customer when they walk into your restaurant. Needless to say we won't be back. read more

This was the very 1st time in years that after 9pm they ran out of prime rib. People still stayed for the crab legs. Ask for old bay seasoning to add to your crab butter and or prime rib it makes a world of difference. The fried shrimp, coleslaw , and fresh fries are a good compliment. People crack me up saying that the crab legs can be small in size, but its all you can eat. Keep eating and you will get full. Then in most batches you will get large clusters. A couple great qualities: Local MIO brews. Same ones you can find at their Bricktown location. They are pretty good. Drink local! The real star is the view though! I tell so many people I meet about the Thursday night special. Crab legs and prime rib. Unlimited. Enough said. Make sure to get or bring your (free) Remington park player's card so you can save $4 ($28.99 becomes $24.99) each person has to have their own card. The shrill appetizers and hush puppies are good. The chef fried shrimp is definitely better than the boom boom shrimp. The meal also comes with French fries and Cole slaw. You can even sit lower deck and watch what ever is going on outside on the racetrack. read more

Have been here twice this week during their soft opening run. Today we had the Pulled Pork BBQ nachos and Cheese Curds to start. We finished off both of these starters. I ordered the Bacon, Avocado, Tomato Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. It was super delish. I ended my day with the Chocolate Bundt Cake. It was all so good. The manager of this place should be fired for lacking good customer service and common sense. I've spent a lot of money here but that will no longer be the case after this bad experience. Went for the surf and turf here. Signed up to be on the waiting list. Was told that the wait would be about 30 minutes. Waited for over 1 hour and no one paged. Came back to ask what's going on and was told that we were paged 3 times. They showed us on the their iPad. We showed them that we did not receive any pages on our phone. Thinking that the manager would put us for next available table for this technical difficulty, we could not have been more wrong. He offered to put us back on the waiting list again. Keep in mind at this point it was very busy and the wait would probably be another hour. He offered no apology. He kept repeating that we were paged 3 times and failed to acknowledge that we did not receive any of those pages. This is one of my favorite locations for dinner. We live nearby, so we love to come grab a drink and start off with some of the sweet potato fries topped with honey and bacon. The burgers are standard...I like the Chopped and Chipped nachos and the Yard Bird sandwich! Best to come here when there's a race happening. We visited the Bricktown Brewery at Remington Park on 3/19/22...we have been to this location about 20 times before...this time, we were seated at the bar and the female bartender told us the kitchen was too busy and we could not order food. This was about two minutes after she took the couple's order next to us....and then took an order for a 4 top party 10 minutes later. I'm sorry, but I have never heard of a RESTAURANT not serving food on a Saturday night at 745pm. Very sad to say we'll never come back to this place. read more

This Bricktown Brewery is located inside of Remington Casino. I am married to a crab legs addict so we come here a lot on Thursdays. I think it's a neat process. They start you out by asking how you want your prime rib, then they bring you prime rib with about four clusters of crab legs, a plate of fried/marinated shrimp and hush puppies, fries, and coleslaw. For the price of the buffet, you can choose any drink you want from soda, tea, and water. Then, if you decide you want more of any food, you can ask and they bring you more. I can honestly say they don't hold out here, you can ask for a small plate of shrimp later, and you get a giant plate. I believe the buffet price is $28.99, and if you sign up for their Remington card, it saves you a few bucks. I look forward to Thursdays, but after 5 weeks and 5 Thursdays, I think we will have to cut back to once every month or so. If you're reading my review, chances are you won't see me cracking those legs every Thursday anymore. Mmm. Those crablegs sure are yummy though! read more

I'm mad that I just found out about this place. I could have been adding inches to my waist a while ago, but there's no sense in pouting about it now. After a fellow yelper referred me here for the $28 All You Can Eat prime rib & crab I had to give it a try. Located inside Remington Park Casino on the Southeast side of the casino floor. The restaurant setting is more laid back, but honestly, atmoshere felt like I was some where out-of-state. The service was fast, friendly (Crystal was our server for the evening, but EVERYONE was), and consistent. The portion of food was massive. They start you off with appetizers(shrimp, hushpuppies, and bang bang shimp), next they bring out prime rib according on how you want it cooked, then a mountain high plate of crab, lastly french fries and cole slaw. This was certainly worth the bucks spent. All in all the food was good. And what makes it even better you can go out and hit the slots in hopes that you get your money back, which I did. We've eaten at a few of the metro locations, all pretty good...NOT this one: Visit started out with a brewery that is out of its own beer (the IPA) and has no other IPAs (draft or bottle), Sorry, we are out or artichoke dip", took forever to get some Ice'd tea (drank tea since they didn't have the beer I wanted) and, to top it off, the food was not warm...we didn't have the time to send it back but we won't be back.
