Wow, these really were some of the best wings I've ever had. I got the garlic honey dry rub, my friends got the Carolina gold and the spicy BBQ, and everything was so good. Also I have to give a special mention to the fact that they have the GOOD blue cheese and ranch to go with the wings. Highly recommend the garlic cheese curds, the frips and dip, and the fried green beans. The hush puppies are fire too. More when I worked in Akron...but anyhow stopped on way home after visiting family in Akron to have some wings with the awesome scorcher sauce ..... new bartender don't know me.... ....ok... anyway beer is ice cold so far so good... ordered the scorcher sauce on wings and waited for my wings.... She forgot to put order in.... Other people walk in she knows them puts their order in... and then oddly enough 3 orders comes out before mine.... Only 5 customers and they had multiple items in their orders... I had wings only....working on 2nd beer.... But cold...so all good. the beer lol...Then my wings show up ....cold...and ordered with the hottest sauce they have ....my dear departed grandmother could have rubbed it in her eyes and probably wouldn't have shed a tear.... First time going to this location this past Wednesday night. We just sat ourselves as no hostess ever came to see us. After sitting down our waitress rudely greeted us. It didn't seem very busy. We were the only group in the the seating area with the wooden flooring. After we were there for about 20 min another group of 8 people came in and told our waitress they were expecting two more. Our waitress then very rudely and loud enough for us to hear at our table told them, "next time you'll have to call in ahead of time we're short staffed" we were astounded to hear our waitress talk this way to another party. Surprisingly this other party stuck around and ordered all they ordered were boneless wings on boneless wing night. Our food was okay the fries were really good and fresh cut. After getting our check we noticed they did not deduct the discount for the half price apps special that was going on. When we brought this up to our waitress she ridiculed us and said everything was going up. Only after asking a second time about the error in pricing did she rudely say she needed her manager. We finally got the pricing corrected. Overall the food the was decent and like I said we really enjoyed the fries. The service is severely lacking this maybe a decent place to go by yourself to have a drink but I would not recommend another family go here. Excellent place for wings, appetizers and burgers. Lots of draft beer choices too. We had Jamaican Jerk dry rub and garlic Parmesan wings. Both flavors were delicious! These are good flavors to have with Octoberfest on draft. The garlic waffle fries appetizer was amazing! The blue cheese and celery was very fresh! 2.5 stars (if i could) for years friends have told me to check out Wing Warehouse. there used to be a considerable amount more of them. i'm starting to understand why there are so few nowadays. first, that might be a bit unfair. the waffle fries with nacho cheese were great. service was OK - she was nice but a little unavailable. though, i think she was the only server though most customers were at the bar. the thing is, the wings weren't great. Danielle and I asked for them to be "well done" and they were nearly there but some of the wings had rubbery skins and made you want to gag. also, i'll never understand why restaurants can't have a little card or something that accurately describes their sauces. when i read "Cali Gold" i think it's mustard based - not the BBQ-esque sauce i got. i did have the sense to ask what Kung Fu Hot sauce was and was told it was a spicy version of teriyaki. but it didn't taste at all like teriyaki and wasn't particularly spicy. all this while some unfunny moron just kept woopin' and hollerin' from the bar every time the Steelers did something good or the Browns did something bad/dumb - as if that's something that doesn't happen in every game. to be honest, i'd go back and try something else on the menu but Danielle won't she hated her wings and doesn't care to go back. so... read more

This restaurant has changed names and ownership many times in the last 10 years. The longest running was the Old Town Crier. Then it was Cleats. And now, we have Wings Warehouse. Went in for a quick bite for lunch today with the hubster and our daughter. The establishment was clean. There were plenty of tables and booths. There is also a separate bar area. The bar has it's own entrance or you can go through the restaurant. There is also a newer patio area outside of the bar. There is plenty of parking. The inside has potential but it is very poorly lit. Almost feels like early evening in the middle of the day. Let me preface this review by saying we are EXTREMELY patient people. We like to give the benefit of the doubt as you never know what is happening behind the scenes. That being said, here is the best I can do in rating. There were 2 tables besides ours when we were seated. Our waitress explained the specials clearly and took our drink requests. Our drinks were back to us quickly. When placing our orders, my daughter had various questions about a few menu items/options. Our waitress answered all her questions thoroughly. I chose the special which was their burger and fries. My husband chose a chicken wrap and fries. My daughter ordered boneless hot bbq wings. She requested 6 but she could only order 10 or 12. She asked about ranch or blue cheese for dipping. She was informed that it would be $1 extra for each dipping sauce (none were included with the wings). She ordered the ranch for a buck. She also added an order of fries. While we were placing our orders, a table of 3 sat down. Our waitress now had a total of 4 tables. Shortly after she took our orders, she brought out food for 1 table. Table 2 already had their food. About 15 minutes after placing our order, the table that came in after us and placed their orders after ours, got their food. Our waitress came over seeing our questioning looks. She apologized and said that our food order somehow got lost and the kitchen just started cooking it 3 minutes ago. At this point, we were not given the option of leaving. We asked for 2 replacement sodas for 2 waters that were ordered. My husband and daughter both complained that the water tasted "off". Our waitress was accommodating and brought out sodas instead. She whispered that she wasn't going to charge us for them because of our order being messed up. Um, thank you.. Our food finally came out approx 20 minutes after the waitress informed us of the mix up. She apologized for our wait. During the time we waited the 2nd time around, we were never checked on. The food itself was ok. The burger was cooked correctly. The flavor was good. The French fries were cooked perfectly and tasted great. My daughter's wings were swimming in sauce....way too much sauce. She said they were cooked well and tasted good. My husband had the Buffalo chicken wrap and thoroughly enjoyed it and his French fries. We did not see our waitress again once she dropped off the bill a few minutes after we received our food. No check in, no drink refills. Since we had the cash, we decided to just leave as nobody was taking care of us. At this point it is our table and one other. The bar had patrons but the bartender was busy the whole time we were there playing with an infant. Since our waitress never came back, my husband walked over to the bar and stood there for a couple of minutes right next to the bartender. She continued to talk and play with the baby. Finally, she asked if he needed something. He proceeded to tell her that we were tired of waiting and wanted to pay our bill. As she took the bill and the cash, she asked if that was it, do you need any change back. When he said no and walked away she said ok and continued to play with the baby. Although the food was "ok", it sure wasn't worth waiting 45 minutes for. And the total lack of concern or customer service was unbelievable. Such a shame, you can bet we won't go back. read more

I go there almost weekly because the food is cheap and it's a tradition with my friends, but the service is usually terrible and the wings will make you sit on the toilet all night. Wing Warehouse in Norton has definitely gone down in quality and service. Servers are inattentive in a nearly empty restaurant. 2 of group party received their food and when they asked where the cole slaw was, they were told it's on the menu but they don't usually include it. When they said they wanted the slaw, the server came back saying they didn't make any today. The Wings and sauces have declined as well. After eating there on Fridays for years, we are looking for where else. read more

My first visit to this location. There for lunch visit with a friend, service was outstanding - never had to wait for a beverage refill. Wings were good plenty of flavors to choose from. Food is great but the lack of knowledge of how service animals work is fucked up... We go there often... Some new bar tender was working when we( my wife myself and my clearly marked Service Dog) who's been there everytime we are.. Yells to me from behind the bar.. "You cant bring your dog in here without his "papers"... Now not being new to the ADA laws I informed her that I do not need to show any papers whatsoever... She wanted to argue with me about this( which she was in the wrong for)...i was wounded in Iraq that's why I have my service dog... Anyways... I asked for the manager( who I talked to) and told her what happened.... Her response was " well if it was my restaurant I would have asked you to show papers or you'd be kicked out"... Shut the fuck up.... There are only 2 questions anyone can ask 1. Is he/she a service animal 2. What tasks does he/she preform? They cannot by federal law ask you to have the animal "preform" what its tasks are and they cannot ask for any "papers".... Even at that if they are marked with a vest that says in big bold black lettering SERVICE DOG DO NOT PET..... Common sense should be "hey he's marked so why would I need to ask anything"... And no he never barks in public places or is out of control.... He's on a leash and sits at the table not bothering anyone... I even called the WWH office and was told the GM would call me back( which they never did) GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER BECAUSE YOU JUST LOST GOOD CUSTOMERS....havnt been back there since.... Tonight my wife, her grandkids and myself went to this so called establishment. Our server was the only person taking care of the entire dining room area, So needless to say it started out bad. I eventually went looking for menus for all of us since we only got one, and 2 more silverware because we were short two. We place our order 2 orders of wings, 2 hotdogs with fries, and 1 Ham and Cheese melt with no mayo. Then proceed to wait between 45 minutes to an hour for our order.Our server did comp our drinks because of the wait, only to bring out my Ham and Cheese melt with Mayo on it. Not our servers fault but Damn really, I waited 45-60 minutes for a wrong order. Our server apologized for the Sandwich, offered a new one which I declined. I told her to just take it off the bill, The manager sent her back to our table to inform me " IF SHE WAS GOING TO REMOVE THE ORDER FROM OUR BILL WHICH TOOK 45-60 MINUTES TO GET AND WAS WRONG , SHE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE PLATE FROM THE TABLE." Really the manager NEVER came over to apologize or ask if there was anything he/she could do to right it, they sent the server back . In what ended up being an hour and a half visit I ate 1 celery stick and 3 French fries. I /we will never return and if anyone reads this I would suggest the same.
