I know this because my dad owned a similar place for 8 years. It took 6-8 minutes to cook fried mushrooms in 350 degrees grease (if you are not busy). Ranch was delicious! Our mushroom appetizer came out before our drinks did. Very quick!!! Owell!!! We're decent. 3. Wife ordered chicken Philly with a side salad. She said both were very good. Her Philly looked good and would be something that I would order next time. 4. I had 10 wings rolled in hot and a side of fries. Both were very good. 5. I took away a star because the floor was dirty around us. I watched those cleaning tables wipe the paper trash (straw wrappers and napkins) into the floor. No one bus-Ing the tables put any extra effort in making sure that the trash was picked up under the tables or floor. I saw several chicken bones on the floor. Kind of disgusting. 6. My waitress was good. I left here a 25% tip. She had food out to us, checked on us 3-4 times, and kept tea glasses full. 7. We had to flag her down multiple times for refills & box, she never once checked on us. Both times she walked away while we were in the middle of speaking to her. I've been coming here since before it was Wingbonz and back when it was the Wing King Cafe in Rock Hill. The wings are always good, I love their cheese fries so much and the raw fries as well. They've got some other great food like the rice bowls and appetizers like their fried pickles and chips with salsa. Sometimes the service can be super slow and I have had times where we've been waiting on our food for more than an hour when it was the weekend lunch time but not super busy at all. That's the only thing that's pretty frustrating. I just need to start off with Wing Bonz is like Waffle House. You don't come here for the service or the cleanliness (or lack thereof). You come just because the food is good. I've been coming here since before it was Wing Bonz. When it was still Wing King. There food is really good and it's pretty consistent. But the service it always absolutely terrible. You see one server to take your drink order, another brings the drinks, another takes food order and someone else brings it. You may see the first server once more to refill your drinks close to when you're done eating but that's about it. Also, do NOT come here if you're in a rush. Even if you order to go. The first thing I noticed at this location was that my feet were sticking to the floors throughout the entire restaurant. They stuck my wife and i in a corner in a room by ourselves. This is THE Rock Hill High School/College go to restaurant. It's a fun seat yourself food joint. It was originally called "Wing King" but had to be changed to "Wing Bonz" due to a competitive food chain, but every native to the city still calls it Wing King. The food is better than decent and everything is roughly $10 or less. I usually get the Chicken Finger basket plain with Cheese Fried (+ $0.65). You can roll your Wings and Fingers in many types of sauces. The service is average and the space is clean. This is a fun place to eat and hang out with large groups or just a couple of people. read more

I was really craving fried mushrooms today and since the Riverview Road location was closed today, I decided to give this location another shot. I got an order of fried mushrooms which were delicious, BUT They charged me six dollars for an order of mushrooms that was less than half the size of a four dollar order of mushrooms from the Wing King and they're just as good. I think they think a little too highly of their mushrooms to put a price like $6.00 on less than 20 mushrooms that's ridiculous. I ate here one time and the food was despicable at best. The wings were so overcooked that I was afraid I would break the crowns on my teeth trying to chew them. On top of them being over cooked, the taste was not very good. The floor was filthy and sticky and you know that violate sanitation laws so if there that slack about their sanitation where you sit and eat it makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like. OK for me it's two strikes you're out! I will not be going back to this location ever again.
