The drinks are very good, the bar is very clean. The steak on the other hand well, don't order it medium rare....it came out medium at best. They did offer to make a new one, but that is dangerous. They did subtract 50% off my bill. Thanks for that. Overall thou it's a fun place. read more

We went up to Wingers for lunch and was seated. I did notice we had to wait for a few because all the wait staff was congregated back by the cash register. We sat in the bar and our server came over and asked if we had questions. She chatted for a few then came back took our orders and brought water back for us and popcorn. We asked for more water and it never came and plenty of other servers went by and none of them helped either. Finally after about 15 minutes we finally got more water.No seconds on popcorn either. We got our food and had to ask for silverware, she said yes of course but took someone's else order before we got it. We had non finger foods we could not eat until then. What a bummer it was yesterday as far as service Good food. Service was minimal at best. There were not many customers in there either. Your servers seem to like chatting back at the counter by the popcorn machine more than working. read more

Me and my husband are new to town and decided to try this place out and have a few drinks only to be very disappointed. The chicken was very dry and had absolutely no flavor. The fries were average and the buffalo sauce was sweet. We had 2 drinks total on our bill and ended up paying over $100!!!! Definitely not worth the trip. You'll be better off eating McDonald's chicken nuggets. read more

OMG ABSOLUTE BEST WINGS AROUND! Our waitress was very quick and helpful with great suggestions. I love how they bring you popcorn to munch on while you wait for your food. Lots of TVs all around so my husband found the game he wanted. They had every game going on. Kids menu is tasty and we were also given a coupon for a free kids meal on our next visit. They have this best sampler. Must try! Definitely worth a visit or two. Oh and please have the asphalt desert. Delicious! read more

This was our second time eating here and I can say the food was good. Customer service was not great but it wasn't the worst! After we finished our food, three of the adults at our table ordered the same alcoholic drink. After tasting it we all came to a conclusion that the drink had been watered down. Before leaving we asked to see the bottle and sure enough it was empty! Trying to cheat customers and thinking that they can get away with it without any one noticing really says a-lot about there management! read more

I was in town for work and stopped in to get some dinner. Lucky for me it was a Wednesday...all-you-can-eat wings and sticky fingers for $13.99. They have seven different flavors to choose from. I ordered the sticky fingers and the initial order came with 4 pieces, steak fries and celery. I started with the original. This has a sweet and sour taste to it. Not bad. I then asked for the BBQ and received 2 pieces. A little too much sauce for me, but tasty. The next order was buffalo and it came with 3 pieces. This was your traditional buffalo with a hint of butter. Not bad. You can swap between sticky fingers and bone-in wings at your leisure. The steak fries are also free refills. The waitress was very nice and was constantly asking me for any refills of sticky fingers. That's good because you can get your money's worth for sure. It's the long breaks that make you full. I have eaten at a lot of different Wingers all with good food except for this one. The food tasted like it was soaked in water for hours before being served. The smothered chicken was about 1/4th the size as at other Wingers. And there was water on both my plate and my wife's plate. You could squeeze the water out of the chicken and the broccoli. The wait staff used to be not so great but it seems like they have gotten better over the past 6 months-a year. They've gotten some new items on the menu as well which are mostly good. Wings are almost never a let down, and quite a few other items on the menu are worth trying. It's always simple to order take out. I'm not saying it's the best but for a small town it's a clean, friendly, and good food place to eat. One thing that I hate about the food is the "cheese bread" they serve along with the Alfredo noodles. It's as if they fry shredded cheese, place the bread on top, and you have burnt cheese, on bread. This is such an amazing and delicious restaurant. I was in the area helping someone move and the realtor recommended this restaurant. The service was great, the food was excellent, and such a wonderful environment. Unfortunately, I will only get to enjoy this place when visiting and the closest to me is in Utah. I'm on the tail end of a 10,000 mile drive and Yelp hasn't let me down yet, so I was disappointed to see that Mtn. Home's highest rated restaurant was a fake Thai food joint. I was going to just go to Boise, but on a Sunday night, things were closing up, so I went to Winger's, figuring it would be better than fast food. When I arrived I saw a family of five waiting to be seated, and they appeared to have been there awhile. A hostess appeared a few minutes later to seat them, and then a manager came out and began to seat the people that came in after I did. I might not care under normal circumstances, but I was tired and I wanted to get back on the road, so I waved to him and let him know I needed a table for one. I don't think I was rude about it, but the other people acted like I was out of line and they were taking the moral high ground by letting me be seated ahead of them, even though I got there before them... Anyway... I was seated at a tall table in the middle of one of the dining rooms, even though there were lots of empty booths, and I sat there for the next several minutes, trying to find something on the menu that didn't look disgusting. They had like six different 'blackened' dishes. One or two, fine, but at some point you have to stop blackening everything. I eventually decided on a burger, but it didn't matter, because no one was around to take my order, even though the place wasn't busy at all. (It was Sunday night, remember.) When I did see a server, she acted like she didn't see me until I made an effort to catch her eye, at which point she muttered something about bringing me popcorn, then disappeared before I had a chance to tell her that I f---ing hate popcorn. Besides the fact that it's like eating styrofoam, what a cheap gimmick -- take the cheapest snack money can buy and give it out like its some kind of treat. I decided to just take the stupid popcorn and be gracious about it, but another few minutes passed, and I didn't even have a cup of water yet, much less popcorn. So I left, and went to Arby's, where there was a woman in camouflage overalls who kept scratching her crotch and a guy who looked like Kenny Rogers and wouldn't stop talking about Borat. read more

I've been here a couple times now and can say it's been a pleasant experience each time. Located back in by the hotels the entrance/street visibility isn't the best bit it's not hard to access, you just don't see it driving down the main road. This is one of the more upscale restaurants in the area, (not that it's Ritzy but you typically see people a little more dressed (jeans and nice shirts), than some of the local mom and pop joints where sweats are the norm) and has your standard family and friends sorta vibe and decor you could compare to like a chilis. My 4yr old enjoys the free popcorn and if you fill out a card, they send a coupon on your birthday which is pretty cool. The food each time has been good and service is excellent. The breakfast food was standard but it was decent and the variety and choice on the menu was amazing. The place is huge and clean. Basically provides any sort of food/entertainment/drink for the area. We actually had had a pretty decent dinner in town the night before, but this would have been a good choice to come for dinner as well as breakfast. So, let me start off by saying Mountain Home, ID is a small town so having a restaurant like Wingers is a blessing. It really is the most close "fine dining" we have. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The food is good but not great. Again, it beats driving 45 mins to Boise to get some sort of "fine dining". I enjoy eating at Wingers once in awhile when we don't want to have Jack In The Box, Wendys, Arbys, or McDonalds. read more

There's another similar sports bar wings chain, BW3's, and this place blows BW3's out of the water. Huge wings that taste good even without any sauce. If you're a fan of wings, that should be more than enough to give this place a try. With TVs all over the place, you can't find any better place to catch some game. Not only that but the manager also came out to talk to us to make sure we were happy. My food was great after that and service excellent. I've been to Wingers before and they generally have been pretty good. The 'Sticky Fingers' in Mtn Home were disgusting! They were 95% thick crusty batter and only about 5% chicken! If it had not been 'take out' I would've sent them back and ordered something different. Service was good but the bartender had the annoying habit of calling everyone 'Boss'. The food is decent but the service is terrible. We came in with a party of 10 and that swamped them. We ordered draft beers and the waitress went over and typed on a machine for several minutes. I had to call her back to the table to ask her what was going on. The bartender was busy running food while the other waitresses just stood around. When it came to the bill they left off several of our drinks, so that had to cost them around $100. I only go there because there are no other choices close to the hotels. Decided to try Wingers because I love wings! I'm not usually a big fan of chains but I'll say Wingers is pretty good! Our server (Kelsie) knew the menu backward and forward! She provided excellent recommendations, was concise, patient, and most of all courteous. We had the wing plate with naked dry rub seasoning. Wings were fresh, meaty, and cooked perfectly. I'll admit I was expecting skinny overcooked but that is NOT AT ALL what I got! Meal came with OK slaw and big fat fresh hot fries. Overall the meal was good and the service was excellent! This was our first time, having just moved to Idaho. I was a server for over 20 years and consider myself a "server snob" critiquing without saying anything. I'm also deaf and read lips. Our server Amy was outstanding! From the get go her attitude was joyful; here to serve US and happy to do so! I was able to see through her beautiful smile and "heard" everything. When we mentioned it was our first time at a Wingers, she went into full info mode, letting us know how things ran there.
