We happened upon this location after looking on Yelp for sports bars in the area so we could watch the game. We parked and we're a little bit confused as always the arena, however after a short walk inside it was easy enough to find the sports bar. We were warmly welcomed and offered a seat by one of the windows so we could look over a rink. We went over the menu and they had a good number of options, and a great drink menu as well. It can get a little bit cold in here as it's in the middle of a couple of ice hockey rinks, so you may want to bring a jacket or sweater to stay warm while you eat. They had a solid number of TV so if you're looking to watch a game it's an easy spot to be able to view it from any angle. We ordered our meals and things did take a little bit to come out, however it was very busy so it wasn't that surprising. When everything did come out it was as ordered and tasted good. I will say that the staff was really the difference maker here as they were friendly throughout the entire evening. Overall: A Definitely a fun spot to watch a game, while also being able to watch some fun hockey events from the highview over the rinks. I needed to stop in today to get a bite to eat between work and the Lightning game. I didn't feel like spending a fortune for the crap at the Amelie Arena nor did I feel like pulling into McDonalds or Dairy Queen, both of which are just up the road. So I stopped in for some wings at the Wing House. Food was what has to be expected at a restaurant like this but what actually got me to write this review was the service. I hoped that by eating at the bar, I would be able to get in and out faster. Unfortunately for me, Brittney was the bartender. I say unfortunately because she is extremely personable. She was a delight to speak with and has an infectious smile. I can see that I will have to find more excuses to stop in so that I can see more of it. Thank you Brittney for reminding me that some of my most senseless decisions can end up being fantastic experiences. I only missed the first 7 minutes of the game. Lightning won, 5-4 beating the stinking Pittsburgh Penguins. The night really could not have been better. read more

I am a huge fan of all things "buffalo". The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich that I order (with 'tater tot that were suggested by Brittany) was terrific and significantly better than other restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area. Follow that with the Buffalo Shrimp. Both were drenched in sauce which is exactly the way they should be. Since I was in alone on a busy Saturday night (UFC 200 was happening and the reason behind my visit) I sat at the bar. The place stayed packed all night, but my drink was never empty. Brittany, Paige, and Laura did an outstanding job of taking care of my needs, the drink needs of the wait staff, and the needs of the rest of the bar patrons. They were in constant motion but never failed to take a few seconds to engage with the people. They were extremely profession and personable at the same time. I do recommend showing up early if you plan on watching a sporting event as the place does fill up fast and people tend to hang out and watch the event. read more

My husband and I came in on Sunday night to watch the NBA Finals. We were seated immediately despite the restaurant being almost full. Our server's name was Maggie, and she was very sweet and attentive. (We even didn't have to ask for refills because she automatically brought them when our drinks were getting low!). The one downside was our food took around 30 minutes, but our server continued to check on, chat with, and update us on the food times-- which made the wait not feel as long. I had the buffalo chicken wrap with the Dallas sauce and curly fries and loved it. My husband had the House on Fire wings, which he thoroughly enjoyed as well (I will take his word on that, though. I'm more of a mild kinda gal). The atmosphere is great and we had a wonderful experience here. I recommend asking for Maggie! We will definitely be back. read more

Winghouse (Clearwater @ Gulf-to-Bay Blvd) - it's been a while since visiting the Tampa Bay Area & planning visit over upcoming holiday & weekend. Last time visiting Winghouse at above-location, 'we' (table) felt confused & insulted that server (named Zoe) *passed really really bad gas* as she was walking by our table as part of her server station (more than one member at our table could follow the obnoxious trail of Zoe's 'drive-by' ass-scent (for lack of a better way to describe the trail of fart smell accompanying her path for more than one pass-by it was horrendous.) So I came in for my 50th birthday lol I know I'm getting old lol but I'm on my way home and I just wanted to you folks the great experience I had at this location! Destiny was a doll and actually went out of her way without me or my husband telling her to sing to me which was really sweet! She was really on point and never had us waiting on anything! Brittney D (Bartender) made my visit delightful! She was friendly, attentive, efficient and had great teamwork with the other staff. I usually go to the WingHouse on 301 even though I live in Wesley Chapel because the staff at Wesley Chapel WingHouse were not very friendly. That all changed on Saturday night. I highly recommend Ker's Wing House in Wesley Chapel. The beer is always cold and the food good. It's not gourmet food but you're not paying gourmet prices. Love the wings and the fish sandwich. I must say, for some reason, I didn't like the cheese. Like there was a weird after taste, so I just pushed that to the side. My chicken pot pie was good. I ate some and took it home for leftovers. The crust was tasty too. This made me miss Boston Market honestly. I loved their chicken pot pie. This was a good rendition. My husband had his chicken with mushrooms, carrots and rice. He said it was ok. Our service was great. Super helpful and nice.
