The queso came out cold with our chips. The place was busy. We were at hospice all day and wanted a quick dinner. We made a complaint about our chips. Our server was very nice and he was really upstanding. Our dinner was hot . And we are very happy. Thank you so much for being such a upstanding place. Ambiance was busy and loud. Soccer does that to ya !!!!

Best Ale House I've been to in a long time. The service and atmosphere was top tier for March Madness and Spring break going on! Definitely recommend coming here if you're visiting Tampa.

My family and I have been to many Miller's Ale House restaurants. I haven't been to this location in over a few years now. So, my husband and I decided to take our family out to dinner, here. My other grandkids live in Tampa, so they dine here quite a bit. We sat and ate on the patio. It's close to the outside bar. It's still cool out here and many fans and tvs. We ordered finger foods and entrees for out family. The kids ordered shrimp, burgers and fries off is the kids meals. We also ordered adult beverages for the adults and soft drinks. We also had appetizers, as well. The bill was over $200, but it was worth every dollar. We will definitely be back, soon. :-)

Food: the blackened chicken blt was oversalted. The cheese wasn't that fresh. Mash potatoes side came cold, asked for gingerale and server brought something instead (like a bad soda w a mixer idk) of telling us she didn't have that. Server was busy yes but i am also a server and u can try and talk w tables. she didn't even introduce herself, came asking how was everything 10minutes after. I had to get up and ask the bartender.

Pros: Clean restaurant with many TVs to watch sporting events The wings were big and cooked crispy which I like. Korean BBQ - 8.5/10 Caribbean Jerk - 7/10 Cons The Jerk Wings had a subdued taste. I couldn't really get the spices/flavor compared to other places. The customer service was mediocre. It took 30 minutes to get my food and the server didn't check on me much. The worst thing. They sell wings in 6 ,12 or larger amounts. Usually most places allow you to mix and match flavors when it is at least 10 wings. I ordered 12 wings and asked for 2 flavors-Jerk and KBBQ. She said that the y can't do that and that I could only get 1 flavor. So I was forced to get two different order of 6 wings for $24 instead of $18 in order to try 2 different flavors. Lame. Even with that the Jerk Wings were not that different from the KBBQ flavor. The KBBQ was good, but I think even Wingstop has a spicier flavor profile. That takes it down from. 4 to 3 Star. Maybe their other entrees are better ,but I don't really recommend it solely for wings.

I loved how the restaurant looked on the inside. It reminded me of a bar due to the sheer amount of TV's, which were mostly showing sports, plastered all over the walls. It's definitely a more of a relaxed establishment, not a fine dining area. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. She gave us our drinks and utensils in a timely manner. It was a bit of a long wait for the rest of our food to come, however. We waited at least 15-20 minutes for our main course to come out. When it did, it was rather mediocre. My burger was VERY bland, so we're the fried shrimp. The garlic bread that came with my mom's Big Easy was like a rock. My mom made a nasty face at the pasta itself because of how plain it was. My dad had the Honey Bourbon Honey and Shrimp with Lime and Mash. His was more flavorful. I enjoyed the two appetizers we ordered; the calamari and the mozzarella sticks. The mozz sticks were nicely seasoned, and I loved the sauce, 5/5. The calamari could've been seasoned better, but was still good, 3.5/5. All in all, not that good. I was expecting much more flavor than what we got. I walked in expecting an explosion of flavor in my mouth, and walked out with disappointment. This is a low 3 stars.

The food was great and the food was fresh. Our server was attentive and made the experience worth while. As far as the ambiance it was ok.

It had been a while since we had been to Miller's Ale House. We find it a good place with a variety of options and plenty of TVs to watch sporting events as well. We started with the giant pretzel and hard a hard time deciding which dipping sauce we liked better - the cheese or mustard. Our vote was actually mixing the two together! For dinner, my husband, daughter, and her friend all enjoyed Mimi's Fiesta bowl featuring chicken and shrimp. All three of them enjoyed their choice. I went with the salmon special with shrimp. The fish was prepared perfectly with great flavor along with the shrimp. Our server was friendly and engaging.

I stopped in for lunch with a peer. We were quickly greeted and shown to a table. The restaurant is newly built. We placed our order and the food came out quickly. I couldn't resist the cobb salad. It was as good as it looked on the menu illustration. All in all it was a very good lunch.

The courtyard is beautiful, and the live music really added to the atmosphere--a solo musician playing oldies that our whole group enjoyed. The restaurant serves beer and wine only, and the menu had so many appealing options that narrowing down a choice was genuinely difficult. They dropped off a pitcher of ice water for the table right away, which was appreciated, though the ice melted quickly. My iced tea also arrived with very little ice. Not really a complaint, just something I noticed. The deviled eggs arrived with a fun DIY presentation that felt a little kitschy but looked fantastic. I didn't try them myself, but the plate was completely cleaned by the table within minutes. The lobster bisque was creamy and flavorful, though I wish it had been served hotter. Service was friendly and hospitable throughout the evening, but the timing of the food was a little inconsistent. My side Caesar salad arrived before the appetizers, which meant I was eating well before the rest of the table. The wedge salad was an interesting take, served with bacon jam on the side, though it felt lightly dressed compared to the Caesar, which was absolutely loaded with dressing. Delicious, but definitely rich. I ordered the Nashville hot tenders and found them just okay, but honestly, everyone else's food looked great and there were a lot of dishes I'd be interested in trying on a return visit. Overall, the atmosphere, live music, spacious setting, and friendly service made for a very enjoyable evening. A few execution and timing issues kept it from being a perfect experience, but I'd absolutely come back to explore more of the menu.

A bartender greeted me and gave me water. For my drink, I took the chocolate old fashioned (13 dollars). It was strong enough and chocolatly to enjoy. For my main plate, I chose the chicken wings (10 for 17 dollars), half fat rabbit sauce (quite garlicky) and other half siracha. While the wings were not breaded, they were still fried. It was definitely crispy, but still meaty and tender. The sauces were flavorful, and the siracha had the right amount of heat. The ranch dressing was homemade and so good, I ended up drinking it. There could have been more celery, but it was fresh and crispy. They only had one dessert, and unfortunately it wasn't homemade, so I passed. My bartender was friendly, but busy. She had a helper, but lots of patrons to serve. Yet, she was still very nice and helpful when needed. The vibe is social and casual. I would have thought they would have more USF students, but mostly locals who are enjoying a good atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available as well, and it looks like you can bring your pooch too. Parking here is easy as it is located in the Publix complex. There is also a Don Julio's and Bundt Cakes nearby for dessert too. The Fat Rabbit pub provides great casual bar food in a social atmosphere. The indoor dining is large enough to feel comfortable, and outdoor seating is also there if you want to enjoy with your dog. The veal was incredibly tender, and the gravy was packed with flavor. It was a satisfying entrée that came with two sides. For my sides, I chose the pierogies and spätzle. The pierogies were honestly my favorite part of the meal. They were fluffy, cheesy, and generously filled. So delicious. I could have eaten a whole plate of just those. The spätzle was soft and well prepared, but compared to everything else, I found it a little boring. The restaurant itself is very cute and has a lot of character. I had such high hopes for this place. :( The selection is very limited and perhaps I missed something (entirely possible), but I did not see a price list for the deli case. We were flooded with nostalgia and left in hopes of dining in on a less-busy day. I ordered two meats, including the German bologna. During the drive home, my family and I noticed a terrible odor-- the kind where we started pointing fingers at one another. We never suspected that the package from the deli was the source. When we opened it at home, a nauseatingly funky, ammonia-type smell came from the German bologna. While the liverwurst smelled okay, I could not trust it after the bologna and decided against keeping it. Wasted time and money. Dang! The staff is super nice and that was truly a plus.
