They've elevated their menu to non typical entrees such as a chicken picatta with gnocchi and boneless ribs. They have weekly featured specials. My favorite is the pork schnitzel with dill cucumber salad, red German cabbage, and perogis. Their Sunday brunch buffet has your usual suspects such as eggs, waffles, breakfast meats. However, they often offer specialties such as brisket, sushi and seafood broils. Service is also excellent, staffed with friendly and attentive servers and management. Tina is constantly walking around conversing with regulars along side the servers. There's a camaraderie and team effort between the servers. The food quality is consistently disappointing. As a member, it is concerning that there is roughly a 50% chance orders are prepared correctly. In particular, there appears to be a recurring issue with properly cooking chicken, as I have experienced multiple instances where it has been undercooked, which raises serious food safety concerns. While the menu options are limited and not especially appealing, it remains the most convenient choice available on-site, which is why I continue to dine there. However, the overall experience falls well below expectations and requires immediate improvement. read more

Three siblings, we had dinner at Mulligans in Plantation Palms tonight. My sister and I shared the Saturday Sampler, and our brother ordered the Boxty Balls. The Boxty Balls were so light and very tasty. We all shared both dishes and still had some of the sampler left over. Trinity was our server and she was delightful. She was very patient while we tried to figure out our drinks and appetizers. Our brother ordered the Buffalo Salmon which was cooked perfectly. The blue cheese risotto was a pleasant surprise. Our bro is visiting from South Carolina and I am so happy we were able to treat him to a delicious dinner. Trinity is a keeper. I enjoy great customer service and she provided it. read more

This was our second choice for dinner. Our first option was backed up with food orders and momma wanted some wings. So I searched and found this place. Didn't have it was located on a golf course. Plenty of parking. They seated us quickly. We opted for outside seating which was nice actually. Overlooking the gold course and the back patio is quite large. Eventually greeted by our server. My hubs ordered a Mountain Dew but the server returned to the table shortly after ordering to advise that the soda machine wasn't working properly. He did offer a beer on the house but he declined. For food I obviously ordered the wings, buffalo with ranch. Hubs ordered the burger with onion rings and we had a to go order for my daughter of a chicken salad and fries. They brought all the food out together, even the to go one. This had my feathers ruffled a bit because the fries obviously got cold and I wasn't sure about the salad given we were dining in, so the food sat. My wings were good. Hubs burger was just ok and the onion rings were just all breading. Obviously frozen and fried. Bleh Not really checked on so we needed more napkins due to the messy food we were eating but no server in sight. Tonight was fish fry and the grouper was delicious. 3 of us got the fish and fries. It had a light batter. Coleslaw was good but I would have liked a larger serving. The fourth member of our party got shepherd pie. He liked it but said it was different. He was used to a pie crust on top, but said he would order again. Service was good.They were very busy and the waitress told us up front that the kitchen was backed up. I was there 2 weeks ago for a gathering outside. There were at least 12 of us. Some came and some left. Most food ordered was appetizers and drinks. The Brussel sprouts appetizer was interesting and looked good. I did not try it as I had a lot of fries to eat. We were looking for a wing and burger place since the one we oiginally chose had a 45 minuite wait. Found Mulligan's online and decided to try it out. We didn't realize it was in the clubhouse of a golf course, but it was setup like a bar and restuarant. Parking is ample and the employees are quick to provide service. We were seated quickly and ou server took our orders quickly. I ended up with the Juicy Lucy, which is a nurger topped with a fried egg. The burger patty was good, but the onion rings were very bland, even with the provided sauce. On the day we went, the fountain machine was also down, so I couldn't get a carbonated beveragte. The server did offer a complimentary beer, which I declined. Overall, the food was ok and servce was dccent. I've definitely had better, but this would probably be a great place to hit up form some suds and grub after a long day in the sun golfing. read more

Staff & Management did a great job in anticipating the increased St Patrick's day demand and expanded their service area by opening up the patio with a view of the golf course, opening the ballroom next door, and opening seating with tables and a band on the outside sidewalk by the golf course so everyone had a place to sit despite the place being much busier than normal. Patrons can get a great view of the golf course from the outdoor patio or the window seats inside the restaurant. The restaurant ambiance has a nice Irish and country club feel with a lot of dark wood, dark walls, and dim lighting. We got the Irish Buffet for $17.99 which included Shepherds Pie, Bangers & Mash, Corned Beef & Cabbage, Carrots, and Butter Rolls. The Shephards Pie came with mashed potatoes ground beef, cheese, and pickled carrots. I am more accustomed to getting the Shephards pie withiut the pickled carrots and I was not a fan of them as they tasted a bit funny and off. I ended up picking them out so I could finish it. 7/10 The Bangers & Mash came with sausages, mashed potatoes, onion gravy, and green peas. The Bangers and mash was the star of the show and my favorite dish of the evening. 9/10 The corned beef came with steamed cabbage, carrots, and butter rolls. I skipped the steam veggies and just had the corned beef with horse radish and mustard. The corned beef came out a bit dry and chewy and was not soft or succulent. It wasn't horrible but definitely not as good as my Dad makes at home. 6/10 The live band played a mix of Irish favorites and old 70s rock hits that a lot of people were able to sing along to. With the buffet, we didn't have to worry about a long wait from the kitchen and could just go ourselves as needed. There was a sign on the outside tables that those tables would not be getting service and patrons must come up to the bar to get their own drinks. As expected the cash bar was quick and the ladies were kind and courteous. The line for the non-cash bar was a bit longer and not worth the wait. Went for the Sunday brunch buffet and WOW! Such a good deal and unlike any brunch I've had before. The chef keeps the staple breakfast items the same each week but changes up the lunch items. Breakfast was great but for me the star of the show was the pork souvlaki! I never order pork but figured I'd give it a try and so glad I did! This place is connected to where my relatives live and we go here sometimes after church. The food is pretty good, but kind of expensive. Very disappointing. I ordered the grouper sandwich. There was hardly any fish in the sandwich. The server told me that the pieces comes pre-packaged and are between 6 and 8 ounces. This was much smaller. I wasted $19.99 on it. My husband had the fish and chips. The batter on his fish was way too crispy. Great place to stop in after a round of golf. Service is always fast and the bartenders are nice. The food really is good. Not just bar food good, but restaurant quality good. Some of the best fried chicken wings around. I had to grouper recently and I was pleasantly surprised. A nice quality cut of fish. They have TVs all over the place so you can catch the game or catch up on scores. A great place to stop in and grab a beer and catch up with some friends or sit down and have a quality meal. As much as I like this place for golf and a cold beer, the food is unfortunately the worst part. The service was very decent, and I enjoy the location and being able to watch the folks on the 9th and 18th hole. However, the food is lackluster, and in my opinion, overpriced. $61 for a simple lunch for 3 adults, one kid's meal, no alcohol, and 3 waters is bit much. I expect a darn good meal. I had the steak chimichurri wrap which was inedible. They use some bottled chimichurri, not real chimichurri, and it tastes awful. It has a really weird aftertaste, almost fishy, as weird as that sounds. Why is that even on the menu?? This is a simple pub. If you can't provide real, freshly made chimichurri just offer a Philly cheesesteak wrap instead. A lot of weird menu items. Too much complexity for a little golf course pub. If you can't make it with fresh ingredients and make it taste great, simplify the menu. Also, the ranch they use sucks and has for years. Make your own ranch or buy a different ranch that tastes better. Believe it or not, something so simple matters a lot to patrons. This was our second time here. Amber, Server on her second day on the job was awesome! The pig men rooting on the Steelers need to watch from home. Big babies. Manager offered to hush them, but they left after Steelers lost, and we were ok anyway. Remind me not to come when Steelers are playing! This is a pretty good Irish Bar in a golf course neighborhood...(Clubhouse). They have regular entertainment which brings the people in, but if service is your thing... turn around and go to Danny's you will have much better luck there. I have been here several times and they always seem to be under staffed. The bar is the only place the service is good. As for the food, I would rate it just above average for bar food. We have been going to the Mulligan's at Pebble Creek for years, so we expected the food to be good, and it was. We went on Sunday after church. Hardly anyone there when we arrived. It started getting busier (opening day game for the Rays was coming on). They were offering Brunch, but we had already had breakfast and wanted menus. Everything took so long---getting the food, getting the check, getting the check back to sign. I went to the ladies room after my husband gave his debit card to the waitress. Had to try three dispensers before I found one with soap in it. Came back to the table expecting him to be ready to leave, and waitress hadn't returned. When she finally did, we were told she had to have a manager approve the coupon we had. We will try the place again, but anyone going on Sunday before 2:00 might be better off getting brunch if you're in a hurry. read more

I just moved to this community a month ago. I was really excited about the golf club opening up and the golf course opening up. Tonight I went to have some dinner at Mulligans. They just opened less that a week ago. The service and staff were absolutely awesome!!! We walked in and we were waited on immediately with a good crowd there. The food was very fresh and tasted great. The atmosphere and golf course views were great!!! It's great to have such a great restaurant and full bar without having to leave our community. There seems to be a certain waitress, who is probably juiced in, that takes her time and pays you no mind!
