Luckily, Pat's Wings on Wheels didn't so I gave them a try. While they only had 13 reviews when I checked, they had a 4.5 average. Their menu is pretty small as they focus on their wings. They have 10 or so flavors and you can either get a combo meal with six wings and fries, 10 wings and fries, or 15 wings and fries. For a $2 surcharge, you can substitute sweet potato fries. Other than that, they have hushpuppies, a chicken tenders and fries combo, and that's about it. We went with the Asian glaze 10-piece combo. The wings had a little kick to them but I wouldn't consider them spicy. We got a decent portion of fries, a little less than you would expect from a food truck, and they were unremarkable. Not bad but nothing to write home about either. But hey, it's the wings we care about. The wings were large which was a plus in my book and they were pretty crispy. They were good but I wasn't blown away here either. I'd say they're a little better than average when comparing them to other wing spots I've been to. Next time around, I want to try their lemon pepper of BBQ wings.
