This is one of our favorite restaurants in Bedford. The Buffalo chicken nachos and the garlic Parmesan fries are our regular choices...we rarely eat there without ordering those two items! But we've tried just about everything on the menu. They have plenty of options if chicken isn't your thing. We really love their salads too! The servers are always wonderful and the atmosphere is comfortable. Avoid the busy times for the best experience. read more

It's simple the manager was simple minded and petty regarding our food not being completely cooked. It was equivalent to negotiating foreign policy when all she had to do was apologize return the food and complete the process. I get greeted with a smile and quick service every time I stop at this location. I have noticed in the last couple years lack of cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. The tables are clean so that's a plus. Every time I come, I get the same thing. I get the boneless wings. They are very filling. Wings were great! Went here after a day at the lake and servers were kind. Bathrooms were clean when one of my grandbabies had to crap.

I've been to this restaurant many, many times in the past 3 years and typically sit at the bar. Today I come in and sit at the bar (no hostess in sight) and once I sit down a hostess comes up to me and asks if I'm eating, I state yes. She then told me I need to come back to the hostess stand and get a menu and silverware. REALLY, you can't bring it to me. I've been handed a menu and silverware from the bartenders every other time I've been here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant to eat/drink again. I love the food. But now I see why the restaurant has a 2.7 rating. read more

Probably the most overpriced wings I've had, and some of the least impressive. They don't even toss in the sauce like normal wings. It's like they just take some bottle and pour it on. Prices are high on other food for what it is. It's the definition of mid. If prices were lower it would be ok but priced the way things are you expect something better. read more

I have been here multiple times due to the lack of options in Bedford. If this restaurant were in a town with multiple options, I would never choose to dine here again, which makes reviewing it somewhat challenging. The service is usually fine. Never out of this world. The inside is what is expected of a wings place. Spacious with multiple TVs. The food.... Is not good. Mediocre at best. Queso could have been purchased from Walmart across the parking lot, and the grilled wings were tough on my jaw. So I guess I would say... not a bad option for food in Bedford, but it would not be my first choice in any other situation. read more

The new Southern Fried Wings are awesome! The wrap is the best wrap I've ever had! We eat there about once a week!

Not as good as it used to be! Boneless wings are always over done & dry! The beer is good ( can't go wrong there) , that's it lol.

The two hostesses at the front area were horrible and did not know the meaning of customer service. . We requested a booth and we're told one was not available. There was clearly a booth available with no one sitting at it. I asked for the open booth and was told it was not available. And they didn't know when it would be. I said we would wait. The older woman smirked behind our back but we saw her. After waiting a good while I went up again and asked the younger woman what were we waiting on. She said she was waiting on someone to clean the table ( which apparently only needed wiped off). I stood there and watched her walk the long way around to wipe the table. Then she came back, threw the rag down and hatefully said follow me with a frown. She went to the table and threw the menus down turned her back and walked away without another word. I got the haddock basket and fries. It was extremely greasy but I drained it and the fries on napkins and it tasted good. Boyfriend said wings were a 4 on scale of 1-10. Ambience is passable. Waitress ok but MIA after our food was brought. Get some new hostesses who know customer service and we may return. read more

I'm really sad that I've had two bad experiences here when my first experience was so good. After going to French Lick, this was the restaurant that my boyfriend and his grandma picked. My boyfriend started off with their special mojito. That was his first mistake. He said it didn't taste like there was any club soda in the drink. It was thick and viscous. I'm guessing there was a ton of Simple Syrup in the drink. When he ordered his wings, he ordered then10 piece boneless wings, half with garlic parm and the half with lemon pepper sauce. He specifically stated that he wanted the lemon pepper SAUCE with their housemade hot sauce and then reiterate that he does not want dry rub. What he got was lemon pepper dry rub with hot sauce on top of it, which made no sense. His grandma is an easy customer; the only thing she gets anywhere is mild buffulo wings, which is hard to mess up. My boyfriend ate the five garlic parm wings, but left the other five wings. He told the waitress that it was not edible, and he also told her the drink was gross. Sad day. Kinda sucks that there aren't any good chicken wing restaurants around the Btown area. Buffalo Wild Wings had a Hepatitis A outbreak; Buffa Louie's has consistantly cold wings; it seems like Wings Xtreme is the best bet for good wings in this area. read more

I don't know who trained the hostesses that work here, but about five times now I've walked in and have been greeted with nothing but poor attitudes, rude responses and honestly if you hate your job that much I'm sure BOH would love to have you because FOH is not the place for you. Everyone else, servers and bartenders are wonderful. I don't understand why the hostesses at this particular restaurant treat customers with so much disdain. Over all this is a good place. Good food, good service, and a clean restaurant to eat in. Today, well not so much on the good service. I'm still giving 4 stars due to the regularity of the positives I typically experience. Today my wife and I arrived and quickly seated ourselves in the bar area due to the family Sunday crowd. Once we were seated it took 10 minutes for us to get our drink order taken. Now, this is out of the ordinary but I'm writing about today not the past. Once that was taken it took another 5 minutes to get the drinks. Our waitress took our tables order then went straight outside to take the order of those people as well. One would think they would've had more people working on Sunday afternoon. I also know there is a shortage of those wanting to work. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with a side of Mayo. The burger was hot and juicy. A bit under seasoned but still not a bad burger. The fries however we very cold. Again, this is not the typical day for this establishment. I still give this place 4 stars because of the past successes I've had here. However, if service isn't better next time I'll revamp my rating. read more

Ordered take out. Got Korean wings, Lemon Pepper dry rub wings, and Garlic Parmesian wings. The Korean sauce was very good, the garlic parmesian sauce was okay, and dry rub was just shit. The wings themselves; however, dry. It took my boyfriend and I a million bites just to be able to swallow it. We also had a side of their parmesian fries. Those were eh. Taste was decent, but the fries were soggy and it overall wasn't a good mix. If you take the best wing out of the ten piece, it's still a very mediocre wing. Their blueberry lemonade was fantastic though! That's about it. Service was decent as far as I know. Our order didn't take long to be ready for pickup. read more

People are coming in looking around and leaving after hearing how long it will be. This is our 4th or 5th time here and it hasn't gotten better. We tried this once and don't plan to be back. The wings were flavorful but also had an aftertaste of old oil. The ranch dressing was fine and the fries were good. The blue cheese dressing was very fake and tasted of pure mayo and some odd seasoning. Blue cheese dressing is so easy to make: 1 block of blue cheese, 1C sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo, 3-4 sliced green onions, a squeeze of 1/2 a lemon, and salt and pepper to taste. Done. If restaurants would make more things in-house instead of buying pre-fab tubs of garbage, it would make a world of difference. It did here. read more

Food was good. Atmosphere and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Our server was adequate, but let all our dirty dishes accumulate, and the store wasn't busy. Of course, that probably means that the dishes weren't needed, so management was ok with them accumulating. Sitting at a sticky table surrounded by dirty plates wasn't a pleasant experience, nonetheless. When we sat down I reached for napkins, and the box was completely empty. I set it on the edge of the table, but had to still call the server's attention to it and ask for napkins. They were happy to oblige my request, but being observant of guests' needs and meeting them without being asked would go a long way to getting higher ratings. read more

When I walk in the lady at the front was casually talking to a friend for over 5 minutes and never acknowledged me once. I waited waited waited and she just looks at me. I have a short lunch break so I was so irritated that I left my food I ordered and walked out. A simple acknowledgment that I was there, or stop talking to your friend to check me out would have sufficed. Very disappointed in the poor customer service, or complete lack of. read more

We ate here twice about 2 weeks ago. Food was hot & good. I had the boneless wings. Sweet Thai Chili flavor was SPICY, but I really like it. Peach habanero flavor was not very spicy. Sweet BBQ flavor was ok. I didn't like that the servers would ask if I wanted celery with ranch but when the food came out they didn't bring the celery. Sat ourselves in the corner. Overall, food was okay, but nothing to brag about. However, the coleslaw, is an entirely different story. Hubby asked to substitute it to start with, while ordering, and was told no. He will eat coleslaw, but after I tried it, I had to agree, that was the nastiest slaw I've ever tasted.
