After checking yelp, google, AND their posted hours on the front doors, and all of them said 11pm, we sat at the bar and were ignored until a lady came over to tell us 'We close at 10.' We were surprised and politely mentioned that the doors still say 11 that's why we came in, her response was " I know. We have winter hours now." We said, "oh ok, it's posted three different places just so you're aware." Her response was "Yeah.. I know. We haven't changed any of them over yet. I know." Not the most polite decline of service we've ever received and honestly can't wait to move out of Bedford because this place is the only semi-nice place to eat in this town that was open later and not filled with smoke. read more

Our fav place to eat while in Bedford. Always set in the bar area so can't say much about the family dining area. Love the bar atmosphere and food is always great. Beer specials are ongoing everyday. I've been going here for 10 years spending $200/mo at least each month. Over time it's gotten to be a dirty place with the expectation that "help is hard to find, so just deal with it." I get it, help is hard to find, but considering a burger and fries is more expensive than a 6oz sirloin, side and salad at most any steakhouse, I expect at least to have a clean table and not to be able to wipe a slimy film out of my (plastic) glass. I also expect to be able to ask for a clean glass (a glass one) without some smart comments. I get it - no one wants to wash dishes. I get it - "all of our cups are like that." I get it - if I don't like it I can eat elsewhere or at home. if I hear by word of mouth there is a customer focus revolution at some point in the future, I'll give it another shot. Otherwise, enjoying being the only game in town while it lasts. Fortunately, I can still drive elsewhere and won't be back. read more

Because of job I get to frequent restaurants all over the US. This is a good place to get wings and a beer while watching some sports. Food was good, service was awesome and friendly. The boneless wings are bigger than most wing places. If I was in the area again I would definitely return. We were traveling through the area and stopped in here for lunch after going to the Bluespring Caverns (which was also very cool). We were really impressed with this place. Being big sports fan, and my husband being a fan of any and all hot sauces...we typically really like BDubs. We both agreed that this place is better. The food was tasty, nice beverage list, the service was excellent and fast, and the atmosphere was very sports oriented - which we loved. Cleanly, and cool looking decor. When we got our food (husband had a cheeseburger that he said wasn't very flavorful and his fries were cool and greasy) I had a salad with limp, sort of dried out looking lettuce. Just to be upfront, I'm not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, it's just too loud and too many TV's, I get what they want to be and they do it well; but at the cost of a rowdy atmosphere and okay food. I was pleasantly surprised the Buffalo Wings and Rings, which still having pretty much 360 degree sports viewing along the outer walls, was much more subdued. All that said, the wings were very good, I was a little overwhelmed at the choices at first, but my son and I split 25 wings three ways (they allow you to break up flavors by fives) and everything we tried was good. My wife and daughter were weird and got salads and both were very happy with their salads. The service was good if not great, and we will definitely stop here again. read more

After receiving the worst treatment ever by the manager of a restaurant upon requesting a different entree when I found the first entree unsatisfactory, I decided to share my concern with the corporate office. I guess I should not have been surprised that neither Carrie, who handles their customer relations, nor their CEO, Roger David failed to respond to my voice mails requesting they call me concerning the experience. I left messages for Carrie on at least four occasions before attempting to contact their CEO. Neither have given me the courtesy of returning my call. So much for customer service. At first I thought this was an isolated incident that if raised to their attention would be addressed. We started dinner with the nachos and they were awful. The chicken just tasted like it had a lot of Frank's Hot Sauce poured over it and it was stone cold. The nachos and a small amount of cheese underneath was warm but it didn't help the chicken. My friend had a burger and it was just ok, I had wings and they were ok, but their sauces aren't very good. I tried 4 before I found one that was good, and for heat all of the sauces just taste like good old Frank's Hot Sauce. The service was ok. Over all the dinner was disappointing and not cheap. Always very good food! We were there with our family on Sat. night and our waitress was fair but she over charged my daughter by 31.00 and some change. She didn't realize it until she checked her bank balance on Sunday. She called the business and they made it right for her and offered a $20.00 gift card for her inconvenience. This is one of the better places to eat in Bedford. We have been eating here since it opened, and go often. The manager is always checking to see if your dining experience has been a good one, and we appreciate that! My family and I have our favorites on the menu and usually stick with those items. The buffalo chicken nachos, the garlic aioli fries, soft pretzels w/beer cheese, and boneless wings (garlic parmesan is my personal favorite) are all good choices. Buffalo Wings and Rings in Bedford is one of my top favorite restaurants! I have tried other menu items from time to time, but I always go back to the boneless, buffalo, hot wings. Wings paired with the potato pile-on appetizer, makes for a perfect Saturday night meal! My only request would be to put Angry Orchard hard cider back on tap. While I am grateful that they still serve it in a bottle, cider fresh out of the tap just can't be beat! read more
