Family hyped this restaurant up, but it was just ok for us. To start with, the plates & utensils didn't look that clean. The sodas just tasted like carbonated water. Not much flavor other than carbonation. We had to ask several times for ketchup and had to eventually get it ourselves. Kids burger was very dry and over cooked. My salad was good. Just not worth the price. The staff was friendly. And maybe we came at a busy time. Or maybe it was the extremely loud atmosphere and they couldn't hear our request but it's just not somewhere I'm dying to come back to. read more

We had a great experience at wings and rings today as we came here for my birthday lunch because I had been craving chicken wings, specifically Buffalo wings since last week. I was so glad that I decided on this restaurant. During lunch there weren't a ton of people in the restaurant luckily but the food was great. It hit the spot. Laura, our server took the time to socialize with us and get to know us and we learned a little bit about the spot that she had been working there for 18 years and overall honestly, the food was 10 out of 10. We ordered a set of 10 boneless wings and 10 traditional wings with the potato wedges and a couple drinks. The service was fast. The place was clean and we have an overall really great experience. Service was not friendly felt rushed to order and took a while to get our drinks and starters. Wings came out dry over cooked and cold... no sauce. Mozzarella sticks came cold. French Fries over cooked and cold. We been coming here for a long time so I dont know if the cook was having a bad day but not good. Met my aunt here for dinner tonight. This is sort of our "spot" and we have "our booth" and they know us--well, they know HER really well. LOL! Tonight I decided to try their strawberry lemonade and it was pretty good! I wasn't super hungry, but definitely wasn't in the mood for wings. They've expanded their menu quite a bit over the years. I looked at their salads and the Harvest Salad looked good to me. Wow! This salad is delicious! The greens were fresh and crisp, the diced grilled chicken was tender and juicy, and the addition of the candied pecans, dried cranberries, fresh apples and Bleu cheese crumbles sold it for me. The raspberry walnut vinaigrette was served on the side, which I appreciated because I didn't use all of it. It was busy in the bar when we arrived but we were the only ones in the main dining area for a bit. They had the ALCS game on while we were there. I appreciated the game and the screens, but we both felt the volume on the TVs was a little too loud. At times it felt like we were shouting so the other person could hear. I get food from here about once a month. It's usually pretty good, but last night it was terrible. The onion rings were small, broken pieces of onion rings that were burned on the outside and undercooked on the inside. One order of wings tasted okay, but was mislabeled. The other order was garbage-quality chicken, stringy and full of gristle. A total waste of money. read more

Our server was not so good. The people coming out to give us our food repeatedly kept bringing out the same plates when we had only one order. Also I got up to use the restroom and my food was gone, at the end of our order ready to go some of our receipts had the wrong orders. Yes as a big party you can get a mix up but i'm sure they are trained for things like this considering we were the only BIG PARTY, and it wasn't at all packed today. The bartender was not friendly or attentive. She wasn't rude, but made us feel uncomfortable (almost annoyed that she had to serve us). The restaurant wasn't even busy (so no excuse that she had too much to do). We go out a lot and really didn't like this vibe. Usually (the places we like the most) bartenders are cool, friendly, smile, etc, but not here. I will say the food was really good. We all liked it. The bartenders just really killed our fun night. When you have employees working with customers, they should at least pretend they are happy, want to serve you, etc. it's crazy to me too because they work for tips. Let me tell you a story. So we walked in family of 5, my 3 year old was throwing a tantrum. So we left. HAD to pay for our untouched sodas, $17. I calmed him down and we decided to go back in. Our new server was something else. I've never had a server like him. I asked for drinks and he said he could give us our original drinks at no charge. He was full of life and made us all smile and laugh as sit there in awe of his bubbly joyful personality. Every encounter was appreciated. Best part of our Friday night dinner was definitely our server. Sorry we didn't catch his name but if you meet him, you'll know who I'm talking about. 10/10 for service. Oh boy, this place leaves a lot to be desired. Terrible food and terrible service. But most concerning is the off the clock (I hope) employees that are drunk and going to the bathroom every five minutes (make of that what you will) hanging out at the bar and slurring their words and making the patrons feel uncomfortable. No bueno. Zero desire to go back. Gave two stars because the bartender was friendly-ish, but that's about it. This same parking lot has Monaco's and Tio's which are both much better options. Try the SOUTHERN FRIED WINGS!! If you're craving super crispy wings, you gotta try them HOWEVER they don't toss them in the sauce so it's not traditional style but man that crunch was great! It was a terrible customer service experience, when you stressed out 2-3 times that I don't need any bacon in my sandwich , and when the food was served to the table, everyone got the right order except me. Server was too nice to apologize and to replace the sandwich which took another 20+ mins. Every one from my family on the table felt guilty, either to eat their food or wait for me to get my correct order!! End up, with a ruined family dinner, they brought the food after 20+ mins, the MANAGER (OWNER) came by to bring the plate and instead of apologizing for his server mistake, he decided to give me a lesson on how food cooks !!! Some girl at the bar says I can only give you water I'm not the bartender ok fine can we get a menu ??? She gave us a menu then the bartender came up to take our drink order which we got ,then she never said she was off, or leaving ,nor asked us if we wanted to place a food order... come to find out from the new bartender( who was very nice! ) that she was off AND SAID FO WE WANT TO ORDEr a we said no at this point ....just one more drink then close out But this place only caters to the local losers and the owner is not very nice and only cool if you're a dodgers fan ... sometimes... This place reminds me of a local pizza spot. Arcade machines in the back and sports teams coming in for a team celebration. We had wings and rings and the rings were barely room temp and you can tell were not fried recently. The wings were ok and I might have rated a bit higher if I wasn't told that I didn't know what garlic parm sauce tastes like. Driven past this place a couple of times and when other places had an insane wait time, we figured we'd finally try it. Let me start by saying that this place kicks Buffalo Wild Wing's butt! Pretzel bites were perfectly toasted, fluffy and had the great taste, especially when dipped in queso. Wedges were hot and fresh, and the onion rings were very crispy, as they should be. Strawberry margarita was made well, ask for tajin rim, trust me. Wings were awesome! After years of having BWW wings, these wings taste 100% better! The chicken alone is hot and you can even taste the freshness and you know its not frozen or premade. Absolute best sauce of them all was the Sweet Thai Chili! It is insane how good it was, I even asked for a side of that sauce to go! Bourbon BBQ and dry lemon pepper were pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend the cajun, didn't really taste like anything. With the quick and friendly service added, this place is quickly going to become a favorite of mine. Highly recommend to anyone! read more
