I am not entirely sure why this Wingstop only has two stars because I feel that is incredibly inaccurate. I am a big boneless wing person and eat them most everywhere they're available and this spot has some pretty tasty ones. First of all, I was able to order a 20 piece boneless wing in 4 flavors with a big box of carrots and celery sticks for $20 after tax (you were able to get fries if you prefer that over the veggies). So right there we're starting off pretty good. I ordered the Lakers legendary garlic, lemon pepper rub, hot honey rub, and Hickory smoked barbecue. Their lemon pepper was super flavorful and my favorite of the four. Coming in second was the Lakers legendary garlic, then the hot honey rub, the barbecue coming in last. Nothing wrong with any of them that was just my preference. I found them all cooked well, seasoned well, very tasty, quick service, and major bang for my buck! If you're in the mood for wings, I think it's a definite go to spot! The restaurant itself is very small and not ideal for big groups or super sit down which is OK. Ordered from this location last night for pick up. We've had the mango habanero and Cajun flavors before which are good, but all of us are partial to the lemon pepper. So I ordered 30 boneless wings last night for my girls and I to share. The last time we had Wing Stop, I had tried the corn and it was pretty good, so I got the Cajun corn again. Nice little kick to it. Also ordered a large ranch because they honestly have some of the best in the game. I've learned to stay away from the fries, as they just aren't great. The cashier was taking a catering order when I arrived. There were other workers available but no one else came up to work the other register to help. I noticed the pick up area, so I went to stand near that. Eventually a young gentleman asked if I was there for pickup and when I confirmed, he asked my name and found my order amongst the many other bags they had sitting there prepared already. Absolutely terrible customer service. I went into this Wingstop and ordered chicken sandwiches, only to be served burnt food. When I called to have my order corrected, they completely denied any responsibility and told me they couldn't give me a refund because no one in the store was authorized to do so. They said someone who is authorized would follow up with me and well, it's been over two weeks and I've heard nothing. No call. No refund. Just silence. I asked the cashier to swap out my Louisiana Rub for the Hot Honey Rub. She said no problem, but instead gave me only Hot Honey Rub. On top of that, the chicken barely had any seasoning at all--it was super bland. The fries were also awful. They were all tiny, overcooked bits--basically the bottom-of-the-bag scraps. I called the store, and the manager offered to remake the order, but I was already home. All I got was a "Sorry for the inconvenience." No discount, no credit for a future visit--nothing. We made sure to order in store and not online as we like our chicken fried crispy and we wanted to make sure we clarified that as we ordered. I wish zero stars was possible. Order through the Uber eats app. Never had an issue, except for today. We received not even half of our 80 dollar order. I felt bad cause I thought it was our delivery person, but we contacted them and she even said she questioned the fact that there was only one bad... the bag even says 1 OUT OF 2 bags on it. Thankfully our delivery driver is going back to the store to hopefully get the rest of our order. This is the second time I've had an issue. Safe to say won't be going back here.
